I called five other different catering companies in the greater Lowell area for info and quotes for this event, but Coleman came out on top with their clearly defined prices, pleasant service, and ability to help me out in keeping a crowd of people fed without having to worry about whether or not they would be allergic to something served. I have no personal dietary needs but having family that does, I know how sub-par in taste and texture GF and DF foods can be, but everything Coleman made was absolutely delicious, flavorful, and made with care. This location recently cut their late night hours; the app (not the website!) will tell you if they're going to be open late.
