This place us VERY accommodating. I made mention of a shellfish allergy and they went above and beyond to make sure my food was prepared away from contamination. Each plate was brought out with a special pick that had "allergy" written on it. I got the Bourbon steak tips. Absolutely cooked to perfection and very enjoyable. Our server was really great, she kept coming over to check up on us to see how we were doing. The prices here are pretty decent. What a terrific meal! I have a gluten allergy and nearly every item is available gluten free. I can't say how long it's been since I've had clam chowder. So good! The steak tips were incredibly tender and cooked medium rare exactly. The dessert was strawberry cheesecake. No crust but still worth every yummy calorie! Creamy and rich. I honestly can't say enough good things about 110 Grill in Leominster. The food is consistently great, like, not a single "meh" dish on the menu. I've been here multiple times and always leave happy (and full). What really stands out though is their allergy awareness. My friend has a gluten allergy and dining out can be stressful, but not here. They take it seriously without making it awkward or making you feel like a burden. The staff actually knows what they're doing, and the entire vibe is super welcoming. Also, if you haven't had a cocktail on the patio by the fire pit, are you even doing summer right?? The crafted cocktails are amazing, not overly sweet, and just hit the spot, especially with that cozy outdoor atmosphere. It was really delicious. My whole family enjoyed their meals. We were meeting extended family who got held up at the server was so kind. She let us get seated and let us order (we had a toddler with us). The clam chowder was FANTASTIC and the turkey sandwich was so so good. Visited 110 Grill for a late lunch. The restaurant was clean and had a menu with plenty of options. Especially appreciated the dedicated GF menu. I did not try one of the cocktails, but the bar was full of happy patrons. My Reuben sandwich was delicious. The GF bread was really good too. This is a very solid bar and grill in Leominster. I visited this place while visiting family nearby. They have an extensive menu with many options for everyone. First time and really wanted to like this place. Water had a chemical aftertaste. Ordered the fish, broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes. Each staff member brought a plate of food, no talking , no greeting, drop and go. The mashed potatoes were ice cold and tasted like instant potatoes . Not a good first impression.The veggies also cold. Fish was just ok. coffee was good, also the dessert. We ordered the lemon sorbet. 3 wee scoops on top of a puree served in a martini glass. Admittedly I am spoiled living in Europe with European restaurants and food. The food I ordered was average. I had the Ruben on rye with onion rings and the crab dip. The crab dip came with "Old Bay" chips, they were a bit salty for my palette. Again, the Ruben was just "ok". The onion rings were good--but only a small cruet of ketchup--come on. This place gets packed... we happen to be out at 5:15pm and last min decided to eat out while shopping, and my wife made reservations... and only two slots were available... 5:45pm or 8pm for 2. We took the 5:45 and was 15 min away, perfect! We hadn't been here in about a year ago, but last time we ate here we were impressed with the food and service. Our server was excellent and attentive and checked on us often and provided refills on our drinks. The food quality has gone down... we got the Asian calamari for our appetizer, it was tiny pieces calamari or crumbs, mostly batter and too salty. Disappointed this time, we had this before and liked it... I had clam chowder, was very good. I had the belly fried clams with fries, good size clams, but batter wasn't golden, but closer to brown ( over cooked) and crispy and way too salty without me adding any salt to clams or fries. My wife had the prosciutto wrap cod, her dinner was also very salty. We mention to our server near the end of our meal and she had said she had similar comments from other customers. She would let the kitchen know this... other than salty or wasn't bad... definitely has dropped in food quality perhaps since it was very busy. read more

I love when places like this have great vegetarian options! I was very content with my beyond burger that I ordered, and their sweet potato fries were perfectly crispy! This was a great place for a friend date with an environment that wasn't too loud. The service was very consistent, often checking in if we needed anything. Must have been an off day, at least I hope that was it. I've never had an experience like this before at this place. We arrived about 2:00 for a late lunch, got seated by a woman who looked annoyed at having to seat us, probably because she had to clean the table, and that likely isn't her job. After about 10 minutes, our waitress comes over and although we're ready to order, is only interested in getting our drinks. We managed to get her to take our food order before she walked away after bringing back the iced tea and lemonade. We got our app pretty quickly. Fried pickles, and they were delicious. It all went south from there. Then we waited. And waited. And waited some more. We watched people who came in after us order, eat, pay & leave. After about 45 minutes the waitress comes over saying that she doesn't know what happened, there was some kind of mixup and she's going to pay for our desserts. 15 minutes later a young guy that never smiled the entire time we were there came and plopped our food down and walked away. We ordered a burger and a grilled cheese/tomato soup combo. That shouldn't take an hour to cook. Had to wait another 10 minutes for the waitress to walk by so I could get a spoon to eat the soup with. Coming from someone who loves goat cheese, waaay too much goat cheese in that sandwich. And the burger was overcooked. We just start eating and she's pushing us to pick our free dessert. I knew I wouldn't want anything, but my husband decided on the cheesecake. A good while after we finish, she takes our plates and plops down the dessert. Here's a tip for the kitchen: there are dozens of ways to serve cheesecake, in a martini glass is probably not in the top 20. We wait another 15 or so minutes for the check. Almost $60 - burger, grilled cheese and no alcoholic beverages. Frankly, I'm not convinced that the dessert was comped - my husband grabbed the check, and he's too nice to say anything. Sourpuss at the front doesn't bother to even toss a "have a good night" at us. A-ok by me, I couldn't wait to get out of there. Too late for pleasantries at this point. I know good help is hard to find, but maybe you can stagger the hours of some of these folks so that no one else has to encounter all of them in one 2-hour visit. Also, 2 hours is at least an hour longer than it should have taken. Sorry, this doesn't make me want to come back anytime soon. read more

We came for a late lunch on a Sunday with 6 people and were seated immediately. This was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant was consistently busy during our visit, which ended up being quite long. Atmosphere is decent, nothing to write home about but comfortable and welcoming. The drink menu was extensive and most sounded delicious. We found that most of the cocktails we ordered were super sweet, which wasn't necessarily a great thing. The only cocktail that everyone really liked was the ghost margarita. Appetizers: the Bbq chicken nachos & the spinach dip. Both were decent. The nachos were also very sweet and needed something to even it out. Many of the chips were left bare since the toppings were poorly distributed. Spinach dip was good, but we ended up using the naked chips from the nachos instead of the bread. Probably wouldn't order either again. Entrees were much more impressive, but sadly my entree got "lost in the window" for close to 20 minutes while everyone else ate. Our server had not come back so didn't notice until then. We unsuccessfully tried flagging a different server over to let them know we were missing an entree, but they either didn't see us or felt it wasn't their job. The ONLY reason this rating is "average" is the amazing chicken picatta. Even after sitting in the window lost for 20 minutes, I thoroughly enjoyed every single bite. If you're here, get the picatta. This place has some serious potential. Chill on the sweetness and work on service... 5 stars in no time. read more

How does this place not have 5 stars across the board?? We walked in the doors and were immediately warmly greeted.. I said "two of us please". The hostess said "do either one of you need a gluten free menu?" I swear I almost did a cartwheel!!! I could barely contain my excitement!! It wasn't a little paper menu with 5 things on it.... It was an ENTIRE menu!!!! Our server Kassandra, approached us right away. She explained how dedicated their institutions is at providing healthy, delicious gluten free meals. She was right!!! The only problem I had was trying to choose something!!! I finally chose the honey chicken sandwich with shoestring onions. All I can say is I haven't had that great of a chicken sandwich ever!! It had pickles on it which I love and the bun didn't fall apart in my hands and the breading on the chicken was not only delish it stayed on the chicken!!! The batter stayed perfectly on the shoestring onions and it was light and delish. Hubs ordered the Cuban Sandwich. He said it was fantastic. I love that I can sit there and watch them prepare the meal. The restaurant was clean, modern and comfortable. Please please open one in Fort Lauderdale area!!! I've been to the 110 Grill in Worcester a few times and enjoyed my experience. I stopped by here last week on my way home from work because I was craving something healthy paired with a glass of wine. The staff here are very young which was cool to see. So many young people are lazy nowadays so it was cool to see so many working hard. The place was fairly busy when I got here. The bar is huge and the bar service was good. The Cab I had was quite good and the Cucumber and Avocado Tuna was just ok. It's a stacked portion and my least favorite part of it was actually the Cucumber on top. I had no idea what it even was as it looked like a weird ball of something. I had to put it on the side as well as the half Avocado they put over the rice. After continuing to eat the Cucumber I was still trying to figure out what it was. I glanced back at the menu and put two and two together. Yeah, it was the Cucumber. Anyway, if they removed the Cucumber or did it differently this would be a solid dish as I thought the Cucumber ruined it. The Tuna and Rice combo were excellent. I also love the fact they put their calories on the menu for anyone who is health conscious. read more

110 used to be somewhere we went on a date night because it's a "step above" the chains in Leominster. Can't say we will be back. They changed their oven situation and now don't offer bread, which is sad because they had great bread. We got a Cesar salad with steak, chicken piccata which was good but the pasta was very overcooked and mushy, a rum and Diet Coke, and a peanut butter brownie dessert. EVERYONE HAS A BAD DAY ONCE IN A WHILE... but this was a three-strike at-bat. They were evidently training a new staff member on the front desk. I obviously threw her a curve when I said i wanted just a take-out order.Rather than handing me a menu to peruse, she took three more phone calls and her colleague seated two tables. When she took my order, she said the order would be ready in 20 minutes, so I told her I would run over to CVS to take care of an errand there. When i returned approximately 25 minutes later, it was not ready, and it was not ready until after three other take-out orders (call-ins I don't doubt) were picked up. Only when I got home did I notice that there were staples INSIDE the box with my food. Granted, they staple the to-go bags shut with the receipt in the outside of the bag, but i can't imagine how TWO staples made it inside the styrofoam box with my burger. We had a delightful experience at 110 Grill recently. After a Christmas show, we stopped for a bite to eat. The service was outstanding, and the food was excellent. I miss the meatloaf, which has been absent from the menu on my several recent visits, so I decided on the steak and cheese grinder. I ordered it without onions and peppers, per usual. After my first bite I had to admit this was the best steak and cheese ever, and I have had many. My wife ordered a killer salad, as usual, with crab cakes. She was very pleased with her choice. One of the staff asked if it would be alright to bring a bowl of water for my wife's service dog. This was a thoughtful gesture. All in all, we had a great meal. I should state that not all 110 Grills are the same. This one in Leominster always gets it right! Great job to all. read more

I ordered the Cucumber and avocado tuna - sliced cajun tuna, served rare, over jasmine rice with avocado, shaved cucumber and honeydew melon, finished with soy ginger dressing. I enjoyed the meal, the soy/ginger was very good as was the tuna and avocado. I wasn't a huge fan of the shaved cucumber and honeydew layered together. It was very sweet for my personal taste. The one thing that I definitely appreciate about the 110 is their sensitivity to allergy. I don't have food allergies myself but people who I've dined with breath a sigh of relief going here. We have been to several other restaurants in this chain and like the fact that it doesn't feel like a chain. Went recently for lunch and were not disappointed. We first went to their Berlin restaurant and since have been to Nashua and this one in Leominster. We plan to visit Athol next. They clearly have a good training program with clear expectations for making the customer feel welcome. Food is always fresh and attractively plated. Does that make a difference? Yes it does! Ate at bar, which always gives a good perspective of any restaurant. Prompt friendly service. We both ordered a favorite, tuna, cucumber and avocado - tuna served rare. Very happy with this dish again. [As an aside, to be filed under "I can't believe this happened" category, two patrons away, while waiting for his meal, a customer decided it was the time and place to trim his fingernails.
