Pepperoni calzone and marinara sauce

Your basic pizza place from a local town. I cannot give an experience of the location itself as I ordered this through doordash but the pizza I received was okay. I wouldn't say it's the best pizza I've ever had, it's similar to Northeast Pizza or Uncle Sam's etc. I didn't get A lot of cheese pulls, pizza lovers will understand what I mean they have a lot of options from their menu on DoorDash and if you're in need of a quick pizza at a late evening then this is the place for you. But don't expect five star pizza or food.

I ordered from here throug doordash. It was a snowy day here and I didn't want to go out. As I checked it out the pictures of their salads were amazing and I was like cool. My partner and I ordered the bacon smash burger and the buffalo chicken ceasar salad. The smash burger wasn't smashed at all. It was a thin, dry, frozen patty and overall the most mediocre burger I've had in a long time. As for the salad I'm posting my pic and the pic I saw online. I was so sad. It was all iceberg lettuce. Chopped up, crispy chicken. And then they had the nerve to give me blue cheese instead of ceaser. And only one generic ass dressing for a big salad. Hey! Maybe the pizza is Amazing

Turkey with Bacon Grinder ordered cold.

Order lunch on-line for my work staff. Prepaid so only had to pick up and go. Food ordered, Meat lovers calzone, outback jack calzone, turkey bacon grinder (cold), and Greek salad with grilled chicken. Walked in and I was immediately greeted. I was early so order was just coming out. Very friendly, order was correct. I do not see any issues with this establishment. A must needed restaurant for Ware.

Very dissatisfied I got the 2 hamburger sliders for 9.99 and my patty was as stiff as a hockey puck and inedible. Not only that but the burger was tiny all you could do was fill up on the bread!! Their prices there were also outrageous wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Chicken bone I found in my calzone.

A charge to pick up your pizza???? Get real. A charge for delivery AND for pick up? Absurd

Very pleased. So far, I've only tried the pizza, fried chicken and a wrap. My go to place for fried chicken.

Hanna's on Main - French onion soup: excellent!

Food was pretty darn good if I'm being honest, and she was good about refilling my coffee too, but…read moreI don't go out to eat to be waited on by someone who looks miserable, barely acknowledges me, didn't even smile when I asked her to compliment the chef (We got the loaded potato fries and a French dip, which, I've never liked anywhere, but it's what my wife wanted and we share as she's had the bipass surgery and can only eat a few bites)...I admitted to her that I don't like French dip, but it was PHENOMENAL. I don't even like au jus, but it was so good, I would've been happy just to drink it. Who doesn't even smile at a compliment like that? Especially as I later found out she was one of the owners. She should have been over the moon. I'd say it wasn't technically a bad experience, but it also wasn't a good one. Also, it was right at the end of their first open mic and we knew the host personally. You'd think after seeing we knew their entertainment, she could have, at the very least, faked a smile. Kind of her loss as I'm a DJ and could have easily boosted their clientele, but I'm not going to recommend a place that makes it seem like it's a chore to wait on you. Even though she didn't know that, as someone who has also been in the restaurant industry for a large portion of my life, the very first rule of customer service is to make them feel wanted, no matter how you're feeling, and smiling at them is the easiest way to do it. Even if you're only doing it for the tips, being nice to people is one of the easiest things you can do. And being nice to others, will almost always make you feel good in return. It's a win win. As for the ambience, top notch. It's a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere and it's not crowded like a lot of other restaurants (meaning the tables are properly spaced and you're not on top of other customers)

The place was busy with happiness through, Gail and Dennis, tending bar, were busy, I knew, but to see them check on all the regulars several times through and through, but never once asked me 'how was your stew?' I think if this place treated everyone like a regular they knew, it will be a five star. But what are you gona' do. So with that, I'd say ambiance could improve.
