Make sure that they're going to have what you want available on the day that you're planning on going if you don't want to be disappointed. As for me, I'll probably check out an alternative to Sham - a restaurant that keeps better track of their staple ingredients (like LAMB), so that they don't disappoint their patrons. We also ordered a soup and a salad. The sangria took a little while to come out, and it was served in more of a cocktail-style glass, which I thought was a little different. It honestly tasted more like red wine with fruit than a sangria and was a little dry for my taste.
