I forget that double cheeseburgers are a "cheeseburger" here. A lot of burger. So good. The sweet bun. The jalapeños are always good. Loved the mushrooms. Cajun fries were terrific. Love the peanuts. Clean bathrooms. Nice friendly smiley service. Total was $11, more than I remember. read more

As always, great burger and fries. Fast, pleasant service, everyone is eager to serve. The music wasn't as loud as usual, thankfully. I'm not gonna lie, it's a little on the pricey side, $20 for the small burg, medium soda and fries, but it was worth it for me. One thing I have noticed about Five Guys, they never mess up my order, unlike all of the other fast food burger joints! read more

There's something about a Five Guys burger that seems just right after working a long shift. This location serves up their burgers quicker than others I have visited. I like order ahead as I'm driving in to get ahead of the wait. Some people gripe about their prices, though I was able to get a double cheeseburger with all the fixins for less than $10 which I thought was pretty reasonable. read more

Look, the food is fine. They've got a good formula. But man, is this location ever SLOW. I ordered at the counter, went to the laundromat, went to Lowe's, and came back. My order still wasn't ready. When I got it, the fries were lukewarm. And it's been like this for my last few visits. I'll still come here every once in a while when I've got a burger craving, but I can't really consider it as a fast food option anymore. read more

I'm not a fan of Five Guys because their prices are outrageous, the calorie count is nuts, and I don't think the food is that great. I came here yesterday to pick up food for my folks and have to give props to the employees here. They keep extremely busy and they are very attentive. I will admit the regular portion of fries is gigantic so perhaps $5 is ok?! You can be the judge of that. I prefer the crispy fries at McDonalds compared to the flappy fries here. read more

Big fan of five guys, the food was good, but I took way too long to get it. We got there and there was a rush of people after us and a lot of them gott their food before us. We waited and waited and the restaurant got busier and busier, I'm pretty sure they forgot about our order or lost it in the madness. They were out of ketchup at the station, the soda machine was sticky but the food was good. That's why we were there, for the food. Maybe we just caught them on a sort staffed bight who knows. We'll be back for the food. read more

Not one of the staff stopped. They were just on top of everything. People were cooking & serving, everyone seemed quite happy. giving this place one star because I ordered the cajun fries and they gave me plain fries. when i noticed and ask for the Cajun fries, they just put some in a cup and handed it to me. read more

We've ordered form here numerous times for pickup. The food is always delicious and the accuracy has been perfect. They've got great burgers and the employees are clearly working hard and doing everything they can to ensure a positive experience. My only complaint would be the order pickup estimate. I understand when you place an order the time given isn't a guarantee but it should be within 5, maybe 10 minutes. Customers shouldn't have to wait an extra 25 or 30 minutes after the provided pickup time so I think they need to improve that aspect of the ordering process. I think it would reduce customer frustration and also reduce stress on the employees. read more

The workers are always extremely helpful and kind at this location no matter what time I walk in! Huge smiles and great attitudes. They all deserve huge raises for the service and bomb food! read more

Driving home from Maine this past weekend searched for lunch spots off the highway and stumbled upon Five Guys online ordering for this location. Ordered with lots of options to customize order, paid online, gave our estimated time of arrival, checked in when we hit the parking lot and our order was delivered to the car within two minutes of arrival. Appreciated the convenience in Covid times. So easy. Hardest part was eating in the car! Will definitely use this system again. read more

It's good food but they forget the small things and like it's all the time not just sometimes they need to work harder and better to get 5 stars since there name is five guys. read more

Arguably the best burger you'll ever have. Everything is quality and fresh - so when you go for it, like the bacon cheeseburger and load it up, you'll be getting a handful and your money's worth. Order a large fries and you'll get them overflowing the container inside a big brown paper bag. Fresh cut, the bags of potatoes are all over the place, only outnumbered by peanuts. Do you like ballpark peanuts? Cracked right out of the shell? Then you'll love the barrel full of them with a scoop with your name on it. It has the assembly line order and prep model like a few other chains - I'm OK with that. Speedy is good. Sometimes the place is packed and that's the best you'll do to get your food ASAP. I will guarantee that the first thing you'll think of when you eat their burger is your backyard grill. I make a good burger, but if I'm anywhere close, I'd rather go here than fire up old sparky. read more

All 5 guys are basically the same - what makes this one standout is how fresh the food tastes and how clean they keep it. There was a ton of people flowing in and out while we were here and the tables were spotless and there were no peanut shells on the floor. The staff was friendly and they kept the long line moving. read more

A GREAT PLACE FOR CAVEMEN! OK, my expectations were low, but I'm really in love with the simple menu food here. The burger literally melted in my mouth like a dance party in my la boca. This food could easily be medicine for the american hangover.. So, this was my 1st visit to a Five Guys... Why the heck did I wait so long???? The only thing this place needs is to serve some beer, and it may be, well...Perfect. I now know where my last meal will ever be if in the future, I find myself on murder row looking at a death sentence and need to decide on my last meal. This could be it. read more

Hey... Its a 5 Guys! Usually a good quick meal alternative to the "other guys" and this location is no exception. I was greeted warmly and my order was handled quickly and efficiently. The cheeseburger was as expected and the fries were fresh and hot - all good! This location is a little hard to find because they're squeezed in to a series of storefronts. They are directly across the parking lot from the Stop & Shop so that should help. read more

I should have known. We went back her last Thursday and finally had my first no so great experience at a Five Guys. Thankfully, no complaints with the food. It was it's usually great quality and quantity. We got there around 7 pm and there was a bit of a line, it did move fairly quickly. There were some empty tables so seating wasn't an issue. Finding a clean place to sit though was a totally different story. The dining area was a mess and there was no one to be seen out and about cleaning up. Not sure if it was an off night or someone was just slacking. I don't think that it's asking too much that the dining room should be clean for the patrons. read more

Five Guys - Large bacon cheeseburger - Burgers Near Me - Worcester, Massachusetts

Took 20 minutes after my online order ready time to actually receive my food. Kind of disappointing as I was on my lunch break

1/7/23 6:07pm The girl in charge of the milkshake machine acted unprofessional talking with other people while I'm waiting for my milkshakes as I had been given my burgers... the two milkshakes that I had been given which was a regular milkshake was the wrong as it was supposed to be strawberry milkshakes I noticed it while I was in the store because it was not a reddish hue when I pointed it out she lied in front of my face and told me that it was a strawberry milkshake when it was not... terrible service. read more

This 5 Guys ROCK! Prompt service and with a lot of xtra fries. Well oiled machine. I like to watch the system in play!!! Very courteous and friendly staff. Unlimited peanuts while you wait read more

I should start this by saying I'm not really much of a burger girl. I like them, but i've yet to have one anywhere that just really rocks my world. Everyone raves about Five Guys though so I had to go check it out. I ordered a basic bacon cheeseburger, and fries. I'm probably one of the only people in the universe who hates fresh cut fries, they are just not my thing. To me they are always greasy, and just not my favorite, so I'm going to reframe from judging those since I don't feel like I can be neutral given my personal distaste for them. I will say that my mom loved them and thought they were awesome! The burger was good. It was made from scratch, and was hot and fresh. I didn't really care for the buns they use, they were like those potato rolls which I find kindof pasty and it quicky got wet and mushy from the meat juices as I ate. The burger itself was a solidly decent burger and filled the space. It was good tasting but just not what I would consider amazing, however, it was definitely one of the better ones I've had and I would eat their again. Service was fast, and the place was very clean and neat. read more

Grabbed a burger and fries tonight. It was cooked great and came out very quick. The staff was very efficient and friendly as well which is always great! Only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because of how pricey it is. $16 for a burger and fries at a fast food place is pretty crazy. But that isn't the employees fault. I definitely recommend this place! read more

Pay your workers more!!! I love five guys but was very disappointed in this location. I went in at around 6pm on a Friday and there were only two people working! We waited for around 10 minutes, and no one could even take our order. The two employees who were working were doing a great job. Management and corporate should pay these workers more, as well as raise wages to attract more workers. I left because I felt bad spending money here, knowing the workers would barely see any of it. read more

I ordered a double stack cheeseburger with a vanilla shake. The burger came out pretty quickly and was alright nothing I'd rave about but didn't have any short comings either. Normal five guys, good burgers and food and drinks. But WOW are the people in this place JUDGY! What is there to do out in Worcester? Pretty much nothing. But at least there is Five Guys... When I ran out of food options, I was glad to have Five Guys to my rescue. I was craving a juicy burger one day and decided to make a trip to this place before heading back to Boston. I ordered the jr cheeseburger with mushroom, lettuce, tomatoes, relish, mayo, grilled onions, and jalapeños. I wish my burger bun was less soggy though. I also love the fries. I ordered the regular and it was super plenty for 2 to share. I was going to order the large but the cashier recommended that a regular should be enough! It sure was! They also have sure cool high tech soda machines, which allows you to choose over hundreds of different drinks through numerous combinations. I never really thought much of five guys, but this experience gave me a new outlook on them! read more

I've been to this burger joint a couple of times now and this one surprised me because of how clean it was aside from the juicy, delicious burger I got! The staff cleaned tables and swept the floor which is what I never saw at other Five Guys locations! I have to eat in a clean place and they showed their cleanliness :) Now for the toppings.............OMG! Here they are: Mayo, Lettuce, Pickles, Tomatoes, Grilled Onions, Grilled Mushrooms, Ketchup, Mustard, Relish, Onions, Jalapenos, Green Peppers, A.1 Steak Sauce, BBQ Sauce, and Hot Sauce. Get this...they don't charge extra for toppings :) www.fiveguys.com Get the cajun fries as well because they are so YUMMMMMMY. From the first time we tried a five guys I loved it. This location is great. Went at 11:40 am, there was already a line to the door, within 5 minutes we had ordered. 2 bacon cheese burgers loaded, little fry and 2 cokes! The team there works so quickly and efficiently, they are fun to watch. We ate some peanuts while waiting and filled our sodas. Food came out fast, so juicy and delicious. Fries cooked perfect. This place is great. Simple menu. Fresh ingredients. Great place! read more

As self proclaimed Burger Queen Goddess of the State of Massachusetts, I declare this burger joint ... damn. Good. The fries come seperate from the burger ( thats how they git cha!) and they come in a cup all old school style. Yes they are a little bit more greasy than the usual fare but if you are going to a burger joint, please don't complain about how greasy the food is! The burgers taste very fresh ! If you are a singe patty type like myself, make sure you SAY so when you order because a regular burger to them is a double! Hey I'm not complaining, but when I can't get back up the stairs to work after a lunch at 5 guys, we may have some issues! I guess I just don't like eating AT 5 guys. The place is a little small for the amount of rush they get at lunch, and its just about as comfortable as eating at Mc Donalds. Whatever though, thats not why it didn't get 5 stars... the 5 star burger will come someday... and I'll be waiting for it when it arrives. Love it up folks! read more

I have eaten here before so this is not a blind review. We went to this branch couple days ago and the fries were awful, VERY salty and "floppy" (underdone?) I completed a survey to state experience and got a call this morning. Was asked details and circumstances and the representative seemed concerned. I was pleasantly surprised and will go here again. BTW the burger was delicious. read more

In my eyes you can't go wrong when you specialize and keep things nice and simple and that's exactly what they do at Five Guys. Quality beef, and potatoes made fresh to order. Great toppings that for the most part you don't have to pay extra for. The portions are huge, I usually get a single burger and whatever the small fry is. The spicy fries I don't love, I can't put my finger on why, but there is just something in the spice mix I don't enjoy. I will take this over the arches any day of the week read more

Not having a drive through is usually the first thing I look for when trying a new fast food place. Best burger chain restaurant on the east coast, hands down. Pretty good burgers but way overpriced. Hey fifteen dollars for a bacon double cheeseburger fries and a drink. I don't think too many families frequent this place.
