Pros: The food here is so good and filling! So happy to have a healthier option that leaves my belly full. The food is consistently great. There is outside and inside eating with plenty of parking. I was very close to giving it a 5. Cons: Sometimes the food takes longer than estimated though so keep that in mind if you are trying a quick pickup. The staff will bring it out as soon as ready though. I will say Nicole's review "half-dressed...girl..very uncomfortable" is true though. There were multiple men in line trying to look anywhere else, but directly at the girl half-dressed. Not sure if she still works there though. I was excited to see this place so close to my hotel but was a little hesitant when I saw the reviews. I am so glad I didn't listen to the reviews. I actually ordered ahead of time, and went picked it up. I got the Thai monster bowl, steak and chicken both cooked perfected, it was delicious! And I built my own shake. We came in to get a protein shake and I think their menu and what they offer is pretty impressive. The lady that took our order was extremely nice and helpful. All the food choices on the menu looked pretty good and I was tempted to order some stuff, but I really wasn't hungry. lol. So I think that's a good sign. The shake was delicious. I think it is a bit expensive but when you're getting quality products you're gonna pay for it. If we were ever in this area, I would definitely stop in. read more

I'm tied by the bad reviews. Recently visiting for a hockey tournament so dined at protein house several times. Each time I was greeted by a different employee who I found to be friendly, hopeful, and patient. The interior of the restaurant is fairly minimalistic, but was broadcasting the Olympics and had plenty of seating. During the course of the weekend, I had the breakfast sandwich, salmon, burger, air, fried, sweet potatoes, and a Titan wellness shot. The food was delicious and nutritious. Good clean eating. I absolutely loved the Titan wellness shot! I have no doubt we will be returning. read more

I've order takeout by DoorDash from ProteinHouse twice now. What impressed me the most is that the food arrives hot!! I've tried grass fed beef bowls and the breakfast hash. I love the char on the hamburger and the veggies are cooked perfectly. The air fries are sweet potato and could be cooked a bit longer. I wish they offered regular air fries too. I have not been inside the store so I can't comment on the ambiance. It's a fast food place so it's probably typical. Since my food has arrived hot twice I imagine the service is a well oiled machine. I definitely recommend if you want to eat clean on the run. Healthy choices are easy to make here. I wanted to like this place, but I will not return. It was obvious that the workers were high school students who did not care to be there. There was no smile, or kindness from the person taking my order, or anyone I interacted with after that. I ordered a protein smoothie to go and was shocked (and appalled) that in addition to the price of the smoothie, and taxes, there was also a credit card fee and a packaging fee.. what the heck is that? Just build it into your price. The location is also right next to the Starbucks drive thru so while parking should have been easy, it was kind of a mess (and annoying) with the back-up from Starbucks. We have been eating higher protein and finally tried this place. So many choices on the menu. We started with an Açaí coconut shake which came out right away and was yummy. I'll say right off the bat, the food is very good here. However...you will wait for your food longer than it takes you to actually eat or drink it. I've been here several times now on our visits to MA for hockey tournaments and I always leave aggravated. When you walk in, if there isn't already a line moving slowly, half the place will be people standing or sitting around waiting for their orders. It's ridiculous. They have no efficient systems in place whatsoever, never have enough people working and it's just a very frustrating experience. Today, however, was the worst. All I ordered was a Muscle Freak protein shake. It took nearly a half hour before I got it. When I did, I'm not kidding, it was WARM!!!! Disgusting!! So, not only am I that much more hungry, (actually I'm hangry) I now have the shake sitting in a bucket of ice in my hotel room to make it cold. So, I won't be able to Sri k this for another hour. I've been meaning to try this place for a while and I finally did a few days ago. The food tasted way better than I was expecting, I ordered the bbq bison wrap and delicious is an understatement for how good it was. It came with a side of sweet potato fries, I'm usually not a fan of those but these tasted good. They also gave me a sweet sriracha sauce which made everything taste 10 times better. It's definitely not fast food because you have to wait a little while for your order so if you are in a rush then I suggest going somewhere else. My only complaint with this restaurant is the prices. I understand fresh healthy food isn't cheap so I can't fault them too much for that but I think my visits to this place will be very few and far in between. read more
