    My favorite BBQ food truck Morawski Barbecue popped up at Sterling Street Brewery. The girls & I went especially after seeing the specials! Everything was amazing as usual. The stars of the show this visit were the peach cobbler burnt ends, Blueberry maple, & jalapeño cheddar homemade sausage. In addition enjoyed a nice crisp beer with the ribs with maple mustard & blueberry BBQ sauces. All their side are delicious from the dill potato salad, to their creamy mac & cheese, and then the pinto beans & brisket.

    Plated smoked brisket shepards pie - you can't photograph a smell but this is heavenly.

    I know what you're thinking Morawski's. why you so obsessed with me? and you're right. Since our first experience with you at Sterling Street Brewery, we may have engaged in some mild food truck stalking - following you to Lilac Hedge, the Botanist, Seven Saws, and back. But tonight you really took the cake. We saw the post to pre-order Thanksgiving items - and though we are making our own Thanksgiving Day meal, we thought - no one likes to cook the night before a holiday...and we will have family in town...smoked brisket shepherds pie? LFG. First - easy peasy ordering process and super fast pickup at a table next to the food truck so no waiting in line. Reheating instructions were very clear and easy. So now that we've finished our Thanksgiving Eve dinner - I can 1000% recommend this to everyone. I THINK it said this would feed six - I would say easily 8-10. Best $75 we've spent to eradicate the pre-holiday meal stress. I feel like in years past we have done pizza to keep it low maintenance - never again. This was better, easier, and will feed us AGAIN this weekend when we tire of leftover turkey.

    Once again I was fortunate to enjoy a fantastic lunch from Morawskis last weekend. The pulled pork/brisket/kielbasa sandwich was mouthwatering. Great setting at 7Saws in Holden.     First off, this BBQ Food Truck is frequently at the Seven Saws brewery on Industrial Ave in Holden (The Actual big brewery, not the little small one in the center of town) on weekends, but always check their Facebook page to make sure where they'll be, sometimes the Milk Room Brewery, sometimes other places, just check. I was Extermely excited to try these guys out as I had discovered them while they were on vacation but posting pictures off all these legendary BBQ joints they were traveling to in the south. Skylight Inn of NC, ZZQ of VA, Snows of TX, Martin's of Nashville, bunch of really great joints. So naturally I think these guys know what's up, gotta check them out ASAP. Alright, let's just dive into this. Brisket: Very tender, fell apart, sliced, very moist, a little too moist for me but still good. Very thin layer of a bark and it wasn't too crispy. Fat melted very easily but didn't have too much of a flavor to it. Traditional brisket flavor but I would have liked a more powerful smoke flavor. It was definitely smoked and very good, Worth noting the brisket was a bit on the "oily" side, meaning the greasy meat juices were right on the verge of going from liquid to oil like. Not always a bad thing, Ribs: Great pork flavor and a good amount of rub. Pretty sure the rub on these ribs was also just salt and pepper, fine by me. Although I have come to really like a nice red spice rib rub, like with cinnamon or paprika and a hint of brown sugar or maple sugar. Very tender as well and smoked well enough that the meat didn't fall right off the bone. This particular cut of ribs I got had quite a bit of fat on them but I guess that's what you sign up for when you get spare ribs. Again, a little oily, still juicy and tender. And again, not quite as smokey flavor as I would have liked. Smoked Chicken: I haven't had chicken this juicy in awhile. This is the style where the skin practically becomes an inedible bag around the meet and it creates a crazy steam sauna inside. Once the skin is punctured you will likely end up with about 4oz of chicken juice. And yet somehow the meat is still moist. Good texture, good flavor, again not quite as smokey and still got that oily sensation. The skin really is inedible, it's like trying to eat a crispy dollar bill with some salt and pepper on it. Oh and it comes with this "triple pepper sauce" that looks almost like a peppery yellow broth mustard sauce. It is HOT! Texas Twinkies: There is only a few places in New England that I've seen make these and they always sell out very quickly. So this is the first official one I've had. Cream Cheese stuffed Jalapeños wrapped in bacon and smoked! I'll say this much ... you really gotta love Cream Cheese and Jalapeños and Bacon, I wasn't ready for that explosion of three completely opposite flavors and textures at the same time! But I can see why most people love them. Corn Bread: Extra Good! Baked in little individual squares so they have a nice buttery edge all over them. Looked like they put a scoop of butter on top before they had a chance to cool down and the top caved in a bit but I think it made them even better. Great texture, great flavor, excellent corn bread. Mac and Cheese: Shell pasta, white cheddar style rue, not baked, stringy but mostly gooey, interesting flavor, not as much white cheddar sharpness as you might be expecting. Texas Pinto Beans: This stuff is more like baked beef muck with some beans in it. We're talking a crazy amount of beefy mud with a little bit of chili powder. This constitutes more as a chili than anything else. Too much for me. Apple Slaw: Delightful, typical cabbage and slaw dressing but with some cut up apples. Helps to balance out the smokey and meaty overload. Dill Potato Salad: Not too bad. Perfect texture for the potatoes, dill looked very fresh but didn't pack too much of a dill flavor. And the ratio between potato chunks and that mushed up mustard potato mash was way off. Felt more like I was eating a mustardy cold mashed potatoes ... which isn't awful. They had 3 types of sauces. Their regular sauce was unique. It tasted like it was tomato based a little bit and then mixed with apple cider vinegar as most sauces are. The spices they use remind me of the stuff you'd put on vegan food to make it taste like beef. A Blueberry BBQ that looked a lot like Jam. But it's definitely a BBQ sauce. I've tried maybe one or 2 blueberry bbq sauces but this one was legit. Best one yet Then their Maple Mustard sauce. Almost as yellow as a yellow mustard and had some mustard seeds in it. At first taste I was going to say it's just yellow mustard. Tried it a few times and I did start picking up on the hints of something sweet in there but not much. Seeds were kind fun but didn't add any flavor. All in all I think this is a great BBQ truck. They clearly have a great passion for this stuff and their food is a bit unique and good quality!

    Pastrami sandwich, turkey San with, apple cole slaw. Not show. Because already eaten bacon wrapped jalapeños, beans and a loaded potato

    Consistently delicious food. Everything is top notch. We have had most everything on their menu and follow them whenever we can.

    Amazing every time! My absolute favorite BBQ hands down! From the meats to the sauces! Oh and I'm a coleslaw snob and they nailed it!
