Want to send out a huge THANK YOU to the Jersey Mike's in Hudson, MA. We needed a large order prepped quickly and they rose to the challenge. Even when presented with a challenge, they got the order together and it was ready for pick up prior to the time originally given to us. The employee that we worked with was polite and acknowledged that she would do her best and she was successful. Wanted to try Jersey Mike's for a while. 1st time, got the Giant #5...The Super Sub Provolone, ham, prosciuttini and cappacuolo (this is their menu description). Using misspelled Italian names for not even close to Italian meat products and charging a premium cost is unconscionable. Should have just turned around and walked out when I noticed the misspelled names. Anyway, sub was terrible! Like I said, 1st time,,,last time. No one acknowledged me when I walked in. I had to waive at two separate employees to acknowledge my existence so I could order as they were focused on online orders exclusively. Once they saw me, it was very awkward ordering experience as they seem surprised that I was there to order a sub! Then, No one asked me what I wanted in terms of bread or condiments and they seemed very put out once I provided what else I wanted on the sandwich. So on her way home, my wife asked me if I ever had a sub from this place. I said no. She asked me if I'd like one, I told her just get me the Usual. The usual for me is an Italian sub with mayonnaise and no oil but everything else. So she brings it home. It was glistening so much from the oil. there was mayonnaise on it. Nothing else but meat and cheese. There was no seasoning nor hot peppers. If you notice, the sub is pictured near the trash can. That's where it belongs. And this is why I do not go to chain sub shops. read more

Ordered for pickup during lunchtime hours. I waited as the line had a good crowd of people and the employees were hard at work to attend to them and the lunch rush. I waited no more than 3 minutes for someone to attend to me, but I was rather early to pick up my to-go order, so I was in no rush. They were kind, as well as apologetic for not attending to me sooner. I ordered an Italian wrap with modifications and a bowl style turkey and provolone, also modified. Went in late shortly before their close time. Food was great and the staff was friendly to me.

I truly wanted to love this place! All the hype and of course, Danny DeVito as the pitchmen, made me super excited to try it out. While I liked the fact they did the fresh deli cuts, it took way too long to get my order. It took about 5 minutes just to get the attention of the employees who were incredibly skilled at not making eye-contact and another 10-15 minutes for them to cash me out. They were all busy doing something, maybe for an online order, but they had no interest in me. Again, maybe this is their shtick, but they were pretty rude honestly - so I'm ignoring the service and douchyness, and will simply focus on the food. Unfortunately, it wasn't great. The bread was super stale and flavorless. The meats were edible, but tasted like they were made in a lab and left a tinny taste in my mouth. I really wish they were good. I would have been happy with good. This was not good. This was something that I would consider tourist food. Interesting experience but not something you'd ever do again... voluntarily. read more

It's a new store and already so mismanaged. I went in for a number three. Seemed like there were six people looking at me and no one doing anything except for one woman who was working on another order at a snails pace. I've had Jersey Mike's before and this sandwich was awful No meat and the woman asked me what I wanted on it like it was subway. The mayo looked old, the bread was stale and I pitched it after a few bites. Really disappointing. read more

Sub rolls were very soft and fresh, unlike a lot of hard crusty rolls from other sub shops. Lettuce was crisp, tomatoes were ripe, turkey and provolone were flavorful. They will make a BLT if you ask, it's not on the billboard menu though. (Bacon was well cooked and crispy but not burnt). Service was very good, only slight improvement would be to keep up with wiping down the tables between guests. Will visit again! read more

got 4 subs. 2 of them were wrong. asked for chipotle cheese steak. they gave me chicken. the second sub I asked for everything on it. she didn't put any pickles, onions, hots or oils... not sure if you guys are apart of autism speaks program or you don't understand "everything on it" but half my order went straight to the trash...
