I LOVE wingstop. I'm an avid buyer, once a week. It hurts for this review. BUT I'm sick and tired of trying to call to place an order, and they don't pick up. (Sometimes I'm driving and can't do online) then when I get there, not only is customer service RUDE, BUT they're on their goddamn phones while it rings. I told her I called four times she said "well it didn't ring". No sooner THE PHONE RANG. For me to spend almost $100 a week, that's some terrible service. I don't think I'll ever go back. The food is good and I gave it another chance after waiting 40 mins for a pickup order while the order was done and sitting on a shelf the whole time..went back to grab food for the game and ordered an hour ahead this time to be safe (or so I thought). When I got there (6:30) I heard a cook tell the cashier not to take any orders for boneless wings (what I ordered). The cashier told me my order was being prepared so I waited. After 25 minutes and every customer besides me being served, they told me they were out of boneless wings (everyone who came in after me during this time left with their food). These are the best wings I've ordered in Worcester. Service was speedy, the wings had an incredible, mouth watering crunch to them that made it a savory affair, and the sauces were mixed very well to balance out of the incredible flavors. The fries were slightly cold, but that's because it took me forever to get home since dining in is prohibited due to Covid restrictions, but none the less very good. I had a terrible experience with Wing Stop. I placed an online order and I needed to make some changes to the order. When I received the email it told me to contact the restaurant directly to make changes. When I called, a team member answered the phone and I asked him if it was possible to make changes and/or cancel. The male sounded like he was on drugs and said he would not be able to do that. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and the team member stated there was not one then hung up. Upon calling back, I had the same team member answer, who was very rude and sarcastic with me, and asked to speak to a supervisor again. I then spoke to one and she stated she can not change or cancel the order and I would have to re-order through an app. I then asked if I could just get a refund and she stated she could not do that and her district manager would reach out within a week and may be able to help. Pros: Place was not busy around 1pm on a Monday The cashier was nice and did her job, no frills The food was prepared fresh and hot Cons: $24 dollars for the combos Although fresh, all the wings were overcooked which essentially dried them ALL out All the wings had minimum sauce on them so even the "wet" wings seemed like dry rub wings Original sauce wings were bland, no heat Smoked bbq wings were like regular bbq sauce, no smoke Mango habanero didn't have the sweet or heat needed Lemon pepper dry rub wings were SALTY French fries had an odd sweet flavor to them Maybe, just maybe I'll give them another try with the hopes of upgrading this rating. read more

I placed an order and spoke with someone live at 11:50am today. . I never got a receipt. I called wingstop to speak with someone to get a copy of the receipt. The first employee I got was very nice and trying to help. Then the manager came on the phone started yelling at me saying that I've been wasting his staff's time, and that I spoke with an automated system not a real person. For this very condescending manager, be advised that I know the difference between an automated system and a real person. I know you say no live person takes orders, but actually they did. Anyway after all of this, you hung up on me while i was trying to explain that i need a receipt. So let me just say, this situation is not going away this easily... and i will be taking this elsewhere until my situation is remedied. It is atrocious how this manager speaks to people!!! Poor Customer service. Ordered online, arrived on time order was due to be ready. At the register they did not greet me. They were counting the register and then proceeded to go back to the store. New wing place in Worcester! Probably my new place to stop by for a quick and easy lunch/dinner ... The place was kept clean, the staff were quick and provided efficient service. Both the fries and chicken are made to order. The bone in wings were tender and crisp. Fries are hand-cut, and crispy. Fries also have a couple different seasonings like there fry seasoning, Cajun, or lemon pepper, parmesan... I tried the Hawaiian, Brazilian citrus pepper, BBQ, and atomic. The atomic wasn't super spicy in my opinion, I think the after burner/jet fuel from wings over Worcester are hotter. All in all, the other flavors were exceptional read more

Terrible service, I placed an order online 5 hours in advance because I was going to pick it up on my way home from work. I arrived at 10pm and I was informed that my order was "made 5 hours ago" I told them it was for 10pm and he said "i found it, i didn't see it was for 10pm" with a extremely rude attitude, insinuating it was my fault when he is the one who did not read. I then heard him talking to his coworker and bashing me saying "who the fuck orders 5 hours in advance, this is bullshit", he repeated this 5 times over the course of the 30 mins I had to wait for my food to be ready. Never had an issue with ordering online and picking up until tonight. My boyfriend ordered wings online and I came to the store to pick it up. Turns out someone with the "same name" and "same email / confirmation number" as on my boyfriends receipt.
