The customer service it great and was able to accommodate all the request as well as go above and beyond by putting all wet ingredients in a different bowl. Was able to have a great fresh poke bowl like as if I ate it in the restaurant. Would come again as its the only poke style in the area. We've only ordered takeout and the fish and ingredients are fresh, but a bowl is pricey. The serving sizes are kind of a ripoff, especially if you get 3 scoops of protein. We compared my boyfriend's 3 scoop order to my 2 scoop and it was the same, or mine might have even been bigger. I just spoke to one of the owners, and she was delightful, but it doesn't help the fact that my avocados are brown, and there was no fish anywhere to be found on my poke bowl. She admits that her team needs to slow down at lunchtime and make sure that there's protein in the bowl. And I do know they get fresh produce every day so I have no clue why these avocados were allowed to go in on the plate. In the meantime, granny Hudson is starving!!! read more

I'm honestly saddened. My husband and I have been going here for a while now since they've opened. We have thoroughly enjoyed the food over the years. However, as of this past 3-4 months, the food has greatly suffered. The portions are good, as always, but the quality of the food has declined. In the last three times we have ordered, the most recent being yesterday, the rice was old and hard. It had no moisture and felt like it was sitting out for too long. We were barely able to eat it. The staff needs to be paying attention to the times when cooked and when it needs to be tossed and refreshed. I know it can be difficult to get good staff, but there has been quite a few new faces. I'm unsure if the new staff is uncaring of customer service and quality of food, or if they are just untrained, but better training to ensure they can handle the stress of the store when a supervisor or manager is not able to be present is a must for the food industry. read more

Amazing Poke. With so many options in the area, this is the best spot for a good post workout meal. I had their most popular bowl, The Atlantic. The bowl had great flavor and what was best, it tasted very fresh. From the seaweed salad to the tuna and salmon all meshed well with the spicy mayo and ginger sauce, with a hint of wasabi. The post meal beverage was really good as well, I got a pineapple sorbet to top it all off. This place is a great alternative to the options surrounding area and I can't wait to go back and try their other bowls. read more

HORRIBLE. This restaurant had the absolute worst service I have ever seen. Walked in at 2:13pm and thought it would be a quick wait, with only about 8 people in line. BOY WAS I MISTAKEN. My cousin and I ended up waiting in line for over half an hour, all due to the laziness and inefficiency of the SINGLE employee who did not care at all about doing a good job. When we finally got to the front she scooped our ingredients with a sloth-like mobility. And once she finished our order and we were at the register, she left our food there to go take the NEXT order instead of just checking us out. So we waited ANOTHER 5 minutes for her to go back and take half of the other order THEN came back and rang us up. The whole time she barely looked up at us or said anything. Really not a great experience. ADDITIONALLY, the toppings were MEAGER to say the least -- no crispy onions, or authentic Asian toppings. Very basic and plain, been to MUCH better poke places where they also give you bigger portions. LASTLY, we asked for extra sauce which should be a given at any poke place, and she said it would be A DOLLAR for each additional squirt of sauce. Are you kidding?? Also, no free water, you must pay for a water bottle. Do not recommend, find somewhere else to eat if you want to avoid frustration and mediocre food. read more

But let me tell you i walked in and everyone was so excited and happy to walk me through what i should get! I ordered the most delicious bowl (the Atlantic) and the employees made jokes with me about how i don't enjoy wasabi! Since I am not a sushi or raw fish eater I got the chicken poke and it was really good. Its a bonus when something tastes great and makes you feel like your eating healthy. The dressing was so good I drank what was left in the bowl. I just wish they had a location closer to where I live. Would definitely go back when in the area. read more

Place was great! Lovely new interior which is very inviting. The staff were very friendly and informative for my first time being there. And above all the food was great. I had the most popular Atlantic bowl (all bowls currently $14) and it was delicious. If you've ever had sushi, well this is essentially the same. Taste is very similar to sushi, except it's all mixed up in a bowl instead tiny sushi rolls. It was super tasty, and a well-portioned size bowl! I frequent here. Very friendly and great customer service. However, I've noticed that the portion sizes vary depending on who is making my bowl. Especially when it comes to the amount of rice/greens in the base. This is something that should be addressed. Other than that, will continue to come pretty regularly. read more

I wanted to take the time to write about how satisfied I am with the customer service/support from this restaurant. I needed a refund for a large order that I canceled through a third-party delivery service (completely my fault). The staff and owners were so incredibly understanding, helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. They had to take time out of their busy day to fix my mistake by calling the third-party delivery service to get my refund. They stayed extremely kind and patient for the two days that it took. They easily could have scoffed it off as my own problem, but they showed that they truly care about their customers! read more

Went here today to check out all the hype. This place is amazing! Fresh tuna and salmon I swear was just caught! I've never had rice cooked as perfect as this. All the toppings were fresh and plentiful and the price was amazing for the portion of food! Ask for Seth, he is knowledgeable about all the items and will lead you to a masterpiece of a bowl! Saw the review of this restaurant on Phantom Gourmet and my wife and wanted to try it out. Went there yesterday 3/24. The restaurant is very bright and comforting. We were greeted by the two employees working that day Danielle and Mikayla, they answered the questions we had and very, very pleasant! The food was light, but filling a great combination, in addition it was incredibly fresh!!! It's a 30 minute drive for us to get there but we'll definitely be going back! Food tastes great and made to order in front of you. The only knock is that they give you very little fish in a giant bowl of sushi rice.

This is my new favorite go-to place for lunch! For me, what makes their Poke bowls so good is that you pick your own ingredients from a wide variety of choices, the ingredients are kept fresh and cool, and are cut to a nice small size which makes everything blend together perfectly. I like to start with a Sushi Rice base, and then add my favorite veggies along with chicken and shrimp. I then top everything off with toasted Sesame Seeds, Panko crumbs, Ginger Sauce, and the Atlantic Sauce. Perfection!! The best way to describe the overall dish is fresh, delicious, and satisfying. Unlike many other places that I've been, the chicken is not grizzly, and the shrimp never tastes fishy. I typically don't write reviews, but I thought Atlantic Poke was particularly worthy.
