[[HIGHLIGHT]]Great burgers![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Stopped last week to pick up dinner. What the fork is open usually W-Sat 4-8 and Fridays for lunch. Check their fakebook for specials and hours. They are located out front of what was Livingstones on Boston Rd. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We ordered double smash burgers with no modifications and fries (well done).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The burgers were juicy, great crust lots of cheese on a fresh soft bun.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Amazing. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The fries were good... but the star was the burgers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Go get one. You won't regret it.

Amazing food and amazing family. I've never been disappointed with anything we have purchased from them. My favorite are the churros.

their response was to refund the cost of those items , I didn't complain because I wanted a refund but they back their product 100 percent and you can't expect anything more than that.

So I get a large Chip's Tip sub and a few pastries for snacks. The bill was steep for what I got but I thought it would be worth it for my son to try the sub. After getting it, we split the sub and ate it in the car. Let me tell you that this was not the same steak tip I remembered. It was so bad, we tossed it in the garbage at the gas station next door. The steak was very tough and hard to chew - almost like the tips had been cooked earlier and then reheated for my order. Everything just seemed greasy. We also did not enjoy the raspberry turnover or yellow cream cannoli's we got for dessert. Maybe it was us or maybe it was the food but I will never go there again. We are not food snobs by any stretch of the imagination, and I rarely will say anything bad about a restaurant experience but we ended up going to Augusta's which is just a little bit down the road, for chicken just to erase this experience from our mouths. I know a lot of people will swear by their steak tip subs and that is great but it's just not for me anymore.

Forklift created a 100% vegan menu for us, and the food was DELICIOUS and so BEAUTIFUL! We were really blown away, and got many compliments from guests. We felt like it really demonstrated that you can have a 100% plant-based menu at an event and have it be crowd-pleasing. Thank you for everything, Forklift! We'd love to work with you again.

They were always available to address any question or concern and were so adaptable to every plan change (down to just days before the event). They even functioned as our florist and arranged breathtaking floral displays to enhance the ambience. The catering staff and chef produced and provided great food that were the highlight of the event; I heard from everyone how much they enjoyed it (even had some on-call colleagues who gladly answered our calls because they knew they were going to be fed great food during their shift). Forklift is a top recommendation for any high-caliber catered event you might need.

When I arrived the day of the event to pick up my order, everything was packed in a way that was easy for me to transport, gluten and dairy free items were clearly labeled, hot items were piping, cold items were chilled, and when it came to the taste and presentation? Excellence. I called five other different catering companies in the greater Lowell area for info and quotes for this event, but Coleman came out on top with their clearly defined prices, pleasant service, and ability to help me out in keeping a crowd of people fed without having to worry about whether or not they would be allergic to something served. I have no personal dietary needs but having family that does, I know how sub-par in taste and texture GF and DF foods can be, but everything Coleman made was absolutely delicious, flavorful, and made with care. There were very, very few leftovers. :) Having never dealt with a catering company for a mid-size event that was being thrown for someone else, my anxiety for making sure everything was perfect was quite high, but dealing with Coleman was such a pleasant experience that it made things very easy despite the pressure. 10/10.

We did not hear one negative comment - but we did hear so many people praising the wonderful salads, sides, steak tips (cooked to perfection), the blueberry balsamic chicken, and especially the brisket- which was the best I ever had. I highly recommend Coleman's Catering; they were amazing to deal with and take great pride in both the food they serve and their service.
