This place has been solid for several years. Pizza, chicken tender dinner, quesadillas, boneless wings, wraps, etc. all very good. We've come back dozens of times. I placed an order last week and there was a small mistake on the pizza toppings. They cooked me a small pizza with the correct toppings and added that for free. Pizza & grinders are pretty good. One thing I will say is they need to get a more current updated app/website to place orders on, it's hard to order something when you don't want. Somethings specifically on it there's no way to minus it out. Also, the mere fact I only do small and large pizzas. That's a big pain in the ass. read more

I ordered fish and chips dinner last night. it was terrible, it was like from frozen foods, recooked.The fish was dried & very thin, the batter was pretty hard so the fries was hard too.. I called them & returned the plate they refunded me.I decided I am not gonna order their foods again. I prefer going to Schermerhorn's for fish dinner where all their seafood are freshly cooked very well. A lesson learned between fresh seafood & cheap frozen fishes. Just letting you know. read more

I was excited to find a pizza place in Palmer that served gluten free pizza. I make my own, but occasionally it is just easier to order out. They did a fantastic job with it and it was delicious. However, the next time I called to order one they said they no longer carry gluten free pizza. They lost my business... My husband enjoys their food though. read more

So disgusted. We have ordered here many times in the past. Several times they have messed up our orders but tonight really took the cake. My Italian grinder should have been simple but not only did it not have any cheese, any dressing or the veggies I asked for but there was a plastic bread tag in the sandwich. The chips I requested twice in the online order were not delivered and delivery took 45 minutes longer than they said it would so everything was cold. When I called, they did not apologize but said they were busy. We tried supporting local business but we will not call there again. Ever. read more

Just got our apps to watch the Pats game and had our ordered delivered. Fastest delivery, but they should take time to make sure I got everything I ordered. No Jalapeno poppers, the supreme nachos were gross. Wings were good as also the onion rings. Mozzarella sticks were not very god, Broccoli & cheddar bites were of. Will not order from here again. I don't get what's going on with them: under new ownership? New management? Lately, I haven't ordered out much, even less through Paramount. Their salads have gone downhill. The quality of the lettuce and the way the chicken is sliced (as well as it's quality in taste) leaves much to be desired. The lettuce looks old and doesn't taste that great. I used to love this place and now I rarely order from them anymore. Too bad. read more

Manager was rude and yelled at me so loudly that he could be heard from across the room. He stated that his online ordering system was "crap" then blamed me for issues during the ordering process. I requested that peppers not be used in steak and cheese grinder due to an allergy and still received peppers. Managers response? Never order it again, it comes with peppers. In the end after several minutes of arguing he finally agreed to fix our order, but who needs the hassle for mediocre food? Best part was being called a slur as he was slamming down the phone. This place was never more than a 3 star takeout pizza joint but this time I felt compelled to write as it was hurrendously bad. Ordered on their website. We got a bacon cheeseburg grinder, fries, chicken parm dinner, 2 broccoli cheese bites, small cheese pizza, and 2 cheesecake bites. They called 10 min later to say they had no cheesecake bites. (Will see if they refund my card). The burger on the grinder tasted like it was cooked hours prior and re-heated. The bread was not very fresh. The fries were soggy and tasted like old fryer oil. The chicken parm was a hot mess of badly overcooked pasta and cut up chicken pieces with some marinara sauce that tasted a little past its prime, and covered in cheese and grease. The two orders of broccoli bites I couldn't tell you because they screwed up and gave me two orders of jalepeno poppers that were clearly a frozen product with chopped up bits of jalepeno and weird cheese. The pizza was not edible at all it tasted like the dough had fermented and it was overloaded with greasy rubbery cheese. About the only thing that was edible was the side salad, it was pretty standard. We ended up making something else for our daughter as we were afraid to feed her the pizza. Overall it ended up being about a $60.00 lesson learned. read more

Paramount Pizza is the best pizza place in Palmer by far, and I have sampled foods from both Saporitos and Roadside only to to be disappointed. I have experienced a few of my orders being made incorrectly but the staff is more than willing to fix the errors in whatever ways they can. On separate occasions I've been offered to either get a discount for my next order or have my food fixed right away which is nice if I'm in a hurry and don't have time to wait for a remake. Upon picking up orders which I usually do, the girl who works on the phones always greets me with a smile and remembers me by name which is great and makes you feel like the staff cares! I've also met the owner who is extremely nice as well. As for delivery, I've had a few problems but as always paramount staff corrects them right away. I would highly recommend eating here, nothing less than a great experience and most importantly delicious fresh food! Thank you paramount! read more
