Pretty good American fare. Convenient location with plenty of parking. The bad: Location serves a lot of youth sports groups/families for dinner due to its location. They will gladly seat the kids at a separate table. The parents may or may not check in on them and monitor their behavior. Despite this, the restaurant may very well seat your adult table right next to this fiasco. The restaurant staff needs to put more thought into where they seat people when they have loud, messy poorly behaved kids tables seated in the restaurant. It's not supposed to be a chuck-e-cheese. read more

I made a lunch reservation, as my husband and I were talking a friend for a birthday lunch. The restaurant was nearly empty at 12:30, so I guess we didn't need the reservation. The host was our server and was quite nice. He started by asking if we had food allergies, explaining that they take allergies very seriously, and always ask about them "so we don't accidentally kill you." I might look for another way to phrase that, but he was a very good server. My husband I had Caesar Salad, and the restaurant gets extra points because they had anchovies. My friend ordered a burger and said it was the best burger he'd ever had! All in all, a very good experience. I would return. read more

Cannot say enough good things about 110 Grill!! I have a tough food restriction and they have been the most accommodating restaurant we have ever been to. Always a great experience at 110 grill. This location has a great round bar area and large dining room space too. Seasonal cocktails are plentiful, and the food is always good. The plaza has a lot of other businesses but haven't had an issue finding a parking spot close. read more

I came on a fairly busy Wednesday evening. My waitress was friendly & efficient. I responded in kind. My entrees took awhile and that was fine. Then everything went downhill. My grilled salmon was lukewarm & not cooked evenly. My grilled veggies were overcooked. My mashed potatoes were warm & delicious. Ok whatever. Everything was edible. Then I finished my meal & wondered where my waitress was. And then I kept wondering. Finally I had to flag another waitress to help me find her. When she finally came over, she treated me like I was a bother--when she GHOSTED me. I ordered a decaf coffee with "plenty of room" for cream. I got my coffee filled to the brim & with milk. SMH. My waitress made her "final appearance" when she dropped off my bill. I whipped out my credit card & displayed it prominently. And then I WAITED. AGAIN. This other waiter literally took pity on me & grabbed my card & returned with it. Did I tip my waitress for barely doing her job? Yes...at 15%. I could have just walked out & not paid. God knows I was given plenty of opportunities. read more

Used to enjoy this place. The last couple of times coming out the service had been a little eh. When asking about if the kitchen staff was able to put a decent sear on the streak the waitress responded, maybe.... Took the order came back with the wrong sides and a very rubbery steak like the cook put grill marks on the meat then microwaved it. Mentioned to the server and she stated she wasn't surprised about how the food came out as the cook wasn't really that good. Didn't offer to refire the food, replace it, substitute it. Just made the comment and walked off. At the end of the night received the wrong bill from a different table that I ended up paying. Just an utter mess. That said it was noticeable how empty the place was around 7:00PM on a Saturday. Might be a sign of worst things to come if the restaurant manager can't get their act together. A big thing to note was that the server complained about how little in tips they were making. Big thing on tipping is this... If service isn't offered and you complain about your kitchen staff, then bring food that's wrong and then the wrong check and don't do anything to resolve the issues I might still tip you but I won't be a repeat customer. If you want to continue to have customers you need to deliver a good customer experience. Would recommend management taking a page from Bocado in Worcester. Managing a place correctly doesn't actually cost money. It's an attitude and representation of who you are. Managing the place incorrectly will ultimately kill the business. read more

we have been to different 110 locations in MA and NH many time and our visit to Marlborough on 3/7 was the worst experience we've had. We waited 50 minutes for our food, which then came out barely warm, we weren't given silverware and the quality of the food was just awful. It was edible but nothing more. Found this restaurant on our way to Maine and is quite good. Restaurant is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Had the clam chowder and it was creamy and delicious, I was surprised. I also enjoyed the perfectly cooked swordfish. BF had the cheesesteak and thought it was okay. Service was prompt and friendly. Not bad for a chain. read more

First time here and they delivered! We were greeted and seated immediately. We had a roomy booth with a view: the kitchen on one side and the spacious bar on the other. Service was prompt and friendly. The menu, while not extensive, offers something for everyone with a nice selection of apps, salads, sandwiches and entrees. The place is very classy, yet casual, with a nice vibe. It's lively, but quiet enough for conversation. Now, for the food! I spied Bread Pudding on the dessert specials, so had to keep my meal in the lighter side so I'd have room. Since it was lunchtime, a salad seemed perfect. I ordered the BBQ Chicken salad while my date chose the Blue Cheese Wedge, adding grilled chicken. We were both very happy with our choices! The bbq chicken was lightly fried and cut into bite sized zed pieces. The mixed greens were accompanied by grape tomatoes, black beans, corn, avocado, crumbled bacon, white cheddar and banana pepper rings. The dressing was house-made Ranch (very good) and a drizzle of just enough bbq sauce, which was a perfect balance of tangy and not-too-sweet. It all worked beautifully together. The Blue Cheese Wedge was a thing of beauty, too. The crisp iceberg was smothered in blue cheese crumbles and topped with grape tomatoes, red onion and bacon pieces. The grilled chicken breasts, tender and moist, were served in the side - a very nice touch. The blue cheese dressing was also house-made. Now, for the bread pudding! This is about the only dessert I ever order and I have a well-honed pallet. Their's was served in a mason jar mug, which was surprising. I quickly became a fan as I learned to place the long handled spoon all the way to the bottom. Scraping upward agains the glass resulted in a prefect layered spoonful of heaven: warm bread pudding, caramel sauce, vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. It was amazing. read more

Unfortunately we did not have the best experience here. Not sure if they are short staffed, I believe that might be the case because our food took over an hour and I noticed our server had multiple tables and big parties. We also waited almost 15 mins at the door to be seated when the restaurant was almost empty. I had the steak salad, Thick Sliced Beefsteak Tomatoes, Red Onion And Sirloin Steak, Over Artisan Greens Tossed With A Balsamic Reduction, Finished With Housemade Steak Sauce, Blue Cheese Crumbles And Applewood Smoked Bacon. It was good but not enough pieces of steak for $22. My friend who lives in this area said she usually has a much better experience here so if give it another chance. One unique thing they do have is a very comprehensive gluten free and allergy menu and if anything is ordered from that menu, it has to go through and be delivered by the manager. read more

A Truly Exceptional Dining Experience for Food Allergy Families: Today we unexpectedly found ourselves needing a place to eat, which is always a challenge as parents of a young child with multiple severe, life-threatening food allergies. Usually, this means grabbing safe snacks elsewhere (we stopped at Hannaford across the street) and watching him sit through meals unable to join us, which is heartbreaking. When we walked into 110 Grill in Marlborough, we were greeted by Sharon, the General Manager, and everything changed. After explaining our situation, she immediately reassured us that 110 Grill takes food allergies very seriously and prides itself on inclusivity. Her confidence and warmth were both calming and reassuring -- something we rarely experience when dining out. Sharon walked us through their food allergy protocols and showed us the allergy binder, which clearly outlined ingredients and cross-contamination precautions. For the first time ever, we felt safe enough to let our child order a meal. That is no small thing. Our server, Parker, was also phenomenal -- kind, attentive, and genuinely understanding. He made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. To top it off, the kitchen manager personally came to our table to double-check an ingredient and confirm everything was safe. Thanks to this team, our son was not only included -- he was thrilled. He looked up at us and said, "This is the best day ever." To any fellow food allergy families: our son's allergens include dairy, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, and mustard. 110 Grill handled each one with professionalism, care, and compassion. Tried to deny entry to my service dog, then sat us where there was no civilization. Servers were awesome and sweet. The food was great as well. The girl putting us at the table clearly doesn't know the ADA laws to a task trained SD for a legitimate medical condition. Again servers and food were amazing. American chains are not my type of restaurant, but suffice to say I feel like this is a more expensive 99 - and I didn't say a better one. The best part of 110 Grill is the ambiance, very comfy place, very willing to accommodate our group when it changed size. It spun down from there. Service: Took way too long. We wanted to have an afternoon out in the daylight, and we were at our table nearly 2 hours. After the initial menu drop when we were still deciding on food and drinks, it was a solid 15 minutes? before the return to get the orders. Food mostly came out reasonably, though missing one dish that took several more minutes to arrive. Poor prep or a mistake was made and it had to be redone. We'll never know, but a plus was that dish became comped for the error. Good call. In the end, we had to flag down our server to get the bill, and we all agreed to shoot cash so that we didn't have to wait any longer for cards to come back - all but one, who took another 10-15 minutes to join us so we could continue our day. In other words, don't come here if you're in a rush or have anywhere at all to be after. Food: I put this last because it's a tough call. Our table didn't order shared apps, just a dish each, so it's limited what I can report to. I can say all sandwiches are loaded with fresh veggies. I can also say my "hot honey" chicken sandwich was a little dry, not hot, and they didn't try to spice it up despite my request (they said they could bring BBQ sauce, that never happened). The bacon topping I requested was kinda gray in color, not at all the red meat I want to see. I don't recall seeing a $2 upcharge for it and that may be for the best, but now I'm worried I ate it. Finally, the fries are undersized, overcooked, very underwhelming overall. The verdict: I want to be nice to a place that served several of us, but two stars is branded "could've been better", and that's how I ultimately feel about 110. For this price point, the food should all look good and the service should swing by the table every so often for drink refills and general check-ins. Without that, I can't recommend 110. read more

Whaaa, there is no word to say how please I was with every things at that restaurant from the time we arrived for lunch, for got a nice welcome from the lady at the door, who took her to a nice clean booth. Our server Cameron, was the nicer young man, very pleasant . My partner and I ,we ordered the same thing ,the Reuben sandwich,I can say it was the best Reuben I ever had. Besides being good, there was a lot of meat and cheese . It was served with your Choise of many sides, we took the onion rings,an other great side Whaaa just writing this review, that make me wanting more of that great food. We are visiting in the area for awhile, so I look forward to go browsing around that area ( big shoping place on the Hudson ,Ma, line and go back to have one more of this great sandwich for lunch. Great experience. Super service and wonderful experience with Jackie the mixologist at the bar. Super attitude can do spirit made me almost want to sit and eat at the bar she is so gracious. Got a table for four with Brian our server who also was a great professional with sound suggestions for appetizers, salads and entrees. I can see why 110 is so successful with great staff like Jackie and Brian and great food. I had the steak chipotle but the Cajun swordfish was also recommended and looked good too. Either are great choices. The shrimp appetizer was a great start as was the true Caesar salad. Definitely will return here next visit to the area. read more
