I called five other different catering companies in the greater Lowell area for info and quotes for this event, but Coleman came out on top with their clearly defined prices, pleasant service, and ability to help me out in keeping a crowd of people fed without having to worry about whether or not they would be allergic to something served. I have no personal dietary needs but having family that does, I know how sub-par in taste and texture GF and DF foods can be, but everything Coleman made was absolutely delicious, flavorful, and made with care. There were very, very few leftovers. :) Having never dealt with a catering company for a mid-size event that was being thrown for someone else, my anxiety for making sure everything was perfect was quite high, but dealing with Coleman was such a pleasant experience that it made things very easy despite the pressure. 10/10.
