Came back to redeem my previous review, because I love me a breakfast sandwich. Got to Mykonos a full hour before closing, craving a breakfast sandwich. The teenage employee behind the counter said, "Yeah... I already turned the grill off." Me: "Don't you close in an hour?" Her: "Yeah... but I already put grill cleaner on it." Ah yes. The sacred final rite. Once the grill has been anointed with its holy degreaser, no mortal may disturb its slumber. Not for eggs. Not for cheese. Not even for me, a humble pilgrim on a breakfast quest. At that point, I wasn't even mad - I was impressed. This was next-level teenage energy. The kind where your job technically ends at 3, but spiritually ended at 1:45 when the playlist switched to closing music and your soul drifted out the front door. So no sandwich. Just the ghost of breakfast sandwiches past, grill cleaner, and the distant smell of what could've been. Five stars for her boundary-setting. One star for my empty stomach. This is a nice bakery/cafe. They have a good amount of tables and space to sit and have coffee with friends and enjoy their pastries. Their prices are good/average. The parking isn't great because it is on the street and you may end up down the street. The jalapeno bagel was the best bagel I have ever had! It was perfectly soft and chewy at the same time. I didn't care for the coffee but maybe their lattes or special ones are better. The milfay, ricotta square and peanut butter brownies were all good but not amazing. We visit Mykonos Cafe. Food is excellent. Everything we have tried has come out to be what we ordered and wanted. We were going 2 times a month and now we go 2 times a week. My husband gets hot coffee or an ice tea and it always tastes great. I get tea. We have ordered everything from sandwiches, bagels with cream cheese, to soups and desserts. Wow the baklava and cannoli's are incredible and the muffins are so fresh and moist. The staff was friendly and the seating is always clean and inviting. The service is usually great. I'm not going to lie that sometimes there is a few min longer but really the wait is worth it when its made to your specifications and not drive thru. Although all the people are great they have 1 girl there Angi who is amazing. We truly wish they would build one closer to us but the 45 min ride is worth it. read more

I love the idea of this bakery/cafe, I love Greek pastries and cakes etc., but sometimes it's not fresh. When it's good, it's really good, but I hate stale baked goods. It's definitely 5 stars when my order is fresh, but I get something a few days old about every other time I visit. read more

Definitely come here to grab some pastries and desserts. My go-to for bringing little desserts to friends and family events. Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious, they have a lot of bagel flavors. Unfortunately, their iced teas have a coffee flavor to them and my sister doesn't like their coffee. Went in for a quick look, walked out with 2 spanokopita and a baklava cheesecake. The spanokopita was fantastic, even the next day. Reheated in the oven, so crispy, so good. This is the 2nd time we visited Mykonos Cafe. The staff was friendly and the seating was clean and inviting. However, each time, the pastries were awful. It was apparent that the pastries had been sitting in the display case for a very long time. The first visit, I tried the cheesecake. The second visit, I tried the carrot cake. Each were dried out and tasteless - the carrot cake was especially bad. The frosting was the consistency of chewing gum. The staff graciously returned my money. While doing so, I encouraged them to check the quality for themselves. They didn't seem concerned or inclined to check it, as they twice offered me another slice to try from the same carrot cake on display. I do hope they take this to heart (I'm sure I'm not the only one), check the quality and keep an inventory that is more appetizing and fresh. read more

I was the first time we visited this Café and were excited to have a Mediterranean experience. What a disappointment! We dinned in but the coffee was served in "to go" cups and a single expresso in the 8oz cup. The coffee itself was average and even though there was nobody there the order was messed up. Lived in Millbury for a while when Mykonos first opened there doors. Was a routine customer for as long as I lived there but it's definitely fell off a bit. 1 person working the front with 3 in the back talking and standing around, 2 bacon, egg, and cheeses and 2 coffees probably shouldn't take 20 minutes. I've had their bagels 4x.. 3x good. 1x gross. Bought my mom a spinach pie..$6 mind you for one.. she called me and said there was so little spinach in it, the spinach was paper thin... but the dough was really soggy and actually moldy inside.. she spit it out gagging. I was so mad! I think they tend to bake too much at once and then some of their stuff sits there for a long time and gets stale and hard. Highly recommend! Stopped here with family of 5 for breakfast while traveling through the area. Breakfast sandwiches were wonderful and freshly and quickly made to order and brought to our table. Our teenagers especially loved all the coffee options. Plenty of space for us to sit and enjoy. Tons of baked goods in the cases were tempting and we each grabbed something to go- everything was yummy! The ladies working were pleasant and welcoming. My waistline will suffer from continuing to frequent this place! AMAZING pastries. So far, I've had the Napoleon , chocolate cheesecake, tiramisu and some raspberry white cake thing. I came in to grab lunch and because the vegan Massachusetts group had posted about their vegan options. When I was in they did not have vegan options other than a banana nut muffin, hummus and was tabouleh. The banana nut muffin was very dense and dry and the hummus and tabouleh were OK. For all non vegans I'm sure this is a great option for a quick breakfast or lunch but unfortunately not as great for vegans as people first said they were when they opened. read more

Amazing local joint! I love their Mediterranean and Greek savory offerings as much as their sweet bakery items! If you love hummus, and who doesn't, you will love it here! I've been a few times and the coffee is hit or miss. It's not hard to make a cappuccino or a cafe au lait, but I've gotten inconsistent quality. The last straw was when I got stuck behind two women the one person working was absolutely fawning over, making one coffee at a time into ceramic cups, setting a table for 3, and letting them tie up the counter as they asked questions about every pastry in the case. It was clear she knew them and was prioritizing her friends over a customer who just wanted a coffee. I left after 10 minutes of just standing there behind them, despite the employee noticing me and ignoring me to wipe down the top of the espresso machine while her friends talked amongst themselves. I'll go to Cake Shop from now on, the extra minute in the car is significantly less than the time I wasted there that day. read more

First time visiting Mykonos Cafe and it won't be my last! Ordered 1/2 dozen bagels for $6.99-they were deliciously fresh and soft for a great price. Also added spanakopita (husband loved) and two "bomb" type of cakes: boston cream which had a nice cinnamon twist and grand marnier-they were simply heaven. Also, everyone was so kind and I instantly felt comfortable. Next visit I will definitely try the baklava-fusion cheesecake and hope at some point tirapita will be rotated in the mix : ) read more
