This place is open early which is GREAT for the rare night shift worker like myself who is looking to relief-binge when I get home from work. We ordered from here for delivery recently. I love the mediterranean options offered from here, for our mains, I ordered a falafel wrap and my GF ordered a hummus and tabouli wrap. We are WHORES for appetizers and had to try their homemade spinach pie. I was also particularly in the mood for something slutty and cheesy AND wanted to give the lipase in my GI tract something to do while all of the other digestive enzymes were working on the falafel wrap, so I tossed in an order of their mozzarella sticks. Finally, I do not know if I am capable of not ordering fries when they are offered so I added an order of those. I went back and forth between small and large but ultimately large is literally only $ 0.76 more than the small so I had to be financially responsible. The spinach pie was THICK and LOADED with spinach and feta. This was pretty good and authentic-tasting. It came with a greek salad that was frankly fucking delicious. The lettuce was romaine, not the bullshit iceberg, and all of the ingredients were fresh AF. The fries were not of the typical frozen variety. They were definitely fresh cut somewhere down the line and had a unique flavor but unfortunately were soggy AF by the time they got to us. I was too lazy to throw them in the air fryer which would have helped but this was disappointing. The mozzarella sticks, on the other hand, were definitely of the frozen variety and were disappointing. The falafel wrap that I had contained incredibly crispy falafel with fresh and plentiful veggies, including romaine and tomatoes. I personally would have preferred a pita instead of a wrap. Finally, the "sauce" was a very bitter and aggressively-tahini flavored. I LOVE a good tahini sauce as much as the next bitch but this was just not good and really detracted from the enjoyment of the wrap. I probably wouldn't order this again. As par for the course, whenever I ask my GF how her meal was, her response for the hummus and tabouleh wrap is "good". This time she added on "it was satisfying" which unfortunately doesn't help me much and doesn't really help you but it is what it is. Ultimately this place was just meh. read more

This place is awesome. The food, no matter what you get is homemade and fresh. I've had the eff.lemon soup, chicken rice soup, and tomato rice soup and all were served piping hot and fresh. The chicken kabobs and rice were cooked and seasoned to perfection. The cape colder chicken salad served on toasted wheat phoenomenal. The Greek salad wrap fresh and chock full of vegetables. I was planning on a lunch date with a friend during a weekday and I ended up Yelping this cute little place. Not realizing it was literally a food court style interior, although the name of the place obviously was a dead giveaway. Even though it was a weekday, the place was surprisingly busy but service was extremely fast. They have breakfast and lunch options. I ended up getting a waffle with strawberry toppings and an egg and sausage on the side. Can I just say, if you're looking for more dessert for breakfast kinda option this place is definitely a must go to! Their waffles are the perfect crunch on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside with fruit topping gave it the perfect extra something. PS It's street parking near downtown so it might be difficult to find parking... Prices are super reasonable! Staff overall extremely quick and friendly! read more

I went In before having to serve on a jury at the court house. The sign listed one price and the register rang in another. I can't believe they are charging 4+ dollars for a bagel that wasn't toasted and cream cheese on had to put on my self. It was the worst place to go. I do not recommend going there. They were not busy at 730 am. And had more staff than they needed. People just standing around not working just talking. Sad sad place. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!! read more

My H and I had a few things to do while we were in Worcester... and took longer than anticipated. This was convenient and near the shop- so we had to make a stop in. Upon entering, the cafe's a great size for a spot in downtown Worcester. It reminded me of one of UConn's cafeterias... but with muuuch nicer staff. As soon as you walk in, you're immediately greeted by a man or woman (family members?) who ask for your order. There were lots of Thanksgiving specials, so I took advantage and got the Thanksgiving Lunch Special for $8.99. The turkey was ok- it wasn't really seasoned but the portions were generous and it was moist. The stuffing was decent- I liked the touch of dried cranberries and walnuts. The red mashed potatoes and butternut squash were the best part of the dish, but how can you really make that wrong? My H ordered a corned beef Reuben and had no complaints. This is the restaurant I have most frequently been to in Worcester. I've gotten take out the most often but have also dined in numerous times. I've had a lot of their dishes but my favourite is the buffalo chicken wrap with sweet potato fries. You must have their sweet potato fries they're devine. As it was 9am, 3/4 of us ordered breakfast food, and one person ordered the molten lava that they claimed was soup. I never heard if the soup she had for breakfast was good, just that it was traumatizingly hot (I was horrified by the idea of soup for breakfast anyway.) I went with two eggs over medium with bacon (shocker), white toast, and a bottle of water. It rang up to about $8 plus tip. First of all, I was so thrilled to actually be served "over medium" eggs! It's nearly impossible at the finest establishment, yet they pulled it off with ease. Not sure what seasoning they used on it but they were very good. They actually gave me so much bacon I couldn't finish it all, which is bizarre. The veggie omelette and a hash omelette were also sampled, both of which I believe were also good. All of the employees behind the counter were super upbeat and helpful, which was surprising for such a humid day. The (I'm assuming) housemade iced tea was satisfying and perfectly sweetened with the sugar I asked for. The steak and cheese was hot and cooked to perfection on a grinder roll! Not bad for a $9 meal. This place confused me only for the fact that I couldn't tell if it was a sit down and be waited on kind of place or not. It definitely had the potential to be. This is a great place-- really spacious, the food is really great and despite what the reviewer wrote a week ago they do take credit cards. I stopped there on New Years Eve Day and the service and food was equal to or better than the times I've gone before. The price was pretty average as far as I'm concerned, but I don't usually go places in the Worcester area. The second time I went, it was pretty packed. As the name suggests, the place is right across the street from the courthouse, so at 1pm the court crowd winds up here for lunch. I'd give it a 3.5 sooner than a 4 but...well, you know. Courthouse Cafe offers breakfast and lunch all day. The menus are pretty extensive and everything is reasonably priced. I ordered the gyro ($6.99) and it was ok. The sandwiches didn't come with any extras so we ordered a side of fries, which was very generous. Overall the Courthouse Cafe was ok but not great. It's nice inside and very large, but I probably wouldn't go back. It's fine if you want something safe but it won't wow you. read more

This is a Good looking place inside and out with ample, very comfortable seating. It's a nice, fun place to hang out with friends and family or a cool breakfast club. On to the bad: One order of eggs was little under cooked but was happily taken care of by the server. The food took a little longer then expected. Home-fries were tasty, but a little on the luke warmish side. When ordering my kielbasa and eggs, i was not asked how i wanted my eggs (scrambled). I have only been here for breakfast, but it is so good and so reasonably priced. They made me an egg white sandwich with mozzarella and turkey bacon on a "bulkie roll" that put Starbucks to shame, to say the least. I asked for a side of fruit and was told to take a container from the cooler. The fruit was ripe and perfect and there was a lot of it. I have my coffee (actually tea) here four days a week. I meet with a group of other lawyers and we pretty much take control of the front room....so I'm biased-sue me. This is a cafeteria style restaurant where the food is fresh, well prepared and served in large prtions. They have 8-10 soups daily and they are actually always very good. They make a wide array of sandwiches and prepared meals....and they have fresh, healthy alternatives if you're watching the wasteline. The staff is great, the owners are always around, the place is impeccably clean and the food is extremely good....can be a bit pricey (especially for breakfast) but is worth it. read more

I like it here a lot. I wish a can come here more often, but it is quite a walk from my office. My favorite is there fish sandwich, however, it's not on the menu everyday and usually only on Fridays especially during lent season. The prices there are reasonable. Which, given the fact that they're right across from the courthouse and probably deal with grumpy jurors and lawyers and people fighting parking tickets... nice isn't necessarily a given.
