Stopped in to watch the Chelsea game but I wasn't a fan of the vibe from staff honestly. There were hella tvs so they had a bunch of games on at once. We sat at the bar and service was slow from drinks to utensils, unfortunately. I got the blueberry and cranberry martini which was way too strong for me and I'd probably stick to non-alcoholic drink next time. The Cajun ranch burger didn't give cajun at all but the texture was good. I added bacon but it seemed pretty low quality so if anything skip the extra charge. I did like the giant stuffed tots though! The texture and flavor was pretty good. I'd probably go back since it's close to what I know in Springfield, but it's not really a fav spot of mine. read more

Racist place. It's giving if they can put whites only sign on their door they would. Waited at the bar for a while. Without any acknowledgement. Serving only one end of the bar. The side of the bar I was on was mostly melanated. We just want a pumpkin and a small pepperoni . Like geeesh is that too much to ask for. Her attitude was saying get out of here. So disappointing. Im so disgusted by the service by some of their bartenders lately. It's like they have a new training or something. There was this bartender thing named Kyle I believe is its name. Heres a video of her threatening to call police on me because I asked for lemon and sugar for my shots of tequila. When she stated she wasn't going to get me and sugar because it was in the kitchen ( lies ) demanded payment. I asked her the manager and she flipped. Mind you a friend and I just finished paying a tab of $50. Come here on and off for years on Tue or Weds it never a big issue people are intimidated by us everyday. We always enjoy our 1/2 price pizza Tuesdays! Service has always been great. Bartenders work very hard tending bar, serving food and takeout orders. (Often overworked) As we are older, we don't stay long. The younger generations are there enjoying sports and entertainment. Nice place read more

The food is always great and made fast. They never disappoint. I've been going to Rumbleseat the past few years and the service is good.

I came for the music and found the food really good. They have an outdoor seating area and do a good job of keeping everyone separated. It was quite busy outside due to a local entertainer. The wait staff worked as a team to see that everyone had what they needed. That is not as common as it should. As the days get colder, they will get good use out of the gas heater in the outdoor seating area. The chicken in my salad was hot and flavorful. I think the menu said it was marinated. Primarily a sports bar with tv's throughout the place. The owners have put together a winning formula to attract the customers who are still wanting to experience a pleasant restaurant night out. Parking can be a problem as it's located on busy narrow Springfield St. in Chicopee. I had to deduct 1 star for that reason. But don't let that stop you from enjoying a wonderful meal here. read more

So after this place harassing me over my 1 star review and reporting me, and so on and so forth they finally finally got it removed. So here it is again, I've edited out any reason they could remove it because everyone should know how crappy this place is: "This place is straight trash. Rude staff, **** drinks and even worse food. Really should have heeded the warnings of reviews before me. Unless you're from Here expect to be ignored, and then verbally assaulted from staff and "regulars". Been in the industry a long time, places like these are what give "dive bars" a bad name. This place isn't a dive bar, hole in the wall, hidden gem, sports bar, or local watering hole... it's a pathetic excuse for a trashy, ****, ****, establishment. God. I hate that I even wasted my money here. Food also sucks, didn't want to forget that. Oh and the bartenders ************** ... that first "review" lol what a load of crap. Literally worst service I've experienced in a while. Came here for my dads 60th birthday since this is a place he likes to come to. Waited 10 minutes for a table, the people sitting at it prior even offered it to us and said they'd leave since we had a bigger party then them. Once they cleared out we went to sit down and the "dart League" kicked us out saying it's there table now due to time. Don't you think the waitress who was going to sit us should've known the dart league would be starting? Nope. She let us wait for nothing but confrontation. Now debating if we should find a new spot to bring my dad for his 60th he finally FOUGHT his way for another table with no help from the service here. We sat down ordered drinks. They were out of the beer he wanted and I've never seen a waitress roll her eyes the way she did to my father. Food came out and they never brought my sons food. I asked and a new waitress confirmed they never made it. He got his food once everyone else was done eating there's. He's FIVE. Then come to see they only brought him water and not the orange juice ordered either!? No one came back to the table as I'm currently writing this waiting over 20 minutes for the check with packaged food since he had no time to finish his meal. I was born and raised in the area near this bar, and still live down the street. I go to Elms College. It's crazy how I go there, and feel like an outsider. It seems like they only hire a certain gender and a certain demographic for their bartenders. The bartenders are extremely rude and entitled. I say this as someone who bartends (not at dive bars). I had to move from a table to the bar because I waited 10 minutes without being addressed as I made eye contact with a waitress several times as she went back and forth. I decided to sit at the bar. I waited again for I don't even remember how long before I was given a menu, and asked for a water because I wasn't sure what drink I wanted yet. I waited 20-30 minutes to try to place my food order and finished my water before I even had the chance to order my drink. They were flat out ignoring me as they were asking the people to the left and right of me if they were all set. Every time I said excuse me they would face their back towards me, and act like they couldn't hear me. They also go out there way to ban any Spanish songs from their Jukebox which is weird to me. Like I said it's weird because I've lived in this neighborhood my whole life, and it's primarily Hispanic. Seems like they have their biases towards who they give good service too and what to embrace. Too each their own. I only came here for the daily special after work since it was down the street. Finding a pizza joint open at 10:30 pm was tricky, unless it's a National chain (no thanks). The Rumbleseat made us a large cheese and a medium pepperoni in 22 minutes (faster than the 30 promised), and I enjoyed a seasonal Sam Adams draft while waiting. Nice place, friendly staff, pizza was half off. Awesome place. My family of 8 loved the pizza - and we are pizza snobs. read more

Horrible experience. This bar is supposed to provide a good fight night experience. Unfortunately once the fight was over they were rude and closed the bar early. I ordered and paid for a drink before the bartender yelled last call and did not receive my drink because one of the bartenders wanted to leave early. They even kicked some people off of the pool table even though they paid money to play. All of this happened one hour before the bar was scheduled to close. Horrible experience.
