"The Sunrise" toast. I'm not the biggest Avocado fan but the hard boiled egg really brings it home. Very delicious.

This place is a bit of a hidden gem. They're definitely Harry Potter fans. Good menu - something for everyone, good vibes. Probably better to come in pairs instead of groups, although that's not to say they couldn't accommodate. Delicious.

Very friendly barista. The latte was very good as well as the pastry. The place was very crowded so I was lucky to find a seat on the couch, which was comfortable just difficult to eat the pastry.

This is a cute little space with friendly staff. I had a lemon burst cake and a matcha latte very lightly sweetened. I love that the matcha here is unsweetened and not the sugary mess you get at Starbucks. That cake was nice but the frosting/topping was a little too sweet for my liking, although it did balance well when combined with the matcha. All in 8/10, would come back again.

The service here is always friendly and relaxed, with delicious food and a cheery sunny vibe. I come back every time I visit, and try new baked goods and flavors of fresh coffee. A special treat!

Recommend the 'pi' on a croissant. Latte was excellent too. Nice ambience of busy coffee shop.

Caprese sandwich and Cappuccino
Rajandeep D.

I went to Coffee & pi for brunch with my mom just the other day and from the first sip of their velvety cappuccino to the last bite of their tantalizing Caprese sandwich, everything was just perfect. The cappuccino was a delightful balance of espresso and frothy milk. Oh and their Caprese sandwich, made with toasted focaccia bread and fresh ingredients, was just delicious. But it wasn't just the food that left a lasting impression; it was the impeccable service and the amazing vibes of the cafe that truly stole our hearts. Our server went above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of extraordinary. I have heard wonderful things about their pastries & pi but didn't get to try them yet. For sure will be going back.

Baklava Latte and Heatwave Salmon Toast

Chill vibe, nice place to meet a friend or work. The employees were very attentive and kind the whole visit checking if things tasted well and seeing how they could make our visit wonderful. Coffee is smooth and not bitter- Baklava latte at first you get the bright notes of the cardamon and after the sweet and nutty notes of the honey and pistachios. The Heatwave sandwich was delicious, the balance of the smoked salmon with fresh and smoked roasted red peppers and the sweet hot honey. Would recommend both.

Avocado toast

Ambiance is nice and clean. Friendly and welcoming service. Free wifi. High top tables, tables for party of four, bar seating and couch seating with games on the selves. Price stand point is a bit higher than nearby coffee/tea shops. I had a matcha green tea with oat milk and unsweetened. Tasted good but would prefer my hot beverage to be steamy hot not just luke warm. Avocado toast was lovely. Layered with cream cheese, sliced avocado, some sprinkle of dried tomatoes and arugula. Toast was crunchy. Price was almost $10. I think it was good but not worth $10 bucks.

As for food: -- Cranberry Orange Scone: Superb. Slightly sweet, a little biscuity, with good moistness and understated glaze that lets the base shine. Sometimes warm. -- Chocolate Croissant: I doubt this is made in house. Flaky, yes, but something's off. Seems like a prefab product from the freezer section. You can do much better than this. -- Rugelach: Very rich with potent Nutella flavor. A little greasy, but in a good way. Small but packs a flavor wallop. -- Cinnamon Bun: Decent. Nice moist glaze and a somewhat dry winding dough. -- Brioche Bun: A small round braided number similar to a pain swisse but also a Scandinavian bun, with custard and chocolate chips. Innovative, but dry and rubbery. Good coffee and good atmosphere, but a mixed bag on the morning treats, with some hits and misses. Order what works for you and you should be happy, especially when comparing against similar places in the immediate area or distant 'burbs. Just don't expect Boston quality and you'll be fine.

The star of the show is the sandwich selection, all on a choice of focaccia or seeded roll, with many including stracciatella, a thick, white, creamy, Buratta-like cheese. Almost every item in the store-- from meats to cheeses to drinks to candies and snacks-- is imported from Italy and you can taste the difference. This ain't your daddy's Boar's Head. -- Tutto: Tried on focaccia, with Mortadella, Soppressata, Capicola, Prosciutto, Provolone, Stracciatella Cheese, Tomatoes, Onions, Pickles, Hot Cherry Peppers, and Garden Greens. Very creamy cheese, almost mayoey in texture. It took some adjustment on my first try, but I got used to it quickly. Strong flavors overall. Very enjoyable. -- Matto: Tried (on two different visits) on a grilled seeded roll, this packed Prosciutto, Soppressata, Sharp Provolone, and Hot Cherry Peppers. Bold flavors from the coldcuts, sharp cheese, and perfectly toasted bread, all in the right proportions to enjoy every flavor and texture. This was spectacular and will be a repeat sandwich for many visits to come. Excellent sandwiches. Nice people. Easy ordering via Toast (they don't have a website). Limited hours-- weekday lunches only-- and hard to spot, but in the same parking lot as the convenience store. I'm not an authority on Italian sandwiches but I've had my fair share from the "name" places in and around Boston, and this unknown gem from the outer suburbs ranks right up there with them. Some may argue they charge Boston prices, but for Boston quality without the Boston hassle, well worth it. Solidly in my lunch rotation.

The afternoon tea this time was a little fancier and pricier than the last time we came. Unfortunately, we did have to wait quite a while for our food to come out this time as well (they were understaffed and having some issues in the kitchen). Again, do not come here if you're in a rush. The ambience is like you're at grandma's house. It's cute and there is no music, so if there are loud conversations around, it does get somewhat loud easily. My husband was the only man in the entire restaurant (I think he was last time too!) so it's a very woman-centered space. The teacups and placemats are all adorably mismatched. We got the oolong tea and the earl grey with peach, and both were nice and strong brews. When the food finally came out, it was like going to carb heaven. Everything is made from scratch and I loved every single one of the scones (there were plain, lemon, blackberry, and butterscotch oatmeal) served with jam and clotted cream. The little savories were also delicious and we particularly enjoyed the artichoke croustade. The cucumber dill ones were nice palate cleansers. The sweet offerings were all delicious (and mostly fall themed) and the only one that was too sweet for me was the snickerdoodle cupcake with maple frosting. We had to pack up some leftovers because we were absolutely stuffed. I think this is one of the most authentic afternoon tea places I've been to and I would come back.

The gingerbread latte was the best flavor. The cookie butter latte was good. And the vanilla cardamom was my least favorite. I would have liked more of the cardamom flavor. I like that you can try all the seasonal flavors but I would like it better if it was customizable instead of being preset. The service is pretty good. I think you can open a tab or you pay each time you order. There is no waitressing, so they call you up to the bar to get your order and you bring back your dishes to a corner of the counter. The bar/beer side was pretty slow service. I waited for a while to place my order but once I placed my order it wasn't too long before I received my drink.
