A lot of times a BLT is just assuming that you just want a bacon sandwich. Not this one. I'm not supposed to have bacon so I have to remove it. Eventually a manager type of guy came over and closed the door. Fine...except college kids were going in and out the door to the outside patio area every few seconds so we continued to freeze. Complained again and asked to be moved...nothing! Eventually and mercifully we finished our dinner and were ready to leave. The snippy and sassy cocktail waitress continued to go in and out the door making sure that she opened it widely each time, and sneered at us every time. On our way out I complained to the general manager and he said "sorry" but didn't acknowledge that we asked to be reseated and we were just ignored. This place is packed all the time so I assume they don't care about one disgruntled table of 5, still, you should know that if the weather is chilly don't let them seat you anywhere near the outside patio...you'll freeze and they won't care.
