I think this pizza passes the cheese pull test I have never dined in at this location so I cannot speak on the ambience or service in the pizzeria. For the longest time even since I was a kid we would order delivery here. This pizzeria used to be a staple for our household back in the day, I would say that the quality of the food was a little better back then but here and there when you order from this place you still get a decent quality order. Their calzones are really good, it's probably my most favorite thing here. Their chicken wings are also really good. Grinders and wraps are subpar. Most of their appetizers I feel like are just to keep up with modern-day trendy finger foods but I haven't really tried them all to speak on it. They have a website to order food instead of calling now, they had this website for years. So if you're looking for a very convenient quick and easy order you can order online and you can tip online as well so they will just hand you the pizza and leave. Had a feeling when I placed the order it was going to go bad. The person on the phone was not listening to me when I ordered. Repeated my self about 5 times. Went to pick it up it was 2 smalls instead of 2 large. There solution was make 1 large and charge me for 2 large because 2 smalls is almost the same. Rude management (specifically matt) After years of placing phone orders and receiving attitude for asking for buffalo sauce as a base for my buffalo chicken pizza because "we never use red sauce, you dont have to ask eveytime" and "stop asking, we've literally never done it that way" lead me to mistakingly ordering one online(instead of calling) without asking for the buffalo base. Upon arrival the pizza has red sauce with just a tiny bit of buffalo drizzle on top of the cheese. Called to see if they can fix it with a buffalo base and got lectured on how "its always been red sauce?? They never made it that way and theres no way in hell anyone EVER told me otherwise." He literally called me a liar and refused to remake or refund the order. I can understand that the worker turn over rate here has sucked for a while but the attitude when you call isn't worth it and online ordering doesn't give you enough options to get your food the way you want it like other places like Bill's Pizza does. The online ordering even defaulted a calzone back to pizza and when that was mentioned he said "oh yeah that happens itll just boot it back to a pizza sometimes, check it better next time." I'll tell you what. Four years ago, when we moved to the area, they were better. Their pizza was awesome. We had large parties at our home and we would order multiple party sized pizzas at a time from them and everybody wanted to know where it was from. They were stars to our out-of-town friends and family -- and to us, we were so impressed by them. Flash forward to March 2017. We placed our order with the most disinterested girl ever to pick up their phone. I received my delivery order 20 minutes late (so, 75 minutes total for delivery). Everything is ice cold. Not lukewarm. Not room temperature. I mean "cold" cold. "Cold" like it had ridden in the back of an unheated jalopy uncovered for an hour on a 20 degree night, which it probably did. Somehow I am unfazed by this, because this is all I've gotten from these d-bags in the last 2 years: disappointment and food I have to put into the oven on arrival. If you can't properly give a service, do not offer it. If Gigi's in West Warren wasn't so absolutely terrible and clueless, Northeast would probably be out of business. They could be great like they used to be -- but they're not. As it stands, Brookfield/Warren is an awful area to try to get quality pizza. read more

This was maybe my 10th time here and my last. The staff are nice, and the food is good when it is right. It is often wrong. I have gotten a Greek salad and they forgot feta, olives, and peperocini... so a bowl of lettuce with Italian dressing (they don't have greek). I had an order of chicken fingers and curly fries, they wrote on the box chic +curly and opened it to regular fries. Not the end of the world but not right either. They have some strange ideas of what is normal. a large sausage sub comes with 2 sausage, cut length wise. Raw peppers and raw onions, cheese and sauce. So you have a large sub roll cut in half with meat in the middle of each half , so if you can't fit a whole sub roll in your mouth most bites are raw pepper and onion with sauce and cheese. not very tasty. I have never had one any where they didn't have time to slice the sausage. Meatball also has raw peppers and onions, but a better meat to bun ratio. Pizza is good, not great but, it is cheap if you get the special. If you go always check your whole order before you leave! you can't depend on what they write. I called and asked to speak to the owner, I was told I have to call Wednesday or Sunday to try to get him they won't give you a number. read more

Half of the time the order is messed up. Wrong topping on the pizza or the grinder order got messed up. When I brought it to their attention, the remedy was to bring the food back so that they could check. Not even an offer to deliver the right thing. Great, now I get to go out again and we all get cold food. I don't do delivery here because it takes forever to get your food. I found out about this place on restaurant.com. There are not many places to use my certificates so I said why not. I'll give a try. I knew I was going to get a party size for my family so when I looked at the menu it said it would take around a hour to cook. Really long for a party but I gave it a go anyway. It really took a hour and 40 minutes. When I went to pay for the pizza I pulled out my phone with the restaurant.com app so I could use my certificate. They looked at me like I had 5 heads. Then they said it needed to be printed out. I was pissed. I paid and left. I looked at the details and it doesn't say anywhere about needing to be printed. The party pizza is the size of a large. So on Monday 1/2/17 I ordered two cheeseburger grinders for a coworker and I. they came burnt to a crisp. like a hockey puck. They both went right in the trash. Being new in town, we really have no options but northeast pizza, unfortunately after tonight's disaster of a dinner,which is definitely not the first time we have been disappointed by this place we will not be back. Waited the 20 mins after we ordered takeout only to be told on arrival that it wasn't ready, normal for a busy night, went back about 10 mins later to staff rolling their eyes at us when we asked about or dinner, which was 95%Complete. Seems that every time we order they need an hour to cook cheeseburger grinder, while the rest of your order sits to get soggy and nasty, or the pizza you order sits on top of the grill getting hard. Maybe if someone over the age of 16 worked there they might have some direction, or know how to cook properly.
