My girlfriend and I went to Tiny's for the first time a few days ago. It was much nicer inside than I anticipated. Larger, too. Our server was young and polite. We sat at a table but were soon offered a booth when one became available, so we moved to a booth next to a window. Our young server was quite polite and seemed knowledgeable about what they served. My girlfriend doesn't eat much. She ordered a sandwich and fries with a glass of soda. Said it was delicious. I got fried clams and onion rings. The full bellies were like beer bellies on a man - BIG ones! They were cooked just right and tasted great The price was nominal. Have lived in the area for years, driven by numerous times and decided to try after reading reviews praising fried clams and oysters which we have not driven to NH or Maine for in recent years. We have enjoyed fried oysters from Oregon to the Canadian Maritime Provinces and appreciate quality and preparation. I can affirm that we do not need to consider any other place besides Tiny's for our fried clam or oyster fix. In addition, my wife felt the sweet potato fries were the best she ever had. My go to place for comfort food! I usually order the fresh chicken cutlet with mashed potatoes and salad. Love that the salads are in little wooden bowls, classic. Wish they would offer more than one hot vegetable choice. Deserts are always great as is breakfast. The hot opened faced turkey sandwich is basically a turkey dinner. Friendly service too! read more

After driving by this place many times, I finally stopped here for dinner. I can definitely tell that Tiny's is a staple for some; a lot of regulars and older crowd here on a Thursday evening. I'm fine with that personally, but I probably wouldn't plan a date night here as a young couple. Overall my waitress was great and I was happy with my dinner. I ordered the scallop plate and was pleasantly surprised... I am picky about fish and haven't found another place around here besides Kimball's that does it right. The scallops were fresh, cooked well, breading was crisp, and it adhered to the fish well. The fries had no seasoning but were crispy and had a nice flavor even without salt. The coleslaw was good just a bit watery. The portion and price were fair too. My only complaint is that it wasn't the cleanest. The window I was seated next to had dust all over the sill and the glass was kind of dirty. Other than that, it was a good experience, and I would come back. read more

My boyfriend and I went in and ordered food and one drink. Before we knew it (still had half a drink left that I was forced to leave) we were asked condescendingly to leave and said they closed 20 mins ago. Nowhere at any point did anyone tell us that they were about to close as we ordered our meal. I understand closing time and wanting to get home after work but why take our order if you are closing a few minutes later and not tell us you are closing soon. A simple "just so you know, we are closing in... minutes" would suffice. There was no need to speak to us in the way we were spoken to. It was the rudest, most condescending manner I've ever received in my 50 years of living on the Earth. We will never return again and will make sure all our friends know how we were treated via social media. We like it! My husband and I were doing errands and we have passed by Tiny's several times saying we've gotta try it. Glad we did. I called to place my order and the man was very friendly. It was ready within 12 minutes. They are serious about enforcing social distance requirements. But there is still Keno and indoor seating. We ordered lobster rolls for takeout and enjoyed some good old fashioned dashboard dining. The lobster roll was fresh with just a tad of mayo and some celery. Husband got the onions rings, which were real slices of onion dipped in batter. He will order them again. I got clam chowder with my lobster roll. It was creamy, not too thick. Super friendly staff! Was let to pick my own seat and sat at the 'bar'. Just got a simple triple decker sandwich with turkey and cheese on wheat with onion rings and a sprite to drink. Creamy Italian: The Roy Campanella of dressing. Its promising career cut short by the careen of Ranch. When the main event arrived, and it didn't disappoint. I invited along some onion rings (slightly underseasoned, but sound). But to top it off the service from my server Dana, and the rest of the counter crew, was fantastic. Sweet and prompt, she showed me how much she appreciated my order by presenting me with a full 24 ounce clipped-tip squeeze bottle of tartar sauce. I don't cotton much to tartar, but to trust a rando like me with three cups of green speckled mayo was a sign of respect. Lastly, Tiny's offered a warm floor show of regulars. We went here with family who live in the area on a Sunday. We were visiting from DC. Looks like they were redoing the outside of the restaurant. It was nice and cool inside and we got a table right away. Our server was new but very friendly and knowledgeable. I have food allergies (P/TN/F/SF) and she was very good about it: she went and asked the manager and chef about what I wanted to order to make sure everything was safe. We were given the thumbs up. They gave us baskets of crackers with a cheese dip. Yum. My husband ordered the Country Fried Steak and he loved it. The portions were huge! My Open-Faced Turkey Sandwich was very tasty!
