Despite there being a sign that stated "No outside food and drink", my mother (a senior) has brought in her purified jug of water MANY times with absolutely NO ISSUES. That is, until today, when an ill-mannered, condescending, and unprofessional bartender came up to our table and told her that she could not have her jug there. My mom looked at him and was like "it's water" and mentioned how she always brought in her water with her... His response... She either brings her jug out the car or he will have to take her jug, empty its contents and fill it up with their water... Ummm...okay... a bit threatening! So apparently he seems to think he has a right to confiscate someone's personal property now? What is he - a freaking bar bouncer? With all due respect but there was a better way he could have handled that and he failed miserably with that one... Needless to say, (currently) we won't be back, nor will we recommend this place to others. To the owner (if you are to ever see this review; let alone care about your regular customers), is it worth losing customers over a JUG OF WATER?! If so, you deserve to lose your customers, and I can only hope you lose more in the foreseeable future.

Depending on the management, they may or may not honor your request. To ensure my order was correct, I called in directly, which worked well. based on the conversation, this has been a frequent customer complaint and you have to call in every time to make sure that you get the right thing. Thankfully, when it arrived, it did come exactly how I wanted. Not a huge thing but definitely something to be noted.
