Columbia Chicken entree

4 adults, 4 entrées, 3 "adult beverages": We will only speak to the 2 entrées we had, not to the meals our company ate. Overall, the ambience good, the tables were well spaced, the environment was clean, and our server was attentive and friendly. The portions for the price were reasonable, but we both felt that our meals were lacking a bit of flavor. Being a gin enthusiast, I ordered the Raspberry Gin Ricky, which was made with Tanqueray. The gin/soda ratio was good. However, the raspberry purée couldn't really be tasted. Too much would've been too sweet, but there wasn't quite enough to tell it was there. I chose the Chicken Marsala entree. The chicken was cooked well, despite some dry spots in it, but I ended up requesting some crushed red pepper to enhance the bland sauce. I did find that the small amount of remaining sauce in the bottom of the dish was good. I'm not sure if this is because it then had time to sit and rest, or if I found it bland early on because it hadn't thickened enough to "stick" to the chicken, running right off it, settling in the dish. Jennie had ordered the Malibu Coconut, which she felt was watered down, with little hint of the Malibu. Her entree was the Columbia Chicken w/ linguini. She felt the meal, overall, was pretty good, but it could have used a bit more seasoning. We chose to rate Columbia Tavern 3/5 because the food was a bit more on the bland side and her drink was not quite what a Malibu Coconut generally is. Total check, incl. tax, excl. tip: $125.92

Long time no review.. sorry for the wait lol This was my very first time at this restaurant and shortly I realized this was a hidden gem of Leominster! It was a beautiful night so my lady and I sat outside. If you're looking for privacy and seclusion while eating outdoors this is definitely the spot to be. We had two waitresses (one in training) who gave off amazing energy, they were very attentive & informative. The service was great! Now for the food portion Buffalo dip for starter and as you would imagine a perfect place to begin! Cheesy and a tad bit spicy nothing overwhelming but the flavors were definitely there. Finished the entire dish! For my meal I wanted to step out of my comfort zone so I went with a custom flatbread & wow was it delicious Butter Garlic, Pulled Pork, Bacon, Caramelized Onions, Mushrooms & Mozzarella the ONE! It was juicy, savory & the portions was definitely fill you up! My lady had a pulled pork sandwich and they did not skimp on the pulled pork. It was loaded, falling off the buns! Delicious fosho Mango Mojito Strawberry Mojito Mango Mai Tai 10/10 would recommend!

Solid tavern food, good drink selection, with Keno and football on the TVs. What else could you want?

Great spot. Friendly, helpful staff, good eats, good feel. Wide screen TV's everywhere you look, not a bad seat in the house.

We stuck with Korean, which I'm not super familiar with, and this was a nice restaurant to try! We got two appetizers: Korean chicken wings and pot stickers. Both were very good. Then for mains we got the restaurants specialty, pork bulgogi and bibimbap. Really enjoyed everything. Would definitely go back again.

I literally let out a loud "mmmmm" when I tried the kimchi ribeye fries. And the roll?! Amazing. Our server was lovely and super helpful when I couldn't decide between the Tiger Eye and the Three Kings roll. They explained which roll I could likely find at other places and which one was more unique to their location, which really helped. In addition to the Ribeye Kimchi Fries, I got the Three Kings roll. The food was fresh, hot, and tasty. The food also came out quickly. I believe it was less than 15 minutes from ordering to food on the table. I was beyond impressed. If I'm not mistaken, our entire visit, with everything we ordered, was about 45 minutes. Efficient and delicious. The bathrooms were spotless, the dark ambiance was on point, and although parking was a bit rough, the overall experience made it completely worth it. 10 out of 10. HIGHLY recommend! I will be back.

My wife and I, along with another couple, celebrated New Year's Eve at Anna's Table this year. The…read morerestaurant had been on my list for quite some time, as I had heard consistently positive things, and the reviews seemed to support that reputation. In the grand scheme of things, a disappointing restaurant experience isn't the end of the world. That said, as a consumer, I do expect the quality of both food and service to be commensurate with the prices charged. I also understand that restaurants can be overwhelmed on holidays--but I firmly believe that management has a responsibility to accept only as many reservations as the staff and kitchen can reasonably handle. Upon arrival, the location felt a bit unusual, as the restaurant sits on the first floor of what appears to be a senior condo building. Not a negative, just an observation. Parking was easy, and once inside, I genuinely liked the vibe. The space is upscale, well-designed, cozy, and comfortable. It's a large restaurant broken into several rooms, each with half-round booths and its own bar with plenty of seating. Atmospherically, Anna's Table does a lot right. Our reservation was for 6:30 p.m., but we weren't seated until around 7:15. Given that it was New Year's Eve, this wasn't a deal breaker. It then took some time for our server to arrive. When she did, she brought bottles of still and sparkling water that had been filtered and bottled in-house. The water was excellent and a very nice touch. The restaurant was offering a special holiday menu with a good range of options--meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes--with most entrées priced around $30. We ordered cocktails, which took quite a while to arrive. The server mentioned that the bar was extremely backed up. Unfortunately, when my drink did arrive, it was incorrect. The server apologized and took it back, but instead of waiting at the bar to have it remade and promptly delivered, I waited an additional 20 minutes for the correct drink. (All I wanted was a Tioto's vodka martini with no vermouth, which was clearly communicated and confirmed with the server when I ordered it. It arrived dirty with vermouth....) We placed our appetizer and entrée orders. One appetizer was a cup of chowder. After roughly 40 minutes, the appetizers arrived--except the chowder. We were informed that they had run out. While it seemed odd to run out so early in the evening, the bigger issue was that we were not informed ahead of time or offered a substitute before the other appetizers were delivered. That should have been handled proactively. The appetizers themselves were good overall--salads, tuna sashimi, etc.--though the tuna should have been served chilled rather than warm. For entrées, we ordered chicken parm, steak tips, and a pork chop. They arrived about an hour after we finished our appetizers, which felt excessive. Once again, we were told the kitchen was backed up. The chicken parm was disappointing: the chicken was chewy, and the pasta was dry, as if it had been plated and left under a heat lamp too long. The steak tips were acceptable, and my pork chop was fine in flavor, but it arrived about ten minutes after the rest of the table had been served. The explanation was that the chef was waiting for the chop to come to temperature. Unfortunately, this resulted in an awkward dining experience for our group--and the chop itself ended up overcooked and tough. In the end, our experience was poor at best. While Anna's Table certainly looks like a place well-suited for a special occasion, we all left disappointed after spending roughly $200 per couple and more than three hours at the restaurant. I did share my concerns with a (suited) gentleman who appeared to be the manager, as he was greeting tables later in the evening while we were walking out. It would have been far more reassuring to see management actively present earlier--monitoring service flow, kitchen timing, and guest satisfaction--rather than only as the night was winding down. Ultimately, restaurant leadership failed in managing capacity. It was evident not only from our experience but also from conversations around us. One nearby couple joked that they were wondering if they should ask for a breakfast menu given the wait times. While Anna's Table is aesthetically appealing, there is significant work to be done to deliver an experience that justifies its pricing.

I yelped area restaurants and this was the first one I came to that was open on Sundays and sounded promising. When we arrived the parking lot was pretty full so that was a good sign. Inside the restaurant was definitely smaller than it looked from the outside and the sign at the hostess station said 'seat yourself'. We found a table for 6 and waited a little while before someone noticed us. My husband and I both ordered the Rueben sandwich, he got fries and I got homemade chips with mine. The others ordered fish and chips and some kind of steak wrap. The young teen ordered pizza and fries (no surprise there). We got a chili, mozzarella sticks and nachos for appetizers. We enjoyed everything except the teen said the pizza wasn't really good, one of the adults tried it and said it wasn't good and tasted like a Celeste frozen pizza. We would definitely stop again if we were in the area.
