We stopped in tonight for our first time. We each wanted some sort of pizza/grinder/Italian meal and so Yelp I went and found Pafumi's. I LOVE the crust on the Margherita pizza! Lordy Lordy a close comparison to pizza in Rome. My only wish is that the basil were whole leaf and spread over the pizza top to get the full flavor of garlic, tomato and basil. And of course raw after the pizza is cooked. THAT would have made the pizza a 10 star in my opinion. Watching them hand toss the dough reminded me of being back in Italy or back home in Boston. Perfecto! We also tried the Antipasto salad which was very good indeed. Maybe some herbs/spices in the oil & vinegar? My husband loved his sausage parm dinner and salad and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed Aly's grilled chicken grinder (teriyaki sauce and American cheese) and has enough for lunch tomorrow. Homemade potato chips with bonfire sauce = OMG delish! I could sit and eat baskets & baskets!! The people were very attentive, checked on us and the restaurant was very clean and orderly. I couldn't have asked for it to be any more clean. Highchairs are in the hallway for wee ones to have a seat during visits. And restrooms were easily available. First time being here but it was a very positive experience. Mama's lemon chicken and prosciutto is excellent, extremely tender with a delightfully piquant lemon flavored sauce served over linguine. I checked out the kitchen and they have several of the very best pizza ovens used by the majority of pizza restos that make Italian style pies, always a good sign. Anxious to try one of their pizzas, it was quite evident as I stood there that these fellows know how to handle pizza dough. I'm not sure if these reviews I see here are from actual customers. I haven't tried the pizza and it seems to be what people like the most. Last time I ordered I got the chicken parm. I wanted Red Rose but I didn't want to drive downtown. It was mediocre for sure and the chicken was very dry. Today I decided to give it another try. I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Alfredo and it was horrible. The teriyaki sauce was super salty and was not balanced with the alfredo. And the alfredo sauce tasted like it had American cheese in it...eeek. I also ordered a tortollini soup with more broth than tortollini and that too was insanely salty. Absolutely inedible. Just to be clear I'm not sensitive to salt at all. Some might even say I make everything a lil salty myself, but this was on another level. The only thing that was decent was the side salad....and that's not what I wanted. read more

If you want take out pizza, pasta, or fried stuff this is the place to go in the area. The pizza's are great and well made. The pasta is yeoman like and good enough for take out. You can't go wrong with what you order from this place, though I tend to favor the pizza. Only warning is that it can be slow at times because of the huge numbers of orders they have coming in. read more

Lots of take out going through the doors but there are 5 or 6 tables to eat in if you choose. It's very clean with an inviting atmosphere. Extensive menu with good prices. The young lady and 2 gentleman working were extremely pleasant and helpful. The young lady checked on us several times. Customers are definitely made a priority here! And the pizza was nice and hot with lots of fresh toppings. The best we've had in quite a while! Have ordered from Pafumi's at least a hundred times over the last several years and couldnt be more disappointed with their callousness. They delivered a 36 dollar 16inch pizza we have ordered before but this time with so much garlic it was inedible. I love garlic. When my wife called back to see if we could get another pizza with less garlic they basically told us to screw, you got what you ordered. Cant believe they would treat a customer that has spent thousands of dollars at their establishment in that manner. How much does it cost to make a margarita pizza. Venice pizza it is. We thought the pizza was decent-- just a sausage, pepperoni, peppers and onions (the Chaug-Bo to be specific). It was clearly fired in a pizza oven as it had dark crispy edges and a crust that crunched where I would expect. I wouldn't say there was anything that stood out about the dough or sauce, but that doesn't mean it wasn't a good easy takeout meal. The leftovers have held up well too, which isn't always the case with many pizzas that get soggy and unappetizing. I would consider eating there again when I am not making pizza at home or am on a tight schedule, needing takeout. read more

Ordered some pasta on a Friday night. I got the Tracy's teriyaki . They offer it with penne or linguini and I got the linguini. The meal also comes with a side salad as well as some fresh delicious bread . I'm glad I tried this place out. The pasta was al dente and delicious. There is enough for two people. I also got some of their homemade chips with their bonfire sauce. I have to say, it was also delicious. It looks like the chips are made out of sweet potatoes, definitely worth the $2.95 they charge for it. I hope this business does well and stays in the area. read more

However, when I got it delivered it only came with 6 shrimp on top of a couple soggy greens, clearly not enough food to justify costing over $13. Our favorite pizza joint! We get our Pepperoni and Bacon pizza every week. We have also enjoyed the soups and pasta dishes, but the pizza is our fave. The sauce is both plentiful and full of flavor and the crust is perfectly hand tossed with a little crunch. #addicted read more
