It's an organic Colombian coffee and my friend said it was the best she has ever had. A downfall for me is that you are charged additional for flavors and flavors we didn't know that so we racked up an additional $5 for that. They specialize in flights which is fun. You can get waffles, pancakes, French toast or eggs. In any combination of 3 for only $15. That includes 1 topping on each item. I had the cinnamon roll waffle and it was amazing. 10/10 worth going just for that. I got the egg flight and had the cook choose my flight. I had an onion omelette, scrambled eggs with tomato and over medium eggs. Everything was good. I got a side of bacon and sausage. The bacon was perfect. The sausage was fine. My friend got an omelette with spinach,feta, cheddar and jalapeño. It was served with toast and home fries. The omelette was great and the home fries are the best around. The toast was a little over done but who cares. I'm sure they would have remade it if asked. She also tried the red velvet waffle with cream cheese as a topping. The waffle was perfect but the scoop of plain cream cheese was a little off putting. I think a little cream cheese frosting would have gone better. But it was eaten up. After checking out the reviews, there are enough people who have written about their undercooked food that I would guess that is exactly what happened to her. This is a normal, healthy, 21-year old with no health issues. Pancakes and eggs shouldn't be risky. Beware.
