Placed our third order with Geoges pizza. and for the third time they got the order wrong. Got home and one of our items was missing. Last time ordered a small pizza and a small sub. They got the pizza correct, but gave us the wrong sub. The first time they miseed two out of 6 items and mixed up another one with the wrong food. Tonight they left a caesar sald off the order. They had no problem taking our money. Each time they said, just come back, we will fix it. Who wants to go get take out food, get home and then go back to get the correct food. I spoke to the owner about this. He was dismissive at best, telling me they are very busy. Apparently they have too much business to write down and get an order correct. The owner only wanted to defend his shop's sloppiness and acted like he could care less about the issue. I know our businnes will not hurt his bottom line, it is just too bad he doesnt care because he is making money. read more

George's is our go to delivery here at our place on Lake Wickaboag. I would say this is a three star place as a regular pizza and the wings are pretty average. However to has go-to become the steak supreme pizza. Also a fan of the buffalo chicken pizza. They are very generous with meats. Not tat I've had a lot of them, but this is the best steak and cheese type pizza I've ever had. It's quite good. Would recommend for delivery in this area. Will return. read more

We live in Brookfield & George's is our go to for take out delivery. Our family orders from him about once a month. His food is great, always delivered on time and hot, and he hires great delivery people. In the three years of ordering, our order was messed up once. The Warren location is a joke. They have a good menu... very poor execution. We have ordered several times out of convenience. It's very rare that they get it right. Tonight was the last straw. Cold soggy fries. 2 large subs... TOASTED. Very much not toasted. Super chewy roll. No crispness or browning, whatsoever. A coworker placed our orders at the same time, and only mine came. Hers showed up 15 minutes later, because she called to check. They said it was sitting in front of them, they'll get it out soon. She said please don't send me cold food... it was cold. Ridiculous. We have been ordering here for years. We almost didn't place an order after reading the recent review of 3/19 but decided to give them a chance. The person who answered the phone was quick, professional and friendly. He told us the food would be there within 30 minutes and it came in 25 hot and fresh and the delivery guy was really friendly. Ordered last night at 6 pm and we're told it might be an hour for delivery. Absolutely no problem as we know they are busy. Unfortunately we never received the delivery nor a phone call explaining why. We were paying with cash so had no charge to dispute so I didn't bother calling to argue. Don't take orders for delivery if you don't have the staff to make the deliveries. They have lost this customer. I order from the Charlton location weekly and have never had a problem. First off the staff here do not speak English nor can they understand what you are ordering. Everything you add to your sub sandwich is an extra charge including the lettuce, cheese etc. I ordered a sub with 4 extra ingredients which should be standard on a sub like lettuce tomato and onions and they will charge you 50 cents extra for each item. They charged me $2,00 extra than when I was on my way found out they did not even put the extra stuff in. Save time and just go to Subway as no extra fees and the subs are much better. Do yourself a favor and don't order from here. Ordered 2 pizzas Friday at 5pm. Said it was going to take an hour for delivery. 2 hours later still didn't have our pizzas. Called to ask where they were and received a rude response and was hung up on. Another 30 minutes passes and the delivery driver shows up and says oh he just sent me. The pizzas have been in the warmer. Sent back the disgusted old pizzas and asked for a refund. It's now Monday and still don't have my refund and when I called to ask he tried sending me more pizzas. I don't even live in the area. Horrible service. My friends who live locally will never be purchasing food from there again. read more

First time they opened we gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered almost 30 dollars of food. From appetizer's to entrees. we swear they sold us their day old garbage that was slated to be thrown out. As when we got home and stated to consume the food, ended up throwing out half of what I bought. With disappointment, we never went back again even after 3 plus years. I think! George's Pizza is located in the center of West Brookfield at the site of the former great P&S Pizza and doomed-to-fail Brixx Pizza. They've only been open a month, but I'm certain they'll be here for many years to come. The place is very clean, as it was recently renovated. There is a large screen HDTV to watch if you eat in. There are also window seats and outdoor seating. It is NOT wheelchair accessible. There are steps up to the front door without a ramp, and the bathroom is also not accessible. The staff are friendly and clean. I am always greeted with a "hello" and a small conversation. They use a POS system, so orders are less likely to be incorrect. Delivery is available within 2 mile radius and $8 minimum order. Parking is available on the street only, so you may need to walk a couple hundred feet when downtown is busy. Thin crust pizzas are cooked in a stone-lined oven. To date, I've had the Seafood Pizza (creamy alfredo sauce, shrimp, and crabmeat), Buffalo Chicken Pizza (crispy chicken with hot sauce), Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza (ranch dressing, grilled chicken, and bacon), Meat Lovers' Pizza (meatball, pepperoni, sausage, genoa salami, and bacon), and the Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Pizza (creamy alfredo sauce, grilled chicken, and broccoli). My favorite is the Seafood Pizza ($10.25 for small and $16.50 for large). Prices for the pizza range from $6.50 to $14.75). Full tray party pizzas are available for $21 plus $4 per topping. My favorite sandwich is the Super Sub. It is packed with roast beef, turkey, and bacon. I've also tried the Special Sub (ham, salami, and bacon), Meatball sub, and Cordon Bleu (grilled chicken, ham, bacon, ranch dressing). Subs are reasonably priced from $5.75 to $8.75. Ordered on a weekday at 6pm, waited over an hour. I decided to give them a 2nd chance and I ordered on a different weekday and a little later, thinking it wouldn't be as busy. I called to order at 7:50pm. Girl said 40 mins. It's now 10:45pm and STILL NO FOOD! I called 2x and spoke to a man who said the driver was on his way. I have been a frequent costumer about once a week and the food is usually good when you get the right order. The last few times that I ordered on line. The order has been wrong but kind of close. They just send you things that are close to what you order. Like I order lasagna and get stuffed shells. I'm not picky so I normally just eat it and don't complain but it happens a lot. This last time I ordered a bacon burger pizza that is supposed to come with lettuce and tomato on top. And also a clam plate. And I received a fish and chips and a hamburg pizza. When I call and tell them they ask if I want it today because they are real busy and make it like it's my fault and say it's going to be an hour or 2. It has been 3.5 hours since i originally ordered it and they still are not here! They lost a frequent costumer today!! read more

I ordered subs from there as we were staying on the lake for the long weekend. Three out of four sandwiches had what looked like mouse dropping in them. The only reason I noticed is I cut the subs into 1/4's, so the kids would have an easier time eating. Lucky I did. All went into the trash and we went to Northeast Pizza. I come to Lake Wickaboag a couple times a year, and will never go to Georges again. read more

Food is good, but overpriced, which is ok, however the complete lack of customer service is unacceptable. I have been going to George's since they opened and I tell you I have never had a bad pizza from there. The crust is great and the toppings are fresh and great. The place I work has started getting some pizzas from there and 10 people agree that the pizza is awesome. Someone wrote something about the sandwich's being messy? I have no idea what that is about. I get the tuna, ham and cheese, ham turkey and cheese and sometimes the steak and cheese and every sandwich was well made and not sloppy at all. The give generous portions of meat also. Have no idea what the guy who said the subs are a mess. They are not. Not sure if he got someone on a bad day or just wanted to leave a crummy review. If you have not tried this place try it. We love George's. The food is great and the cheese calzone is amazing! Delicious and the large is enough to feed 4 people! Plus, I like it because it's actually clean compared to the other pizza on the other side of town. They also have homemade brownies that are really good.
