Great portions for the price and the ribs literally fall right off the bone. The only reason for the 4-star review is that they mixed up our side orders and brought out mashed potatoes instead of the loaded baked potato we asked for. read more

Very sad to say that I don't think I will be coming here for a while. This is one of my favorite restaurants to go to, but sadly the food and the service was not good today. Write off the bat our waiter Chris was very moody and copped a bit of an attitude the entire time we were there we were nice to him, but yet he maintained this negative attitude which we did not appreciate. We had to wait at least 15 minutes for our drinks to reach our table and we were still polite and friendly with him but yet he still had this negative attitude. We ordered the Texas blossom and it was not properly cooked. Onions were hard and crunchy not soft at all. We had him take it away and bring us another one. A service manager had come around and given us the second one and apologized for the first one. He had even agreed that it did not look correct the first time and he apologized. This one was slightly better, but the other side still had very hard crunchy onions that were not cooked properly. Pretty embarrassing when the same mess up happens a second time. It took an incredibly long amount of time to get our food, and the quality was not that great. We have come in plenty of Sunday afternoons and had wonderful service and great food quality so we were not understanding why they were not on their a game today. I'm not sure if there is a staffing issue also with the kitchen as well as the front but it was just not a good experience. Our blossom should've been taken off of the bill, which was disappointing that it wasn't considering we told the service manager, that half of the blossom was not cooked correctly. We would like to continue coming here, so hopefully things will change the next time we come back. read more

I tried this place instead of Outback and I regret that choice. The "8oz" sirloin that I ordered had a LOT of fat. I meant to weigh the fat before throwing it out but I forgot. If I had to guess, at least 3 oz of the steak was fat. Do most people eat the fat?? I paid extra for blue cheese and there were like 4 crumbles. The baked potato was overcooked and SMALL. The Caesar salad was okay. Nothing to write home about and definitely wouldn't order again. The rolls saved the meal. read more

The food was amazing, seasoned perfectly along with the excellent service. My waiter was very professional. The cook brought my slice of meat out prior to cooking to get my approval. They get AAA plus and I would highly recommend this place. Great for family. read more

Every plate I've ordered is consistent and tastes great! The atmosphere is welcoming, warm & comfortable. The service is attentive and cheerful. Every time I'm there, a manager comes to the table to check on us. Great place to grab a quick bite after work read more

I love the steaks , I've never received a bad steak, and the loaded sweet potatoes are to die for. And they make the best salads. The wait staff are always pleasant, I've never had a problem of any kind at Texas Road house. I love going there. read more

When we arrived at this link in the Texas Roadhouse chain for dinner here recently, we found that the place was completely packed. Fortunately, we had previous experience with this restaurant and availed ourselves of the wait list :-) Tip: Even at rush times, the wait times for seating can be minimize by using the wait list. It turned out that we were seated in a little more than five minutes. They gave us our menus as we sat down and took our orders promptly. For dinner we shared the fried chicken with white gravy, mashed potatoes and garlic green beans - Yum! Eating the breading on the chicken brought back distinct memories of the Swanson TV dinners I ate when I was a puppy. That's not a bad thing, as I have some fairly pleasant memories of these dinners :-) read more

Affordable place that has something for everyone! Made a reservation for Easter Sunday for a group of 9. They had no problem accommodating a group of our size. There are plenty of options on the menu, and I appreciate how they offer nutritional information. You can eat pretty healthy here if you want to, and you'll never leave hungry. Their bread and cinnamon butter free starter is always a hit! Truly a place that never disappoints! read more

We've visited at least 100 Roadhouses around the US, in different states and many locations within those states and must say this was the best overall experience we've ever had... Ever. The staff were great, the food was excellent and they seasoned and cooked everything to perfectly, our drinks were awesome and the interior was well maintained and very clean. From walking in through leaving everyone was professional, well mannered and we could tell staff and management cared about the guests experience, which definitely shon through without question. It's not often we write a positive review like this one, and it's exactly why we asked to speak with the manager (Tiffany) to share our feedback. We also asked that she share our thoughts with all the staff, because they deserved to know how wonderful our experience had been. Tiffany was absolutely overjoyed and quite taken aback, that it wasn't a complaint as originally suspected. She thanked us multiple times and did just that, went immediately to share our sentiments with everyone, from the greeters to front-line, bar and kitchen staff alike. We highly recommend visiting this Texas Roadhouse in Worcester, MA and without doubt we will definitely be returning. read more

Always a pleasant dining experience. The neon lights, the smell of the rolls and sweet sweet butter aroma are a welcoming combination. The waitstaff is always attentive and the food never disappoints. read more

Went there on a Sunday night, place was packed. Host behind the counter was useless, in his own word, dancing, not paying attention to customers, took forever to get his attention. FINALLY took our information, told a 5-15 minute wait, took almost 20 to be seated...no big deal. Waited almost 15 minutes for the waitress to come over ( dining companion and I had time to finish 2 bags of peanuts while waiting) Had to ask for hot rolls, other tables automatically received them ... Drinks were delivered promptly, waited another 10 minutes for dinner orders to be taken....simple orders, one burger medium, one as rare as the chef can make it ... Food finally arrived. Fries looked great, but we're barely warm and soggy.... apparently sitting under a heat lamp for a while Medium burger was almost well done, rare burger was past the point of well done .... didn't want to wait another 1/2 hour for dinner so we ate an extremely disappointing meal. Poor front desk Poor service Poor food preparation Rather spend my $$ at 5 guys read more

It was great! The food tasted amazing and the steak I had was very juicy. The service was great too and the server was very nice. The ambiance was cool too. There were multiple animal heads and snake skins which looked very nice. Overall great experience! 4 stars! read more

Where else can I get an 11 ounce sirloin, baked potato, macaroni, a Texas-sized Yuengling, and unlimited dinner rolls for ~$20? Even though they're a chain, I appreciate Texas roadhouse for being a restaurant where someone can get a steak dinner for a reasonable price. They do an excellent job at cooking steak to a fineness you prefer. Each time I've down here the service has been excellent. It can get pretty busy so I would recommend joining the waitlist before you get there. read more

I just finished my meal at Roadhouse. While overall the food was fine, (I had the prime rib with mashed potatoes.) The service was a nightmare. I don't recall ever being interrupted with greater frequency than this restaurant. First there was the assistant manager, (I think Elizabeth.) While she was very pleasant, she assured me that she didn't mean to interrupt, but then went on to do just that. Then the server kept coming by, despite my assurances that everything was fine. I was in the middle of eating when he asked if he could clear plates. Then came by thirty seconds later to see if everything was alright- stipple was. Then followed that with an offer of the check ninety sec8nds later. Then came by a minute later to ask if he clear more plates, etc. I get it. I'm by myself eating and you want the table. But it made the entire experience terrible. I walked out of the restaurant still chewing because he wouldn't let me finish in peace. I've been to many locations of this chain throughout traveling around the country. Most of the time the food and service are great. This location is the exception and I wouldn't go back. read more

Food was terrible. Everything was dry, tasteless and seemed to have been sitting around for a long long time. The salad and rolls were ok, so I should have stopped there. I had trouble choking down the baked potato even with the extra sour cream that the waitress was nice enough to bring when asked. They advertise "fall off the bone" ribs and fresh sides. We got dry hard ribs and veggies (broccoli and carrots) that were dried out. Ribs had baked on sauce that was so dried out that it gave them a hard coating. No offer for bbq sauce on the side. There were enough people in the place so should have been no problem with freshly cooked items. I should have complained to management but we were pressed for time so just left. Never going back. There are plenty of other places nearby. I don't know how they get good reviews. read more

I waited 10 mins to order and waited another 40 mins and no salad. People who sat after me got their main dishes after 15 mins. I felt discriminated based on my race. I was the only non-Caucasian customers at the bar. They probably would have spitted in my food. So disappointed read more

My husband and I visited this Texas Roadhouse on our 2 year wedding anniversary as it is the place that we had our first "date". We were seated in Asia's section. She was a very bubbly, charismatic person. She isn't put off by any requests and explains anything you might have a question about. I LOVE that she brought extra cinnamon butter for us as well! Their steaks are to die for! I absolutely love their New York Strip steak cooked rare. Their sides are reminiscent of the food I was raised on in the south so it's always a nice reminder of home when I visit. I know its just a chain restaurant, but its damn tasty! read more

Although it was really crowded I was able to get seated quickly. The server was pretty nice but I didn't like the food at all the appetizers some were undercooked some were dried out just not good. Then that sweet potato with 60 uncooked marshmallows just hanging out on top it just looked so unappetizing. The chicken was ok although I didn't care for the congealed gravy. I voiced my concerns to the server and she told the manager who removed the cost of the sweet potato from the bill. This was definitely a waste of money. read more

This is my first yelp review and i wanted to make it a good one. So today was a special day for my parents, its was there anniversary so we choose to go out to eat at this Texas Roadhouse location. Upon entering, this location had fairly quick seating. We were kindly greeted by the staff and within a matter of moments we were led to our seats. Now this particular location can get very busy at times, and can become a long wait. Close to 30 to 45 minutes. However, they offer call ahead seating which is very convienent for families who are short on time. Due to covid, we were seated relatively fast to my liking. Upon being seated we were greeted by our waiter that goes by the name of Samuel, let me tell you something. My dude Samuel was on top of his game. Dehydration was not a word in his vocabulary, he was very aware of the drinks at our table and quickly brought us out refils without asking. Dont be afraid to hit him up ladies We ordered a a couple appetizers, your blooming onion and your hot buffalo chicken strips. Your blooming onion always hits on a different level. A nice crisp on the exterior, a flavor so strong you fall back in your seat with excitement. I had to stop ane think what i was getting myself into. I then moved on to your hot buffalo chicken strips. Your chicken game was proper, nice tender bite. Nice fresh chicken flavor. But being a fan of hot stuff, i wasnt too impressed with the heat level on those thang thangs. We have come to this location many times and i always get the full rack of ribs. Texas Roadhouse, let me tell you. Sometimes im not too impressed with your ribs. They can be very dry at times, dont get me wrong, the bbq sauce thats slathered around the ribs has a nice flavor and the crisp on the exterior is on point. My family ordered a 12 Ounce New york strip steak for the main meal. No concerns on the steak except they were a little fatty, not too much but ok. Always juicy and tender. STRAIGHT BUSSIN. Upon leaving, many of your staff always say thank you for coming, which always makes me feel happy while i listen to this sounds of my bloated stomach. We're a group of 'younger' retired people who love dining out, We chose several restaurants a week based on menu selection and review comments. Upon arrival our seater was very curt and wouldn't seat most of the party til everyone was there. Our waitress was amazing and the general manager brought samples of sides to the table for us to try. However, protein [mostly beef] from the kitchen were a huge disappointment. Although things were asked for asked for medium rare everything came from the kitchen cooked well. And none of the steaks had been properly trimmed of excessive. Because we gather over food to socialize our final disappointment came when at regular interval the music became loud and staff did some performance antics ending everyone's conversation. I guess one experience here is enough. read more

Eugena, was a very rude server. The food was impeccable, i would love to give this place a 5/5 star review just on the food. the service however gets a 1 star review. She did not check on us after providing us with our drinks, we also mentioned that we did not receive our bread and she stated that she will go fetch us some when they were cooked. We waited over 40 minutes and then we mentioned it again as we had saw other tables that came after us receive their bread. She then brought over 3 baskets and threw them down on the table before walking away, then she simple never came back! When we were leaving the building she was giving us dirty looks and she even was talking about us to her fellow co workers while staring. I am not from here however if I ever come back to visit I will not be coming back to this place again! read more

I have never had a bad meal at any Texas Roadhouse. This location was extremely busy. We were seated quickly, the service was prompt, and all our food was excellent. After looking at patio and retaining wall block all day, my husband and I were famished. We stopped at this location because it was the closest. It was Friday at dinner time and were were seated within 5 minutes. Our server promptly took our drink order and delivered warm rolls to our table. We both ordered steaks medium rare. They arrived quickly, cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and sooo tender! The sides ( baked potatoes and salad) were good. Our server, Ashley, was phenomenal! She made sure our drinks were full, our food was promptly served and to our liking without being intrusive. To sum it up, we had a great meal, great service, and a really good time! I will definitely be back! read more

Got here and put our name in for four. Called us quickly to get seated however refused to seat us (even when there were many open tables)! Finally seated. Weren't even in the booth when we were asked what we wanted to drink. When we did order our drinks, they came after the appetizers. Food came quickly (no surprise as we were being rushed). All in all, not a place I would recommend in good conscience. read more

Disappointed, Fattiest prime rib I've ever had and also the thinnest. They've added liquid smoke to the Au jus which I'm not a fan of. On a good note Amber our waitress was the best waitress and truly an asset to the Worcester Texas Roadhouse. Don't plan on any future visits. read more

bread was good everything else was terrible food took FOREVER the sliders were disgusting the bread looked like pizza rolls they said they would take it off the bill they didn't. We were told our wait time is 5 - 15 minutes. And it was. Immediately approached by server. She was knowledgable, polite and made recommendations. We were able to pull up the touchless menu on our cellphone. We ordered and our food came in record time. I ordered a full rack of ribs which was more than enough for my 9 year old 96lb son and I. The ribs were juicy yet had a nice char and fell right off the bone. The manager stopped by to check all went well. Our server Savaughn offered us desert but we were too stuffed to indulge. She was an absolute pleasure. We were able to do touchless pay as well. This was a great experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend when Worcester, Mass, you dine at this Texas Roadhouse. read more

I've been to this location 6 plus times and had varying experiences. Most of this time the service is pretty good. My son loves it here and I take him as a treat when my husband is on a business trip. Today we ordered drinks and soon after ordered our entrees. His drink came. My salad came and I had to ask the lady who brought it to check on my drink. It came within minutes. Also our dinners came minutes after my salad arrived. No one checked to see if everything was ok. My son ate and sat 10 plus minutes with no drink. He ate the ice bc he was thirsty. I had a beer so I couldn't share. I had to ask a random employee to send a manager over. She was dismissive, rude and bothered. I asked for boxes and the check bc I just wanted to leave at this point. She told me they were busy fixing a mixed up bill at another table. That's not my problem and should not affect my service. I'm paying the same as everyone else. I'd look over the service bc I know everyone is short staffed if not for her. I tipped the waiter well even after this. $72 bill $20 tip. This lady should not be a manager. Dealing with people isn't for everyone. I couldn't do it. Everyone going out is spending their money for a nice experience. Behaving like that as a manager is not acceptable. read more

Imagine ordering a steak Medium and getting this well done hockey puck when you get home. What a disappointment. I ordered an 8oz sirloin to go, cooked medium, and there wasn't a bit of pink in the whole steak. So that was a solid waste of $15. My girlfriend ordered a 6oz sirloin, cooked medium also, and under all of the char, there wasn't even the slightest bit of pink in her steak either. A solid waste of $12. Imagine a company priding themselves on their delicious steaks, and then receiving this jun The only reason I give it 2 stars and not 1 was because the sides were very good. Hey roadhouse customer service, how about refunding my $30 for the garbage steak you gave me, and firing that joke of a cook that's at the Lincoln Street location? Thanks! UPDATE: The corporate office contacted me and gave me a $40 voucher for the bad steaks we were given. I bumped up the review from 2 stars to 3 stars for good customer service. read more
