The service has always been super friendly and efficient. They have a great menu featuring some creative options and plenty of variety. Unfortunately, the past couple of meals were disappointing though, particularly our late lunch the other day. I ordered the Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich special and a garden side salad with Greek dressing. My husband ordered the Buffalo Fried Chicken sandwich with onion strings. The server delivered our food and told me that they ran out of Greek dressing and "decided to dress my salad with Balsamic" (odd that they didn't first ask me for my preference). The balsamic dressing basically tasted like salt water so I asked our waitress to bring me some Caesar dressing. I think they were having a bad dressing day all-around as the Caesar was basically thick mayonnaise (had to use a butter knife to spread it across the salad) with a very slight hint of cheese flavor. And unfortunately, both fried chicken sandwiches were drenched with way too much sauce which caused the buns holding things together to slip away and break apart. And I hate to add this but my husband's onion strings were cold and actually tasted stale. I truly hope that they are not going downhill and compromising on food quality because we really love the vibe and most all of the previous meals we've had there were very good. We'll likely give them another go.

My friend and I got the South-West Acton. It took about 10-15 minutes to be made. I loved everything about this sandwich! It was delicious! The bread was crispy. The turkey was delicious along with the cheese and mayo. So yummy! I do think this sandwich was a little small for $16. But overall so good and the other sandwiches sounded good too.

Our order was taken and it didn't take long for our food to arrive. I had the chicken souvlaki with fries, my daughter had the grilled chicken Caesar wrap with fries. The food was amazing. The chicken souvlaki was hot and loaded with chicken. The flavors were so good. My daughter loved the Caesar wrap. Fries were hot and crispy, not soggy or over salted. Portions were large enough that we had leftovers for the next day. I highly recommend stopping in to give this place a try.

It seems to be a very local spot and family run, which was so nice to see. It's a no-frills space, but very warm and inviting in terms of customer service. My dad got the haddock sandwich, which he really enjoyed and I got a basic pasta dish, which was very good. The service was warm and friendly and I'd definitely come back here again the next time I'm in the area.

The coffee was decent and food was fine but it took a while to get everything (~30 minutes) so be prepared to wait on the weekends. One of our coffees was supposed to be hot but they gave us iced coffee instead. They also forgot our food - we saw them call out to people who ordered much later than we did so when we finally spoke up, they grabbed our food from the food prep station immediately which meant that it was just sitting there. We also heard other patrons who received either the wrong or missing order. Overall, a decent local cafe with long wait times.
