This was our first time at wing stop. A solid 4 stars. We live about 20 minutes away so we ordered online and went to pick up. It was busy when we arrived so the food took a little longer than we were told but it wasn't too bad. The food: we got 2 "Summer of flavor" meal deals that included 25 boneless wings (3 flavors), corn and large fries along with 2 drinks and 3 dips for $24.99. We also chose a mix of carrots and celery as one of our side on the 2nd deal. Flavors Sweet bbq blaze-decent bbq flavor not overly sweet nor hot. Hot honey-sweet with a little kick. Not bad not the favorite Original hot-nicely flavored mild heat. Enjoyable Hawaiian- sweet, soy flavored. Ok but wouldn't get it again Garlic parm- buttery and delicious. The favorite of the night. The fries are hand cut. Super flavorful and fresh. We fought over them and the amazing ranch. Good thing we got 6! Finally the corn. it was delicious. It is Cajun spiced and we dunked each piece in the delicious ranch dip and savored every bite. Even after a 20+ minute ride home the chicken still had a good crunch and the sides were great. Overall I would definitely say try this place. Don't skip the corn and ranch! read more

Only good thing is that there is parking here , otherwise I'd say it's not worth it. The place should be closed by the health department. Everything is very dirty and disgusting inside. Customer service is poor beyond control, no one even looks at you walking in let alone acknowledge you. Orders always have missing items and I'm sure people have gotten sick from eating here. Don't go here if you can help it. read more

Every about this restaurant needs to be improved. Let's start off how the male workers treat the female workers NO RESPECT! DO NOT ORDER AT THIS LOCATION!!!! Food is horrible, service is worse, maggots growing from the store camera's, mice, roaches, men's worker yelling at female worker in front of customers. I had a roaches in my soda and French fries, roaches in the bathroom. Disgusting. Manger and district manger disrespect toward to female staff. It's sad to see women getting disrespect and laughed at. The front guy was very rude. I give this restaurant 0 customer service training at all again the male workers very rude. Place is very dirty. I DID NOT want to give any stars it would not allow me to post my review with a star. PLEASE disregard that one star read more

Need better staffing & organization. Ordered my food ahead at 6:30pm and was told It would be ready at 7:00pm. Waited 2 hours in their dirty waiting area for some chicken.. Could not believe it. Definitely not worth the wait for some average chicken. Never coming back. read more

Solid. I have always had fast, courteous service and gotten what I ordered. Not much for ambiance, but it is clean. Looks like they mostly have takeout business. Everything I have tried has been hot or cold when it should be. read more

Hooray for commercials, because watching a Wingstop commercial prompted me to seek out the closest one to me. The experience was okay, but I'm not sure it will prompt many (any?) repeat visits. One the positive side, the mango habanero wings have a nice sauce with a perfect complement of sweet and spicy. These wings lean me in the direction of a return visit! However, I was less impressed with the rest of my meal. I am usually a fan of lemon pepper wings but what I received was probably the worst rendition I have ever tasted. Maybe it was poor kitchen execution on my order, but I didn't experience the normal tangy kick, it was just bleh and meh. And while I love seasonings probably more than most, the seasoned fries were a bit on the seasoning overkill variety. I'll take Five Guys version any day of the week. And where are the napkins? Nothing in the bag, and when I went to the counter where they are normally found all I saw was an industrial quality brown paper towel roll. Was I really supposed to tear that off at my desired length and wipe my hands and mouth with it? Or did it make its way out from the bathroom to camouflage as napkins? That was a fail, but fortunately I had one tucked in my glovebox so I didn't have to get my steering wheel messy. So if I return, I'll likely start and stop with mango habanero wings, as those were high quality. Everything else?...... read more

Have fun waiting an hour in the trashiest spot of all time. Ordered my food online at 6:00 PM and was told it would be done by 6:21 PM latest. Got it at 7. The guy at the front (who appears to have no teeth so he cant talk well??) proceeded to manhandle my food with his bare hands after he just touched the phone and register. Place is also disgusting and dirty. Would never go back here and would rather starve. read more

Wingstop - My "garlic parm" wings. whatta joke - Chicken Wings Near Me - Worcester, Massachusetts

Food: The boneless wings are tender and have great flavor selection. They are usally coated well enough that you don't really need to ask for extra. The bone-in wings are a bit smaller in size and don't get as much coating but still good to enjoy. The corn was a bit burnt but it was still decent, it was bit soggy too and voodoo fries are over seasoned so it's pretty salty. It also has a kick of spice too. Overall the food is okay, it;s not worth waiting over an hour for. Service: Honestly this place needs help from high management or something because you can clearly see the staff miserable. The amount of lines and people waiting for thier food with only 3 people on shift is horrible. To add that, the staff are in pissed off moods, being rude to customers when they are all waiting for thier food. I had order takeout so luckily I didn't wait so long, but if you plan to order, I suggest you note that it could take longer than hour so plan ahead. Ambiance: Its dirty, and low class mannerism, I don't really like stepping food in establishments that is unwelcoming. The staff do not care if you have been waiting for over an hour or more, and it's honestly a gamble when you come in. You either get your wings on time depending on the hour or you wait for however long they feel like they want to make your order. Location accommodation: Its in a smaller plaza where there is free parking but it can get packed from the amount of people waiting for thier wings. read more

To begin i showed up at 11:00 they are still open for another hour i wanted order at the register and pay cash they said they are only accepting online orders so I had to order online which was an inconvenience for me. They should have told me not to order at all because it took nearly 50 minutes for me to get my food. The food was good but I just think it is a good idea to avoid this place late night clearly understaffed and bombarded with orders workers were nice though read more

Wow.... Worst experience I've ever had in this place.... First when I got there, I waiting for about twenty minutes to ordering with only two people in front of me. Then the customers in front of me and were told we have to order online (does only one person j know how to use a cash register? If so, where was she?). I ALWAYS order wings, not tenders. And imagine my disappointment when I opened up the most salty, old, crusty nugget-looking tenders were in my to-go container. read more

Wingstop - What's left of my Louisiana "dry" rub wings.... - Chicken Wings Near Me - Worcester, Massachusetts

I have been here for 2 hours now waiting for my food and multiple rotations of the entire restaurant have gone out before me. Ordered at 6:45 and it is 8:45 I have not gotten any of my food, when I ordered online it gave me an estimate of being ready at 7:07, didn't receive the order until 8:50. Was missing a fry and had a bunch of random wings along with our order. Waiting 2 hours for wings is quite literally HARD to make happen. We ordered 2 6 piece boneless wing combos, that's it, nothing difficult. I would have cancelled the order if there was an option to and I will still be seeking a refund. Yes it was busy, yes it was dinner time but TWO HOURS for WINGS? Not to mention the workers moving as slow as humanely possible, no one was taking orders at the front, and there was trash all over the place. The drink station was a mess, there were people lined up trying to figure out where their orders were and the workers had no sense of urgency. I literally could have sat down at a restaurant gotten appetizers, a meal, and dessert in the time it took for my wings to come out. Unbelievable. I will never be visiting this location again. All it takes is one competent person to pull this together. read more

Wingstop - The crowd of people waiting for food - Chicken Wings Near Me - Worcester, Massachusetts

My heart breaks for this place. There were three guys working and the store was so packed. Clearly management doesn't staff enough people or can't hire enough. The staff was stressed (rightfully so), and had to deal with customers who clearly never worked in the food service industry. One of the employees told a very frustrated customer that it takes 5mins to make 20wings and that everyone there ordered 20wings. He was trying his best. I placed my online order at 6:30 for pick up at 7. Got to the place and had to wait; no big deal. Got my order at 7:25. The whole order was correct and delicious. Thanks guys! read more

Horrible service. Waited for over 45 mins for an online order I placed for pick up at 5:00 PM. Other people came in and left while I waited. Asked for an order cancellation and was told would go back on my card tomorrow. We shall see if they have their shit together enough to do that. Never again. read more

I was given the wrong order for the fourth time being there. I returned to the location after dropping the food off to my pregnant girlfriend who informed me the food was incorrect. The manager was insanely rude and gave me horrible attitude to the point I had to pay for the correct food again. I heh I asked to be rung up an employee said I wouldnt ring him up for *** so I asked for his name to report the comment and behavior he asked me to step outside *** and walked towards me. Then preceded to walk outside and wait for me. I asked for the managers name and his name; they refused. I received a call from the GM who told me my body language caused the ordeal and I was full of *** word for word. I reported it to corporate; heard nothing back. The DM called me. Told me to keep reporting it corporate, he is franchised and they dont write his checks and he could care less, he said he would talk to the employees. Thanks for nothing. We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes, and they forgot to add blue cheese which we paid for. The food was good though

It's way better now much quicker. It was last time I wait 30 minutes so it's something changed . I hope stas that way. fast, quick service.

Needs better management. It's absurd to order online drive 25 min & still have to wait 45+ min for your order. Not to mention that My order was incomplete as well as other customers whom I seen walk back inside the establishment very upset. Not the first time it happens. There was over 25+ customers waiting on their orders while the crew talked about "if a customer is rude I'm will be rude right back & moving their order to back of the line" smh. Definitely new management!!!! read more

On the 20th of January (2023), we placed a $150 order, but when it was delivered, it was missing food. Near impossible to reach someone (the phone number for the store we bought it from in Worcester, MA was apparently temporarily not reachable (did they not pay their phone bill, or what??), was eventually promised a gift card for the cost of the missing food, but haven't heard anything since, still no gift card, and have been getting the runaround ever since, not getting any response ... Wow. Tried to order wings for the game and order immediately got cancelled. Called the store - the woman who answered was really nice and tried to accommodate - the guy in the background yelled that 'people can't take no for a f&$@ing answer and 'don't they get we are busy??!!' . Sorry I tried to order $100 worth of food for my friends. Will not make that mistake again. *update - manager reached out to apologize and offered a discount on a future order. We haven't had the opportunity to take him up on it - but kicking up the stars for the responsiveness and effort. Really hope this was just a bad night for that employee.* read more

I waited 50 minutes for my food to come out just for it to be cold. I then tell them it's cold and the worker says to me "Sooo? What you want me to remake it?" Like yes obviously I want you to remake it. Then another 15 minutes go by and I ask how long it's going to take for our food to be remade. She said "only 20-30 minutes" probably. I then asked for a refund and left. No one apologized once. Nor did they prioritize the remake. Such an unorganized and rude staff. read more

Terrible service takes a long time for your food to come out food isn't that good either

Gave my girlfriend food poisoning and then demanded that if I wanted a refund that I would have to get "proof from a doctor" that it was them (the only place we ate out in 2 days and the last thing she had eaten before vomiting nonstop the day after), which would cost more than the refund even was.... in other news my sandwich was okay, Popeyes has better though. Service quality aside, everything is slow at this Wingstop. As both a customer and a courier, I have had to wait 2x expected time for orders for subpar food. For the same price I could go to BWW and get double the quality for half the time spent. I will never be shopping at this Wingstop again. If I could give 0/5 stars I would. read more

Decided to give this place a try today and ordered the boneless teriyaki and Hawaiian wings. Don't waste your time coming here folks. Wings over worcester is right around the corner and in a different league of quality for the same money. Just look at my pictures and judge for yourself. Small, irregular sized, terrible quality pieces of chicken that are unbelievably salty. We literally couldn't get ourself to finish them. I'm not bragging or anything but my coworker and I can really put it down. Today I went into Wingstop with my boyfriend, it took awhile for them to call his food order but we were fine with that. Once my Boyfriend and I got to the car he told me,"grab your food before you forget it" while I searched through the bag we had 2 1/2 meals in the bag and not the three that was ordered. I insisted to go inside to grab the rest of my boyfriend's order because he didn't want to cause "an inconvenience." Since my boyfriend didn't receive a receipt I had to ask for their receipt of his printed order for proof of his order, I told her he was missing his Korean bbq tenders and immediately the woman who helped me showed the receipt to a man making the orders claiming "that's cap, that's cap, I know it's in there because I packed that order." As soon as he walked towards me and tried to make a joke towards another woman about how I'm lying , I spoke up and said " well they didn't come In the bag, I can go grab the bag and show you. " I walked to the car annoyed at the fact that I was accused of lying when I wasn't, I grabbed the bag from the car and went back inside. I put the bag on the counter and offered the employees to look through it. As she went through the bag she didn't find any Korean bbq she stayed it wasn't in the bag and then went and found our missing Korean bbq, in the midst of her looking for it I heard mumbling in the back saying "it's cap, I know it was in the bag" once I retrieved the missing part of my boyfriends order I left. I would just like to say I did not enjoy the service at this wingstop and that I felt the employees attitude was unprofessional and uncalled for when I wasn't rude, or any kind of attitude of the sort. read more
