For fast food paninis, Hot Table is pretty good. Don't expect anything gourmet, but it makes a nice changeup for lunch. There are a ton of options so you probably won't get bored with repeated visits. Prices are on par with chipotle etc, but the sandwiches aren't huge. read more

I drove over from Westborough to try this place out after seeing it on a drive-by to a client meeting. The staff was extremely knowledgable and friendly. I ordered the Steak Mushroom and Swiss. I have been to this location a number of times as well as the one in Boston. Yes, the food is good, but they have a huge problem with cross-contamination. I picked up food tonight for two vegetarians, vegan, and a pescatarian. I ordered all four online and drove the 20 minutes there expecting them to be ready. When I arrived, they had no idea about my order, after five minutes it had finally come through. It's a good thing that I was there or we all would have ended up sick! The girl making our food made a vegetarian one, a caprese with chicken, then the vegan, and the other veggie one. Not once did she change her gloves and she picked everything up with her hands. She put cheese on the vegan one and then scraped it off leaving pieces, she then continued on making it anyways. I asked for it to be made again... this happened two more times with her putting the ingredients on the wrong one and then pulling them off. Once all four were made they went on a grill that had bits of food and miscellaneous juices all over it, when I asked when the last time it was cleaned she said it was last night. The same girl picked up a sandwich from another customer with tuna juice all over the sides, all the while getting it on her gloves and then moved right on to pick up one of mine without changing her gloves. I had to ask her to chance them! No one in the store had a clue that it was a problem, Someone is going to get very sick from this cross contamination and unsanitary practices. I definitely will not be back for some time. It's too bad because I generally enjoy their paninis. read more

To say this place is better then any sub place is a under statement. I got the buffalo chicken panini and a raspberry lemonade. All I can say is AMAZING. A MUST GO! Even the kids menu was great for my son. Will be back very soon.Open until 9 pm just wish it was open later. read more

This place just opened near where I work. I never knew there were so many ways to make a Panini, there are many different varieties to try. I had the steak Panini with blue cheese. I had lunch here today and was disappointed by a couple of things. The thing that influenced the entire experience was the noise level there. The environment is all hard surfaces so there is nothing to absorb the sound, with music playing and customers talking it makes communication very difficult. With the combination of the noise level, masks that we are all wearing, and the glass between us the young man taking orders didn't understand my request. I ordered a vegetarian sandwich but luckily saw him putting chicken in it and got his attention to correct it. Sadly that caused the sandwich he started to be thrown away. He had to come out from around the counter to correctly understand my order. I watched him make the sandwich and he did a good job asking me about what I wanted on it. I was looking forward to enjoying it but when I bit into it it was cold. My friend's sandwich was also cold. We decided it was too busy to take them back so we ended up eating cold sandwiches in an uncomfortable environment. I'm sure that if the sandwiches had been heated properly they would have been very enjoyable and if we were to return we would remember to have take out. All in all a very disappointing experience. read more

What is there to say negative about Hot Table?? Trick question. Answer:nothing. Not from around here(Maine) and Hot Table has never failed to impress. The food is delicious and I've never left feeling unsatisfied. The teas that they offer for a choice other than soda not only taste good but are refreshing, like tea should be. The atmosphere is not overwhelming, even when busy and the high ceilings in the dining area are actually quite nice. Hot Table is totally a recommendation if you want a quick meal but don't want the everyday fast food grease bombs. read more

Been here several times since it opened. The food is good. The staff is very friendly. Food prep time is about what you'd expect for subway (It can be busy at times and can slow down). The paninis are amazing. I love the customization of all the paninis. I have tried most if not all of the paninis. I did try the soup once I didn't care for it but doesn't matter it's all about the paninis. They have good parking and very friendly. Two paninis large paninis would cost around 22$. read more

Went to college across from Hot Table in Springfield and it has always been a favorite. So much so that any trip to Western MA includes a trip to Hot Table. We were recently in the Marlborough area so of course, a Hot Table trip was necessary. Delicious as always. Employees seem to have it down! We had paper punch cards from before the app launch and they honored them! Michael, was great and helped us out with the punch cards and made sure the food was up to par with the other locations. I ordered online for an "ASAP" pickup and the online portal told me 1pm. I called and spoke to someone and they said they can have it made in 20min they are super accommodating and I love their food. They also have a gluten free bread and are very careful with their process of making your sandwich! read more
