Second time to this chain, had a similar experience both times; I had the Mac and cheese with pulled pork special. There was very little sauce on the pork, and it was a very small portion, meaning the entire sandwich was bland and underwhelming. The tomato soup was excellent, though not as good as the 110 Grille right across the parking lot. I imagine if the employees here got a raise, they might put more effort into the food they make... I hope other people have a better experience here, and I hope the employees are given something (anything) to up morale and make them care about serving a quality product. read more

It was in a mall next to the Hyatt Place in Marlborough along with a lot of other fast food restaurants and dining restaurants. It's the first time I've tried it and loved the choices of paninis and fresh salads. My husband really liked his warm panini made fresh and toasted. I chose to build my own salad and and the various choices that are pretty expensive in most salads like avocado, walnuts, dried fruits, artichoke hearts, various cheeses and toppings like croutons, tortilla chips, chow main noodles. You get the picture and they didn't set a limit on what you wanted as long as it fit in the large bowl. The choices of dressings were expansive as well like bleu cheese which isn't usually offered on a salad buffet. I also liked the unlimited soda drinks and iced tea. This is my family's favorite sandwich place. There's a panini for everybody. My personal favorite is the buffalo chicken panini. They even have meat-free options, which is perfect because my oldest is going through a somewhat annoying vegetarian period. The staff is wonderful and polite. The only minor issue I've had: The other day, I dined at Hot Table before 5:00 PM. I later learned that Hot Table has a special for free chips/drink if you order before five. LOVE THIS PLACE! They have a great selection of veggie, hot, and cold paninis. Everyone is quite friendly and there is ample seating. I particularly love the Caprese panini and the cheeseburger. They jam these paninis with the toppings but I have found they're a little stingy with the basil. You can choose from three sizes but I find the small is big enough for me. I always feel better eating at a place where the floor and tables aren't disgusting. Since it was not busy at all, I was able to order right away. All of the ingredients (vegetables, meat, etc.) looked very fresh and they have plenty of variety. I ordered the turkey honey Dijon after struggling to decide. There are options for vegetarians and gluten free diets as well. The gluten free bread is surprisingly one of the best I've ever had, as most GF breads taste too starchy and dry. The sandwich was full of flavor (I usually don't like ones with a bunch of condiments) and still slightly warm! They also have a cucumber lemon water which tastes very refreshing and it's a good alternative to just plain water. About 10 minutes later I get to the place and not only is my food not ready but ... - I was standing at the express counter when 2 customer came up to the register. The funny part is I was skipped and the 2 other customers were handled before I was. - They hadn't even started the order. So I had to wait for it to be made. - They appeared to be completely clueless about the online order. Apparently the order was still on the printer. - No apologies for the wait or anything, when I finally got the food. The food is grossly contaminated with meat and the sauces. 1) The employees do not change their gloves between sandwiches even when asked to do so. The guy before me ordered a chicken sandwich and the employee put the chicken with his hands, used the sauce bottle with the same hands, and put the toppings etc with same gloves. I could see chicken broth falling from the gloves into the veggies and cheese as he put it all. I asked the employee to please change gloves and see if he can give me a vegetarian sandwich with no meat/broth contamination on it. he still proceeded to make it with same gloves. 2) The person making sandwich was not trained and by the time he came to closing the top of sandwich it had all fallen apart. I asked for tomatoes and he put one slice. (that's because he could only balance one slice on the sandwich). The Good: Liked the vibe of the place. I love that they have a full vegetarian menu block to choose from. Nice selection of ingredients including horseradish sauce as a topping. The Bad: As a vegetarian, one thing that drives me crazy is cross contamination. It's not just a preference thing for everyone - in the case of allergies, it could be serious. I witnessed the toppings for the sandwiches flying about into different bins including meat pieces going into veggie option bins. Absolutely not okay. Additionally, the bread was very basic. Needed a seasoning or at least an option for one. The prices were also on the high side for what you actually get. I hate spending ten bucks on food and leaving hungry. The Ugly: The staff seemed almost collectively agitated. Like we were an inconvenience for them. And while I was eating, a female employee was cleaning the bar area near me with a cleaning bottle and the spray hit me (thankfully not my food) and instead of apologizing, she hurried away. It's like they need to offer some customer service boot camp. Overall this is a one and done for me. With all of the other options out there, I don't foresee a return visit here. read more

Don't eat here if you have an allergy or like a clean cooking service. I have a meat allergy, I disclosed this before ordering my food. Workers took no consideration to that and did not clean the press before putting my food on it. Grill was greasy and covered in chunks of meat, the woman making my food was extremely rude when I told her I could no longer eat that and when she remade my meal it was missing 1/2 the ingredients. I emailed them later on and they assured me the grilled is cleaned before each new customer, it most definitely was not. So disappointed with this store and I definitely will not be back after this. LOVE, love, love this place!! The location is super convenient for me because it's less than 5 minutes from my job. I always use their online ordering so I wont have to wait in line and I also like to customize my panini without feeling like i'm holding up a whole line of people. So far the staff that I've interacted with has been friendly and I have no complaints about them. Their paninis are some of the best paninis i've had in a while, they look amazing and taste even more amazing. I've tried different combinations of meat, veggies and cheeses and I have yet to be disappointed. I used to order the medium sized paninis but they were too big for me to finish I could only finish half of it before my stomach couldn't take any more food so now I've switched to small and it's still pretty filling. I've only been to hot table twice but have really enjoyed it both times. The variety of sandwiches has me wanting to get back more often so I can try more out. Everything is made to order so you can mix it up, subtract or add to the base recipes or go with a build your own. The first time I was there I had the buffalo chicken and it didn't disappoint. This time around I went with the sundried tomato chicken. I've got my eye on some of the turkey options, the Italian trio, and the pesto for future visits. Staff is pretty helpful and friendly and the restaurant seems fairly clean. Overall a good option when looking for a quick meal in that area. read more

This is a new restaurant. Same concept as Moe's. They have salads and specialize with Panini's. I had the steak Panini with crumbly blue cheese. I really enjoyed my Panini. It was fresh and tasteful. Three of us had lunch, two medium Panini's, one small Panini, three beverages and the total bill was $33. Overall the restaurant was nice and I'd go back. I did not see any tables that would accommodate the disabled or even people with bad backs. Husband and I swung by here for a quick lunch this past weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was busy in the diningroom but no line when we went at about 1pm. The staff was very friendly. I ordered the caprese (medium) and my husband got the chicken pesto (large). Both were really good though the chicken itself is a little bland. The paninis are bigger than we expected them to be and I would go for a small in the future and my husband said he would get a medium. My husband also got a cup of cheddar broccoli soup and I got the Rosemary Deep River chips (get these if you go, they are unbelievable) and split a salted caramel cookie which was pretty dynamite. The atmosphere is industrial with a good mix of booths, high tops, and regular tables. There is also a good selection of non-soda fountain drinks (lemonades, iced teas, etc.) which I really appreciate. For everything we ordered it came to about $32, which is pretty standard when we eat quick food. Overall the food was pretty good and we would definitely be back again. read more
