    We have been trying for several months to try Luccas. A Tuesday night was the perfect time. Don't get me wrong it was still packed but we found a parking spot and a table. Inside has a city vibe with brick walls. Bar stools look super comfy. After placing our order, chicken parmesan and chicken fried chicken (chicken supreme), we were given warm bread knots that were delicious. I had the house infused blueberry vodka with lemonade and my husband had his usual, Titos & tonic. For dessert we split chocolate + white chocolate mousse cake. Will def go back...can't wait to try their chicken milanese.

    Great place to go if you want good food and company.. the food is delicious. The bartenders were very nice. The only downside is it crazy, Busy . No surprise. I can't wait to come back!

    The food is five stars, the ambiance (noise) drops it a star. The food is fresh, homemade and incredibly delicious. While things a temporary location (a couple years until the new building is up) it is incredibly loud. There will be a wait because the food is so good, but you won't be able to have a conversation due to the acoustics of a large room with a lot of people in it.

    The food is well prepared and presented as well as delicious. The service is exemplary- we always feel welcomed there. Highly recommended

I never thought I'd have to write a review like this, but I feel responsible to share what happened so others can stay safe and aware. Recently, I ordered 10 lobsters -- six that I ate there, and four extra that I bought from the market to take home. While eating, I noticed immediately that the lobster tasted off. It was watery, the texture felt wrong, and the flavor wasn't what it usually is. I even mentioned that to them. Not long after, I became extremely sick -- sick enough to end up in the ER. I didn't go in person, but I called the restaurant to let them know what happened. Not to argue, not to demand anything... just to inform them. As someone who has supported this business consistently, I expected at least a little concern. Instead, I was put on hold, picked up, and told they didn't have time for me. And even worse -- I could hear someone in the background say: "Oh, it's that girl... yeah, don't talk to her. Ignore her."... I ONLY CALLED X2 (CALLED BACK BECAUSE THEY TOLD ME TO FIND THE DATE THEN CALL BACK).. I had just spoken to the guy 15 minutes prior to call back and get told he was never there.... I never got to speak to him again) ... DEREK IS HIS NAME. Honestly hearing that broke my heart. After years of loyalty, thousands spent, and supporting them consistently, that's how they spoke about me. No care, no respect, no acknowledgment that I had gotten seriously sick AND ALMOST DIED!!!! I'm sharing this because customer safety matters, and so does how customers are treated when something goes wrong. I hope this encourages the business to take food safety and customer care much more seriously, because nobody should have to go through what I did NOBODY EVER! SHOULD HAVE TO ALMOST LOSE THEIR LIFE OVER FOOD! AND HAVE THE RESTAURANT YOU'VE SUPPORTED HANG UP ON YOU AND NOT CARE FOR YOUR LIFE...

My review is no reflection on the atmosphere or waitstaff... strictly the food. Our appetizers were pretty good... calamari and escargot... nothing special, but, acceptable. After that.. things went way downhill. Two of us, ordered the veal parm. It was served on a piping hot plate, however, I can assure you, this was not made to order. The veal cutlet was clearly cooked hours before as it was barely lukewarm warm in Temperature and the breading was not one bit, crispy. It was soggy. Not made to order! It was served over a bed of "angel hair." The angel hair was cut up in multiple small pieces... the way you would serve it to a baby experiencing pasta for the first time. I asked our waitress "why is the pasta all cut up like this?" She responded: "I don't know." Not only was it cut up into pieces...(who does that? ) it was also soggy and way overcooked. The meal was a huge disappointment. My other dining companion ordered the fried pork chop which was a special. It wasn't too bad... he reported it was tender... it came with mash and a side of corn that looked like it came straight out of a can of Delmonte. No frills there. It was clearly canned corn. My sister got the cavatappi pasta that came with shrimp ; cannellini beans and a veg mixed in and it was swimming in a sub-par sauce that was lacking in any seasoning. All the entrees lacked basic seasoning. I want to go to a restaurant where my dish is made to order. Hot and crispy cutlets; Al Dente pasta; corn that's not poured out of a tin can and entrees that are served hot! This place has gone way downhill. I was there several years ago my experience was very different. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant and it certainly wasn't worth the $300 dollars (including tip) that we paid. Entrees were 30 + dollars each! What a joke to be charging those prices for the sub-standard food we were served. We will never go back. On a Positive note, my sister was given a lovely birthday dessert plate of sticky toffee pudding and ice cream.
