Love their pizzas! The buffalo chicken pizza is so good, perfect amount of chicken and not too spicy. Always had good service and a clean restaurant. read more

Fantastic flavor with lots of cheese. Crust was crispy and light on the inside. Service was fast and accurate. I will return! read more

Food was great customer service was great and it was fast service the two pizza deal for 19.00$ was a great deal

I think this pizza passes the cheese pull test I have never dined in at this location so I cannot speak on the ambience or service in the pizzeria. For the longest time even since I was a kid we would order delivery here. This pizzeria used to be a staple for our household back in the day, I would say that the quality of the food was a little better back then but here and there when you order from this place you still get a decent quality order. Their calzones are really good, it's probably my most favorite thing here. Their chicken wings are also really good. Grinders and wraps are subpar. Most of their appetizers I feel like are just to keep up with modern-day trendy finger foods but I haven't really tried them all to speak on it. They have a website to order food instead of calling now, they had this website for years. So if you're looking for a very convenient quick and easy order you can order online and you can tip online as well so they will just hand you the pizza and leave. For many years I've always enjoyed this quick and easy pizza from Northeast, overall it's been a good experience being a returning customer. read more

Great Mexican pizza. Loads of toppings. Subs are good to. Yummmmmmmy. Any kind. Friendly service. read more

Did not advertise monthly special subscription correctly. BLT's for October. Website for Barre location stated BLT. Worker told us it's not for this location. So, we paid full price for what we ordered. THEN It was absolutely disgusting! Tasted like pork fat flavored as burnt bacon. Not fit for a dog nevermind human consumption! Do not waste your time or money. Make your own or go elsewhere. We won't be back. read more

Had a feeling when I placed the order it was going to go bad. The person on the phone was not listening to me when I ordered. Repeated my self about 5 times. Went to pick it up it was 2 smalls instead of 2 large. There solution was make 1 large and charge me for 2 large because 2 smalls is almost the same. I've got to say 2 smalls are not almost the same as a large. read more

Well done was soggy...not well done. Pizza was droopy. The crispy chicken was bland at best. Pineapple clearly out of a can. Sadly we will not be returning. It was warm, hence the 2 stars. read more

Just indulged in a grilled chicken wrap, thank goodness it's over. There was enough chicken for two, why do they do that? Less chicken more vegetables would make for a nice well rounded wrap. read more

Just got supper from Northeast. I should have known It was going south when I ordered a cheese steak PIZZA and she asked me hot or cold. Anyway,I ordered pizza got a calzone. The calzone sucked. Enough dough for two to three pizzas and enough filling for one. How does pizza translate to calzone. read more

Almost no cheese or topping on the 2 pizza 's I got. They use to be really good. Now it hit or miss : ( read more

Price gauging North East pizza Barre. Online price for my order 39+-, they told me fifty one. Bull

Rude management (specifically matt) After years of placing phone orders and receiving attitude for asking for buffalo sauce as a base for my buffalo chicken pizza because "we never use red sauce, you dont have to ask eveytime" and "stop asking, we've literally never done it that way" lead me to mistakingly ordering one online(instead of calling) without asking for the buffalo base. Upon arrival the pizza has red sauce with just a tiny bit of buffalo drizzle on top of the cheese. Called to see if they can fix it with a buffalo base and got lectured on how "its always been red sauce?? They never made it that way and theres no way in hell anyone EVER told me otherwise." He literally called me a liar and refused to remake or refund the order. I can understand that the worker turn over rate here has sucked for a while but the attitude when you call isn't worth it and online ordering doesn't give you enough options to get your food the way you want it like other places like Bill's Pizza does. The online ordering even defaulted a calzone back to pizza and when that was mentioned he said "oh yeah that happens itll just boot it back to a pizza sometimes, check it better next time." The system clearly has flaws and rude workers make it really easy to take our business to other places. read more

I called at 7:30 and asked for delivery the girl said they were about to close at 8:00 and hung up on me. I guess they were not open for pickup. I wont make that mistake again! read more

Got takeout here the other night: pepperoni calzone and barbecue chicken pizza. Staff was friendly, food was ready fast. Both were cooked to golden perfection and tasted good, only complaint was the chicken was dry. Other than that no issues! read more

I don't know how anyone can give this place less than 5 stars. Visiting area for a week. Accidentally came here a few nights ago. Got a bbq chicken pizza and have gone back twice since to get it again. Best I've had. read more

We order from here basically because it's the closest to our house. Pizza is never the same..sometimes its so saucy, its falling apart. It's like paying to be disappointed. I think tonight may have been the last time for me. read more

Never pick up the phone anymore, takes hours to get ahold of them. They always run out of apps like jalapeño poppers. Food is greasy. Service as gone down over the years. And still no indoor dining read more

Lousy subs. One slice of roast beef, zero taste. No dine in even in 2022. Guy who was the manager or owner I presume was very grumpy

this is the second time ive got really undercooked pizza in 3 week its terrible had to cook it in my home oven cause it was like mush in a box and at 35dollars for 3 pizzas its not good to the point my kids wont even eat it! read more

I'll tell you what. Four years ago, when we moved to the area, they were better. Their pizza was awesome. We had large parties at our home and we would order multiple party sized pizzas at a time from them and everybody wanted to know where it was from. They were stars to our out-of-town friends and family -- and to us, we were so impressed by them. Flash forward to March 2017. We placed our order with the most disinterested girl ever to pick up their phone. I received my delivery order 20 minutes late (so, 75 minutes total for delivery). Everything is ice cold. Not lukewarm. Not room temperature. I mean "cold" cold. "Cold" like it had ridden in the back of an unheated jalopy uncovered for an hour on a 20 degree night, which it probably did. Somehow I am unfazed by this, because this is all I've gotten from these d-bags in the last 2 years: disappointment and food I have to put into the oven on arrival. If you can't properly give a service, do not offer it. If Gigi's in West Warren wasn't so absolutely terrible and clueless, Northeast would probably be out of business. They could be great like they used to be -- but they're not. As it stands, Brookfield/Warren is an awful area to try to get quality pizza. read more

This was maybe my 10th time here and my last. The staff are nice, and the food is good when it is right. It is often wrong. I have gotten a Greek salad and they forgot feta, olives, and peperocini... so a bowl of lettuce with Italian dressing (they don't have greek). I had an order of chicken fingers and curly fries, they wrote on the box chic +curly and opened it to regular fries. Not the end of the world but not right either. They have some strange ideas of what is normal. a large sausage sub comes with 2 sausage, cut length wise. Raw peppers and raw onions, cheese and sauce. So you have a large sub roll cut in half with meat in the middle of each half , so if you can't fit a whole sub roll in your mouth most bites are raw pepper and onion with sauce and cheese. not very tasty. I have never had one any where they didn't have time to slice the sausage. Meatball also has raw peppers and onions, but a better meat to bun ratio. Pizza is good, not great but, it is cheap if you get the special. If you go always check your whole order before you leave! you can't depend on what they write. I called and asked to speak to the owner, I was told I have to call Wednesday or Sunday to try to get him they won't give you a number. read more

Ordered the half rack of ribs got home and they were ice cold like there frozen. Had to put in oven to cook I'm done with this place very disappointed . George's pizza in warren at least cook the food and it's good and awesome portions. It's all ways something at Northeast read more

It's Awful. I Ordered margarita pizza which thier menu says fresh basil & it's not dry flakes. The whole pizza just sucked.

I have had nothing but very good service from the employees, they are always smiling no matter how busy they get you always are made to feel valued and important when ordering. I have ordered the pasta 2 times, thinking the first time was a fluke that pasta was under done, and sauce was burnt. I kind of understand it taking an hour to deliver even though I am only 5 miles away. So I will not order from West Brookfield again!! read more

Just ordered a few items today but the most important one was the pastrami sub that I was looking forward to. HARDLY ANY PASTRAMI AT ALL INSIDE! MOSTLY ONION OR CABBAGE TASTING STRINGY STUFF. DISGUSTING. I won't order again. Very disappointed. Also 10 to30 minute wait became 1 hour, so there was also that. Do not waste your time or money here. Long time customer here and sad to say this is one more place we will not be eating at anymore. read more

Excellent food, crazy affordable, and a no fuss atmosphere. The fried buffalo chicken ravioli is amazing!

i legit order from here all the time and idk if it's different or careless employees but they suck point blank I live in barre and I normally order once or twice a week but lately I've just given up I always tip 30% i work in a restaurant myself so I know how much tips help and I ask for things over the phone and double check once I get there to pick the food up and they always tell me yup we made sure but this is the 6th time my order has been wrong even after I double checked once I got there. the workers need to just start double checking like they say they are or just do there job from the beginning because I am honestly done there are plenty of other restaurants that take care of there customers way more than North East Pizza in Barre,Ma has lately. vent over..! read more

Half of the time the order is messed up. Wrong topping on the pizza or the grinder order got messed up. When I brought it to their attention, the remedy was to bring the food back so that they could check. Not even an offer to deliver the right thing. Great, now I get to go out again and we all get cold food. I don't do delivery here because it takes forever to get your food. Gave it two stars because the pizza is good when they get it right. read more

Ordered a large cheese pizza friend and I ate it there. It was awful looked like it needed another 5 mins in awful. I will never go back.

I found out about this place on restaurant.com. There are not many places to use my certificates so I said why not. I'll give a try. I knew I was going to get a party size for my family so when I looked at the menu it said it would take around a hour to cook. Really long for a party but I gave it a go anyway. It really took a hour and 40 minutes. When I went to pay for the pizza I pulled out my phone with the restaurant.com app so I could use my certificate. They looked at me like I had 5 heads. Then they said it needed to be printed out. I was pissed. I paid and left. I looked at the details and it doesn't say anywhere about needing to be printed. The party pizza is the size of a large. I ended up exchanging my certificate for another restaurant. Not worth my time. Especially when BigY pizza tastes better. read more

Pizza is okay for the area but nothing spectacular. Most other dinners and appetizers come from a frozen bag. Staff is always indifferent to their customers but they are at least fast. Possibly the fastest service and most consistent food in the West Brookfield area.. read more

Absolutely horrible. Run by kids who could care less that your food is (usually) delivered very late, and cold. I love their lasagna. Subs, not a fan. However, the last time I ordered a salad there, there was a dead fly in it. So on Monday 1/2/17 I ordered two cheeseburger grinders for a coworker and I. they came burnt to a crisp. like a hockey puck. They both went right in the trash. Today on Friday 10/7/17 I forgot my lunch, decided to give them another try. Not many choices out here in West Brookfield. I ordered a chicken grinder and KINDLY asked no to burn the chicken. Explained what happened on Monday. Needless to say I was greeted with much attitude by the little girl at counter with the tacky tattoos. (Nothing against Tattoos). But very poorly chosen locations and applications. Then I had the grinder inappropriately thrown at me by the over weight so called cook with the so out dated piercings. WHAT a crew there. only reason a star because system forces that procedure. Time for a overhaul in that S%!^ Hole!!! read more

This place has gone completely downhill. I was in there yesterday to pick up an order, but the girl at the counter was being so ugly and rude to the customer in front of me ( his order was wrong and she was litterally calling him a liar and acting horrible) that I simply walked out. I have never seen such terrible treatment of a customer and I will not be returning. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE, CRAPPY FOOD. This place CONSTANTLY SCREWS UP orders. This last time broke the camels back. The last delivery I got was missing items, STONE COLD, and two items were WRONG. When I called, I was told a manager would call back. Never did. I waited until the next day. She said we tried to call you...yeah, and hour and a half later, after I had gone to bed. They refuse to reverse the charge; so now I have to dispute it. STEER CLEAR! Go a few miles into Warren, and try TOWN PIZZA. Their pizza is actually GOOD. Northeast pizza doesn't even cook their french fries all the way through. 3 times out of 4, they will be raw. The pizza tastes like cardboard. The service SUCKS. AVOID THIS PLACE! read more

Being new in town, we really have no options but northeast pizza, unfortunately after tonight's disaster of a dinner, which is definitely not the first time we have been disappointed by this place we will not be back. Waited the 20 mins after we ordered takeout only to be told on arrival that it wasn't ready, normal for a busy night, went back about 10 mins later to staff rolling their eyes at us when we asked about or dinner, which was 95%Complete. Seems that every time we order they need an hour to cook cheeseburger grinder, while the rest of your order sits to get soggy and nasty, or the pizza you order sits on top of the grill getting hard. Maybe if someone over the age of 16 worked there they might have some direction, or know how to cook properly. Just sad..... wish I didn't have to select a star, they don't deserve the one yelp is making me give them read more
