Rating: 3.5-4 stars. Tiramisu latte is their specialty, which was solid and rang up at $8-9. There was no cocoa powder sprinkle on top of my cream, but 'tis life. Bacon egg and cheese bagel was yummy. Hard to go wrong with this staple and when enjoyed moments after being made. Bagel is better than chain bakeries, but not exceptional enough to hit my top 3-5. Some kind pointers: The ventilation in the cafe could be improved -- I personally like the smell of bacon, but some may not appreciate the smoke & scent lingering on their clothes after visiting. Our order was completed by three guys wearing football helmets for Halloween. The hubby and I felt old as d*rt reminiscing about how long it's been since high school/college years, but 'tis life. I had an Iced Latte w/ Gingerbread syrup. The syrup was really good but the coffee itself wasn't all that. For the price I paid, I was expecting higher quality coffee and bolder taste. The service was good, the place gets really busy because it is attached to an ice center (so expect to see a lot of kids and parents). I've been wanting to try the coffee shop that's in the Worcester Ice Center. I've always thought that this was a very good location for a coffee shop. I was hoping for some speciality lattes, but they didn't have much. I was also looking for more of a variety of cold foams, which they also didn't have. I ended up getting a cookie butter iced latte with their homemade vanilla cold foam. It was pretty decent. I wish there was more cookie butter flavoring, it wasn't anything special. I paid $8.50 for my coffee, which seems like a lot, but I felt like this is a typical price for a fun coffee. I am glad I finally got the try this place. read more

What absolutely amazing find this is definitely a hidden jewel here in Worcester. It's located in the Worcester ice Center. I believe it's called. I found it on my yelp app and they have the most amazing stuff. We ordered a bacon egg and cheese cheddar cheese on a bagel bagels are so soft and so fresh And then we got a hot coffee and I got a freshly made pineapple green tea iced tea, which is absolutely so refreshing and so delicious and they make the pineapple right here which is good. The girl was very kind. She told me just don't rush. I did that and ended up Getting exactly what I was coming for.I had just come from the one of the closing days of Queen's Cupcakes over on Water Street very sad day here in Worcester. Let me tell you. I had to wait in line like 35 minutes after the driving an hour to get my cupcakes but they didn't have what I wanted. I just ended up getting one of each anyway so I can put them in the freezer for later. It's nice and quiet here. You can probably fit about 35. Maybe you have a 35 people in here and it's very quiet two girls here 1 doing the cooking and 1 doing the counter to get your order and stuff correctly they have lots of good smoothies, different types of coffees, I açaí bowls, and then some sandwiches and stuff is definitely worth it if you can come and find it it's definitely worth coming . We'll be coming back to try a different sandwich and beverage another day. This is definitely worth a trip, but it's even more worth it if you're actually in the area. read more

How can a coffee shop not serve coffee? Went yesterday morning (Monday) and they told me they don't make coffee during the week because they don't sell enough of it. I was like "what- you're a coffee shop!?!?!?!" I settled for a latte which was good but they were all out of skim milk and they didn't have sugar free vanilla so that was disappointing. If you want coffee - go elsewhere. Otherwise I do have so say the egg and cheese sandwich I ordered and the avocado toast my daughter ordered were excellent. Too bad management made the decision not serve coffee during the week. Unfortunately I wont be back. read more

Came for the iced Tiramisu Latte, and it did not disappoint!! Was delicious and full of flavor- love a good latte. Don't skip out on that if you come here! Also had the avo toast and the chocolate banana acai bowl. They were both delicious as well and we were very happy with it. Staff are sweet and the vibes are very calm and relaxing. Definitely a great place to get some work done, catch up with people, or just enjoy a good, healthy meal. Overall a great experience and a cute cafe in Worcester, right next to the market as well. 10000% worth a trip!! The tiramisu latte was amazing. It had just the right amount of sweetness without being overpowering. (And yes, it does taste like tiramisu!) iced pineapple green tea is very refreshing and perfect on a summer day. The bacon eggs and cheese were cooked to perfection anf nice and messy with cheddar cheese. I would highly recommend making a trip out here. The workers were very sweet and helpful when deciding on what to order. The cafe is located in the ice rink, around the back side. It's very cute inside with plenty of seating. A super cute spot to sit and do work if needed! read more

Headed to the newly opened Infused Cafe after reading an article in the local paper that this was opened by two 20 year olds. It is located within the Worcester Ice Center, plenty of parking when I stopped by. The latte was good, the atmosphere is clean and well decorated. My only recommendation would be to turn the music down a notch; I received a phone call while I was there and could barely hear over the music. I will definitely be back to try some food selections - lots of healthy choices. Support local businesses and give Infused a try! read more

This place is garbage. The drinks are extremely overpriced, and the employees are unfriendly and unwelcoming. I went in one morning and there was no one waiting on line. I walked up to the register and there were two girls behind the counter making drinks. I waited a full minute and still no one acknowledged me and said 'hello' or 'give me a second and I'll be right with you.' So I went up to one of them and asked if they were taking orders. The girl said 'what?' with the nastiest attitude. So I repeated myself. She said oh someone will be right with you, again, with an attitude. I 100% understand that you're busy and can't take orders right away, but at least say something when someone walks in and let them know that you'll be right with them. I have no issue waiting while you make drinks. A separate, slightly more pleasant, girl finally took my order. The cherry on top of this whole experience is that the banana cream latte I ordered was NINE DOLLARS. In a medium-sized cup. If you're going to charge beyond-Starbucks prices for mediocre drinks at least have some type of customer service. read more

So I'm a self declared coffee snob (lol) and I don't review places unless I'm in love and I absolutely love the coffee these girls have at their shop. I've worked in many coffee shops in my day and know quality when I taste it. I can tell they put a lot of thought into making each of their drinks high quality and worth your money. My favorite go to is definitely the coconut brûlée latte with almond milk which they make in house I come here on occasion to work as I work from home and it's always a slow paced vibe (except on the weekend lol definitely expect a bunch of hockey kids!) 10/10 ! read more

First, the prices are insane, I thought that Fuel America was expensive but OMG this place is overpriced. I was going to order an Acai bowl till I saw that it's nearly 20 dollars for a little bowl that will most likely be filled with air. Waited in line for 30 minutes, paid 21$ for an açai "bowl" that came out in a coffee cup lukewarm 30 minutes later, after others who ordered 20 minutes behind myself had already received food and drinks had received their order, with half a strawberry and two pieces of banana. Never again. read more

Very very overpriced. Decent smoothie, bland açaí bowl, fine service. Messy interior that is too crammed. Prefer NU Kitchen.
