We visited as a family and ordered in. The kids got a hot dog and little burger with French fries. My husband I ordered, a hamburger, Cajun French fries and grilled cheese. Ufff the grilled cheese was so good and everyone finished their order! When we first got there. There was only family ordering in front of us and someone updating their online order but after we placed our order there was a slam of online orders so ours took a bit longer but nothing crazy. Staff (mainly teens) were attentive and got our orders right plus the food was great temperature! We prefer to eat in simply due to the fact that we don't like cold food and we still find ourselves with cold food. So thankful that was not our case. It's def a great treat for lunch! read more

Almost always dirty- the floors are covered in peanut shells, tables covered in trash and grimy, and more often than not looks like someone rubbed slime on the sneeze guards. Long wait times for extremely expensive burgers with very little in ways of a waiting area. Tables are so close to the pickup area that if there's a backup in orders at all, which is frequent, there is nowhere to stand without practically being on top of someone. The ingredients are fresh and are prepared every morning at least, but staff are supposed to regularly check temperatures on all product throughout the day; instead, the temperature for a bin of ice is repeatedly taken for cold items, and the probe set on the grill for hot ones. read more

Today, Wed Dec 18th, my father, mother and I ate at this location. We ordered our food and sat. And right behind us two gentlemen ordered theirs. The ladies behind the counter were friendly with these gentlemen like they were friends. And wouldn't you know it, they got their food before us. We had to wait for two orders that were after ours. The fries were dry, bacon burned black and they were the most shriveled pieces of bacon. Overall an unpleasant experience. If it's a bacon cheeseburger, there should be a decent amount of bacon. I consider Five Guys to be very consistent in the quality of the food they produce. And the food I ordered here was as good as I expected. So if my review of one is below average, there's usually some other problem. In this case it was execution. Maybe they were short staffed today, but it felt like the folks working there weren't really good at balancing their workload. Several ladies had to go back and forth from working at the counters to preparing food, and the ordering area was left unattended several times. There were also periods of time where no orders were called for pick-up for several minutes at a time which seemed unusual. But for me, what disappointed me the most is that for a restaurant that was maybe only 1/3 full, I should not have had to wait 14 minutes for my burger and fries to be ready. C'mon, guys, I know you can do better. read more

This was my first time at a Five Guys and it was pretty good. They didn't have a ton of workers on a weekday in the afternoon around 2 pm, so the food took a little longer to come out. The burgers here are reasonably priced for what you get - for the cheeseburgers, you get 2 thin patties, cheese, and then all the toppings you want (ketchup, mustard, mayo, grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, banana peppers). You can get your burger with everything if you want, there's no limit. The fries here were pretty good - better than other fast food chains since they actually taste and look like real potatoes, but I found them a little softer / soggier than fries I've gotten at a different Five Guys location. I love everything about five guys. They've ruined me for other burgers. Seriously they are alwaysssss consistently good ! The patty even if ordered ahead or online they still don't cook a fresh patty till you walk in. Love the coffee shake the best and I swear I'm going to try something different every time but I always stick with a little bacon burger and a shake. I had ho-hum regular fries and a grilled cheese sandwich with tomato which was good. Pickup service was friendly and efficient. From visits to other locations of this chain I knew the bread is fairly thin which is good if you're watching carbs but limits how many of the unlimited toppings you can order without overwhelming the bread and leaving it soggy and crumbling. Five guys burgers are amazing but they also turn your insides into mush. I never felt sicker in my life than after eating this burger but while I was eating it I was in beber heaven. The fries are also bomb. Personally I like the Cajun ones but you can only eat so many before your mouth hurts from all the salt. Also, you can never go wrong with a shake. In an area full of restaurant chains of both the fast-food and sit-down variety, they offer a tiny oasis of real food prepared well and fast service. The fries are really decent and they tell you on a sign what sort of potatoes they are using that day. They are also really close to Genesis Salon, so I can take a short stroll after getting my hair done and enjoy a good burger. I've only been there twice so far, but each time the place was clean, the food prepared well, the staff courteous and professional. If you are wondering why I only gave them 3 stars, that is for several (personal) reasons: 1. They are a restaurant "chain". 2, They have a limited menu. 3. They are "fast-food". This is a one-trick pony... you go for burgers and fries. They do offer hot dogs and grilled cheese (assuming for kids) and really good milk shakes. BUT the burgers and fries are AMAZING! And HUGE!!!! The first time I went with a friend I figured another burger joint like BK, McD's, etc. I ordered a large fry, two burgers and a hot dog. Thought it was pricy until I saw what I bought. That fed me for that lunch, that night and the next day... WOW! I just signed up on their website so I have an account and can order online and pick up at a set time or have delivered... It wasnt even worth going up to complain because there was a long line and their kitchen staff looked stressed enough. The burger itself cost 5 bucks and the portion size for what it was was not worth the money at all. They should call it a 5 bite burger. It was noisy, dirty, expensive, and greasy. The meat was thin and of low quality with bits of cartilage. The fries were OK, but also very greasy. They give you your food in a grease soaked paper bag and you have to find a place in a dining room they don't seem to ever clean with kindergarten sized chairs. Went to this 5 guys a few weeks ago after Christmas shopping with my children who are 7 and 12 years old... After receiving our order every burger was topped wrong... They offered to make new ones, but I was running out of time and wouldn't be able to wait.. They placed my name on a list do next time we could get replacement burgers topped correctly.. I was happy and agreeable to this... we ate the wrong topped burgers and half way thew my 7 year old did not want to eat anymore, I took my 7 year olds burger to finish it and realized it was completely raw on one side... I again addressed this with the staff who said they we issue a refund and we would still be welcome back for proper burgers.. I agreed and left... we returned today and the staff called me and my children liars and that they refunded our money and that should have been enough... Never been so insulted... I am new to the area and wanted a good burger relatively quickly... I placed my order at 7:23PM tonight and stood and watched as the burger team cooked and assembled the burgers. I watched my burgers sit out for over 10 minutes as the fry guy tried to catch up to complete the orders. When my number was called at 7:46PM, I acknowledged that they were very busy and shared my concern that my burgers would not be warm... the grill woman looked me right in the eye and said, "I just took those off the grill!". I had been watching my meal be partially assembled and then wait, with others, but, how could she just lie? I was astounded. My burgers were cold as I expected.
