The crew went above and beyond, totally unnecessary and unexpected, but very appreciated. We just stopped in for a snack, and the burgers were taking a while to cook (we'd only been waiting for about 3 minutes), and the guy at the register offered us a free cookie or a small fry with our meal and apologized for the wait. I'd normally never bother leaving a review for a fast food joint, but I know how mind-numbingly awful (and difficult) fast food work can be, so thank you to the crew at this particular Wendy's for making our night a little happier :P read more

We all have our vices. Mine is indulging in fast food now and then. Wendy's has one of my vices which is a Spicy Crispy Chicken (SCC) sandwich. It's always been a favorite of mine. More on that in a bit. I understand any establishment has its good and bad days. That is why I have gone here a few times to get a true read on the place. In short, it consistently sucks. First, the positives. After years of looking like a sad hold-over from the 90s, the building got a modern make-over. It looks nice and is clean, but that's where the positives stop. Inside or at the drive-through, I'm deliberate when I speak. This is to ensure I'm heard and my order is accurate. Since I usually go for the SCC sandwich meal, I will say, "I'd like a number 6 (or whatever designation they give it at the time), small, with a Sprite." Without fail, the person taking my order will ask either: - To repeat my order (aka I'm sorry, what did you say?) - What size - What to drink Sometimes I hit gold and they ask all three! When you get the food, it's disappointing. First off, the is the size of the SCC sandwich has been getting noticeably smaller (yet the price remains the same) and not as spicy. The chicken patty used to spill out on all sides of the bun. Now it barely can be seen. Second thing is the SCC sandwich used to be topped with a nice crisp piece of red or green lettuce and a thick slice of tomato. Now you get a gross piece of iceberg lettuce and two (usually one), thin slice of tomato all thoughtlessly smeared with mayonnaise. The fries are always cold and limp. The soft drinks are either barely carbonated or marginally flavored, sometimes both simultaneously. The food portions/prep seem to be cost-cutting measures regardless of which Wendy's you patron. The fries and drink issues are more central to this location as I have had better experiences at other locales. I get it. Fast food isn't meant to be a high-end experience, but this Wendy's puts real effort into being a terrible experience. You can literally drive 15-20 seconds to McDonald's, Burger King, Subway, or even Taco Bell and have a more pleasant experience all around even if it is fast food. read more

The worst Wendy's I have ever been in. The drive in attendant had to go get the front end person from the back to take orders. As soon as I made my order the front end person scooped up my fries and put them in the bag. That would have been OK but I waited 10 more minutes for the burgers so fresh fries 10 minutes ago were meaningless. While I was waiting I saw the drive in window attendant pour back a medium fry order into the bin, replace the paper container it was in back into the holder, mix the fries again and scoop out a large order of fries. Then they scooped out a medium order in the already used container to give to the next person. I knew my fries were scooped in a clean container so I ate them with my burger. My cold, dry, worst I have ever had from a Wendy's burger. read more

Food is disgusting, dried out burgers, and the only thing that is available to eat are the chicken nuggets because at least they can't mess up that easy of an item. Went there late one night, the manager took money at back cash, was rude and unfit to work there. Would knock the punk smirk off his face and I don't usually do that. Like other reviewers I have to agree this location is horrible . I went this past week after telling myself last time that it would be my last. I have no idea why this Wendy's is so horrible it honestly makes no sense. They are located right off a busy highway you would think they'd be on it. Every time that I can remember going here in the last year the food has been cold and does not taste fresh . If you are having a Wendy's craving and go here you will be so disappointed . I do not suggest or recommend this location . If you don't mind taking the 10-15 min drive I suggest going to another Wendy's in Gardener or Ayer. read more

She takes my order with the most attitude, I ordered 1 large fry by the way. Then after I receive my food i start to walk away and begin to hear them mocking me behind the counter.
