Driving home to NH from RI and looking to grab something to eat that wasn't fast food. Drove past while looking for the sandwich shop we found online and decided to check it out instead after a quick Yelp search. So glad we did. My husband and I sat at the bar and ordered 18 wings. Ten were maple bacon bourbon BBQ. OMG! Loved them. There are chopped up pieces of actual bacon on the wings. Also tried the Asian Chili and my husband had the Hoisin Teriyaki. We both enjoyed our selections. However, we're waiting on a second order of wings, all maple bacon bourbon bbq, to go. Pats game tonight and need to share those wings with our friends/fans tonight. We travel south through Worcester fairly often. This will be our new stop when hungry. Easy access off of 190. Oh, and they have Wormtown beer on tap! The Blizzard of '78 from Wormtown pairs perfectly with the maple bacon bourbon wings. read more

Honestly I'm a big food person, and these are some of the best wings I've had. I went with the smoked 18 piece wings (they are smoked then grilled) and I'm glad we went with the smoked. You have an option to pick 3 flavors with the 18 piece so I chose lemon pepper dry rub, Parmesan garlic chili, and garlic buffalo. They were all amazing and the flavor from the smoked was incredible. Staff was very friendly and great service. Highly recommend ! read more

The food from this place is very good and I have eaten here many times. We always get the boneless wings. The only thing I don't like about this place is all the pavement around the building. read more

Very very weak drinks - our whole party was trying to figure out if there was even any rum in the rum and coke., which made the cost of the drink not worth it, Young waiter was very attentive but the food wasn't anything to write home About. Chicken was rather dry and stringy. I appreciate the big parking lot and clean bathrooms - but will not be visiting again. read more

The bone-in wings seemed a tad bit on the dry side but it was still enjoyable. The garlic buffalo sauce dressing on the wings is a medium spice to me and I have a high tolerance for spices but the menu makes it seem like a mild. So if you're sensitive to spices just be careful of what you pick because they seem to be on the stronger side. Baked mac and cheese was great, I always love me a good bowl of baked mac. Very cheesy, buttery and perfect al dente taste to the macaroni. Thoroughly enjoyed All the food. Service was pleasant and the workers there seemed nice and interactive. They also have a very large bar here. Parking in the back of the building can't park in the front. Overall I had a pleasant experience at this location. I would come back again to try their other foods and their menu has a lot of options. read more

If you're looking for wicked bad service, this is the place for you! I've never experienced such an abysmal dining experience. Our group of 8 encountered issue after issue, and it was clear that basic customer service is not a priority here. To start, one person in our group was told they didn't have grilled chicken--only for another person at the same table to be served it! Another requested a plain cheeseburger for her child, repeating multiple times that he wouldn't eat it otherwise. What arrived? A fully loaded burger. Meanwhile, someone else was assured the wings weren't spicy for their child, but they absolutely were. On top of these mistakes, we waited 10 minutes after our food arrived to receive utensils and had to ask multiple times. Plates were apparently a luxury, as we were told we'd have to wait because "things were dirty." We resorted to eating shared wings on napkins. Throughout the experience, we were repeatedly told they were short-staffed. However, none of the few waitresses we saw seemed to have a fire under their ass. They moved at a sluggish pace and gave off the impression that they didn't care. To make matters worse, the vibe in the restaurant was downright depressing. No one was smiling or laughing--guests or staff--and the overall atmosphere was just strange and uncomfortable for a restaurant. It's definitely not what you expect when dining out. We also overheard a woman at a nearby table ask the waitress where her drink was, sarcastically adding, "Should I just get it myself?" It seems we weren't the only ones dealing with poor service. One positive, though, was the woman running the trivia. She checked in with our table about the trivia more times than our actual waitress did. She was lovely, had a pep in her step, and exuded great energy. Honestly, give that woman a raise and the opportunity to serve tables--she would probably knock it out of the park! When we voiced our concerns to the server, she seemed utterly confused, apologized, and insisted it wasn't her fault. After asking if something could be done about the bill, she took off a mere $16. Then, to top things off, a manager arrived holding plates against her chest, asking if we'd like them. At that point, we were done. We left and will never return. This was not only poor service but a failure to meet even the most basic expectations of a restaurant. I'm sorry you didn't receive a standard tip, but based on this experience, even what you got was generous. read more

The quality of the chicken was not great, very stringy. They also forgot to add the bacon to the maple bacon wings, and when calling them about it, they said I could come back for the bacon lol (but offered nothing more than that). There are much better wings spots in Worcester. Skip this one read more

It has been a while since I have had to leave a negative review regarding the lack of quality for what I paid for. I am hoping that this was just an "off" night and not indicative of where their quality now lies. Thursday evening, order placed via Toast app for pickup at approximately 8:15pm (according to FB page they close at 10pm). Total spent $84 which included the tip. Pros: Ease of ordering through the app Estimated wait time to pick up order only 15 mins Order was ready before the 15 mins Fried pickles were hot, fresh, and delicious French fries were hot, fresh, and delicious Cons: The amount of money spent for 24 dressed wings ($38) The wings were breaded and sauced, but were not hot, the breading seemed old, and the wings were dry! This unfortunately leads to me receiving wings that had been cooked well before hand, not freshly cooked, and was either in a warmer, oven, or under a heat lamp. The wings were almost inedible. The wings were undersized "baby" wings! These were no longer the "jumbo" wings they used to offer and provide to their customers. Undersized, tiny, dry wings are NEVER ok to serve to customers PERIOD! Are the days gone when you received ranch or blue cheese dressing with your order of expensive wings??? Had to pay extra money to get those dressing. Of course had this not been pickup and had we dined in, I probably would have sent the wings back had I received them in this condition for dine in. However, as we all know, when you do pick up it will always be a surprise of what you get in your order when you get home because usually for bigger orders you don't open and check them at the restaurant. Nothing is cheap in this economy and when anyone has the opportunity/privilege to afford to patronize your establishment, please remember to have your service and quality of food live up to the standards of what they are paying for. We were headed home to CT from spending the week in NH, and I did a random search and found Wicked Wing. We ordered three of the 8 wing combos, 2 kids Mac and cheese, 1 kids quesadilla, and drinks. Listen...everything was INCREDIBLE! The presentation of the food was just as impressive too. But even more amazing was the great customer service we received from our waitress Molly! She was very patient with us and our two little ones. She was kind, checked in on us regularly and just made our experience that much more enjoyable. We will definitely be stopping in again when we're in the area! read more

And so.... My cousin and I decided to go to Wicked Wings to eat on a Saturday night We both were impressed with our dinners ... So the two of us are having a great conversation and enjoying our meals... All of sudden a woman came to our table and She said "nothing really important but we need to move your seat where your eating - there is a person that sits here every Saturday night starting at 7 and does Trivia" "So you need to MOVE now - but don't worry we will move your food for you!!!!" While we were eating our food the lady literally moves our food over to a nearby table - Now we are forced to move because our food is no longer in front of us!!! My cousin said we will be finished before 7 but she was already picking up his dish moving it!!! We came here 6:00 and the Trivia started at 7:00 now why in gods name would the waitress have us sit at this table when she knew we had to move... We literally had to move at 6:15 - 45 minutes before the Trivia started but what's worse she moved both our food to another table I was still chewing my food that I took a bite from and my plate was already at the other table.., I'm pretty disgusted!!! read more

Boneless and bone in are very good, you really can't go wrong with either. Also highly recommend trying the buffalo chicken dip.

Chipotle Honey BBQ Supermelt was delicious and the fries... AMAZING. I really liked the buffalo chicken dip but would be so much better with the Tostitos chips haha. The service was amazing and the staff are always so kind and respectful. The portions are also HUGE. Absolutely coming back! I 100% recommend coming here. read more

Tried their spiciest wings and it was quite the experience, surprised that it's not a challenge it something with it being that hot

Avoid. Horrible service. Sat at the bar, some of my experience: When bartender was making a drink spilt some ice on the bar, picked it up with her fingers and out it in the glass and made the drink! Poured a beer, realized it was the wrong one, dumped it and reported a different beer in the same glass Ordered wings with Buffalo garlic, came out cold. She brought a new order, smirked said I hope it's hot enough now, and it was the hottest Buffalo wings they make Ordered a beer, had about a 1" of head, instead of delivering it to me she walked around the bar and into another room, came up behind me and set it on the bar and said "enjoy" there was no head, glass was filled to the top lip with unknown film. AVOID!!!! read more

Not bad. I highly recommend the boneless wings over the traditional here. Traditional are a touch flabby. Very nice appetizers. Recommend the wicked fries. Nice and crispy with smooth queso, bacon, jalapeños, awesome. Beer selection is good common stuff. Love the maple bourbon bacon sauce and the mango habanero. Buffalos are ok. The place can get get pretty tight, so I recommend takeout at peak hours/days. The service has been great the couple of times I've eaten in. Attentive but not hovering. read more

Disgusting. Had over a $100 take out order last week and had to throw it all out. Chicken sandwich was covered in black mold, soft pretzels had raw uncooked dough in the middle, and at the point we did not trust the chicken wings. Just went here last night for trivia! (We got third place, by the way haha) so fun! And cheap! We had a party of five people and our server was SO attentive and nice. Honestly I forget her name, but I'll be back for sure! For $43 we got: -fried pickles (yum! Lots of them!) -fried Mac and cheese (it was ok, not the best. Not the worst either) -3/4lb boneless wings with sweet Asian chili sauce. Yum!!! Cooked well, and very hearty! -2 beers -pineapple Moscow mule Now I don't know about you, but $43 for all of that food and drinks!? Heck yes. Love it. We needed a spot that could accommodate 8 of us on a Saturday and they could. The waitress and another woman were great. The food was decent but the bartender was terribly rude to the waitress and our table. Due to her we will probably not return. She didn't like us because we were loud but not rude. I tipped the waitress well because of what she had to deal with. The bartender almost made her cry. read more

Fuck this place. Food is amazing for sure- that's why we keep trying (emphasis trying) to go here. They're open like 4 days a week, for 3-4 hours at a time. Last 4 times we tried to go they were closed. It's a fucking sports bar that closes at 8pm most nights?!?!?? Tried to go for bottomless wings- showed up at 7:30ish (figuring they close in 30 but there's some lag time) - seated at like 7:32 and waitress comes up at 7:37 (table next to us left because no one ever greeted them). Bottomless wings (which we came specifically for) end at 7:30. We don't get any... awesome. Like I said... fuck this place. read more

I was so pumped to try this place. Ordered boneless chicken, it was so tough and chewy, we only ate 1 each. Ordered tater tots, were ok, no fault to them but some scallions would have elevated them. Had a chicken sandwich of some sort and 1 bite and I was done. I dont know what flavors were going on in that, but I'll pass. Server never came by to ask how our meal was, I took 1 bite of my chicken sandwich and at the end she says...the tater tots are filling.....I'm 260 pounds, with 1 bite out of a chicken sandwich.... read more

I love a good wing spot and wicked wings deliveries! We stopped in at 6pm on a Friday, peak time, we had to wait only 15 minutes. The food took awhile to come out but that is expected on a busy Friday night. Started with the nachos, good portion to share, tons of cheese and fresh jalapenos. Tried the eight wings ,meat fell off the bone and tasted fantastic. The boneless wings had just the right amount of breading and was also good. The burger was just ok the fries that came with the burger was seasoned perfectly! We will be back to again! read more

We JUST left - I'm giving it a 1 because our waiter was a sweet heart! The wings were horrible, the came out and you could tell they have been sitting out and just had sauced them up when people order. It's a busy day for them I get it.. it's super bowl day! We had told them Nicely the wings were cold and not even warm..our waiter said no problem I'll tell them to cook you new one. 10 seconds later the same exact wings came out and nothing has been done because there still cold -_- i was like okay it's time to get the manager. He said oh those just came out of the fryer... really! Clearly it didn't. Honestly i just wanted the chicken wings to be warmed. It was the waiters fault. They could of accommodated the patrons coming inside the restaurant to eat.. it wasn't that busy. read more

Excellent wings-crispy and well sauced. Service is very good. Ambience? Meh.. Go for the wings.

I went on Sunday evening when the Pats were playing. The restaurant was full but it wasn't packed either. To begin with, the hostess was giving me attitude when I told her I wanted a different table since the table she placed us was dirty and away from the tv so she had the waitress tell me I could move to the booth table. Which I don't understand what the issue to begin with was because there were about 4 tables open in the room we were sitting in. The table we sat in was sticky. We ordered sprites (which another server had placed in for us) - the sprites were watered down. A bad start to this meal. We ordered a Margherita pizza and 18 bone in wings to share between 2. The flavors we got were Sirarcha, chipotle honey bbq and maple bacon bourbon bbq. Pizza sucked. Wings were delicious. (the wings are the reason why they're getting 3 stars.) Overall service was mediocre- I don't ask much from servers but this service was ridiculous. From the hostess to the three different servers who attended to my table whom in which weren't treating me with the same respect they were treating the other tables they were serving. read more

Wanted to try this place out after someone suggested to me that it's a GREAT wing place. I picked Naked, Evil Buffalo wings. Wow.. totally unimpressed. They were wicked dry, virtually no sauce on them, and zero heat. I was expecting to be like Wow!! These are great!! The quality of the wing itself was average, and the cook on the bone in wing, was fine. I also placed a boneless order. These were also dry, and the meat was over cooked, making the chicken tough - not a good experience. Did something change in the world of buffalo wings? only celery sticks? no carrot sticks? Next time I drive pass and see their nice signage out-front, I'm going to let out a big sigh and keep on driving. So, so, SOOOO, much potential lost, due to poor preparation/dressing of wings. Don't let the name fool you. It appears to be more of a bar than a wing destination place. read more
