The food is great. The servers are terrible!!! Like beyond terrible. These girls only tend to the young men, tables are ignored, they approach your table and never ask what u need and act like you're bothering them, they never check in, and never smile. Unless you're a frequent customer, expect to sit down and be ignored. If you're not sitting at the bar, expect at minimum 15 minutes before somebody realizes that you're alive and waiting to be served. Until then, there isn't a hint of recognition that you're there. I definitely will not be spending my money here again. Not only did the bartender lose my credit card but one of the bouncers (he has a beard) was disgustingly disrespectful to me and my girlfriends. No male should ever speak to a woman the way that he was speaking to us, just because he got bumped into. I've never seen such unprofessional behavior in my life nor have I ever heard a guy speak that way to not only women, but paying customers at an establishment where he works.I am completely SHOCKED that i was threatened by a MALE bouncer, definitely at least 5 years older than my friends and I, and at least twice our size. He threatened to put his hands on us AND call his girlfriend to come and "beat us up". No one should ever be spoken to that way, especially not a paying customer. Great food at great prices! Can't beat the specials especially the 1/2 price pizza. I would have rated the place much higher but can't due to one lousy server. It was like she was doing us a favor by serving us. Never asked if we wanted another drink and when she plopped our food on the table she muttered something like, "here you go." Other visits were fine but not this night. I thought maybe it was because she didn't know us but she had the same lack of personality to everyone. Awesome place, tucked away but what a great find. Spacious, friendly and efficient staff, outdoor patio, cleanest restrooms and it was an exceptionally busy night. One thing I'd say is that the women restroom got the creepiest old school model photos of men staring back at you as you try to pee - very Strange though I admit it did make for a very funny bathroom selfie moment. If you want to witness preferential treatment and experience being ignored, this is the right place. It was a first visit for my friend & I and there were only a few patrons at the time we arrived. A male and female were staffed at the bar and we took a table right in front of them. We were not greeted nor acknowledged but they made eye contact with us several times and served other people that came to the bar after our arrival. After about 15 minutes and prompting for service, we left. NEVER COMING BACK. read more

Never would've known this place existed if the pizza place next door hadn't been closed. It was only listed on here as a bar (I submitted an edit), but they certainly do food, and do it pretty darned well. The bartender said they were known for their pizza and their wings, and also that everyone loved their burgers.... so I ordered a burger and fries since I was tight on time and had to get to an appointment. I was not disappointed. The burger was on a nice grilled bun that was just the right size for the patty. It was cooked exactly to the requested temp, and it was pretty darned tasty. The fries were those ones with the crunchy coating on the outside (you know the ones I mean, that are some of the only good frozen fries) and were also cooked perfectly. Came with pickles, lettuce, tomato and mayo, and they had a side of ketchup on there for the fries. All around, a very generous portion, and all very well put together. Also, the bartender was super nice and she definitely got me taken care of quickly so I could get to my appointment. I'll be back if I'm in the area! read more

Ordered a pizza to go during the shutdown and was very pleased. The staff member wore her mask and provided hand sanitizer at the door. She was polite and professional and offered cans of soda with my meal as well. Took a glance at the outdoor seating and I will definitely be back to sit outside and have dinner with my husband. I came here with my girlfriend and best friend for Game 6 of the 2019 Stanley Cup Finals and the place was packed, as expected. An extremely drunk waitress waited on the two tables next to us fairly frequently, because they were clearly regulars. She never came to our table once. We went up to the bar for drinks which were decent and fairly priced ($7 for a vodka cranberry). After about two hours of us being there, the drunk waitress walked by our table after tending to her tables of regulars and inappropriately stroked my shoulder. A few minutes later she did the same thing to my girlfriend. I don't think she meant to be inappropriate, but she was clearly drunk and reaching out for something to lean on to make her way back to the bar. I can't even tell you how the food is because no one stopped at our table to ask if we wanted anything. Save yourself from the poor service and sexual harassment and don't come here. read more

This place is a dump, and not in a hidden gem dive bar kinda way.. and it's only getting worse. Bartenders couldn't care less about you unless you're one of the regulars. You could be sitting right in front of them at an otherwise empty bar and you'll be ignored. read more

First off, the only reason why I'm giving this restaurant and bar two stars is because of Hannah who is a good bartender. But here's why I'm giving this restaurant two stars - As a fellow bartender, I used to love going in here until I heard what this owner did to other local bars in the area. He complained on several. As a bartender, we all talk to other bartenders and owners. Complaining about other bars and restaurants in the area when they never had anything against him offended the owners greatly but it also hurt the single moms who are bartenders most of all. Those single moms who are bartenders that need the money the most during these times are my friends. Most of all, we WERE your customers. I wish you the best with running your business but you might not want to complain on the bars and restaurants that spoke highly of you and actually liked going into your business before you started this. Also, if you want to increase your business, try doing things ethically, changing your prices and just being nice. read more

This is my favorite bar. This is a real sports bar. But be warn if you are not a Boston fan. It's a good place to have a few cold ones when the work day has been rough. It's loud and cheerful. Brings the spirits right up. They have an outside area always open for smokers with TV also. You won't miss the big game. They offer free wifi, abpool table and throwing darts. The food is great they have a full restaurant menu. Don't forget to try the pierogis the best in western mass. read more

My wife and I went here for the first time on a Tuesday evening after reading about it as the number two Sports Bar. Once we sat down (at the bar) we found it to be very very loud. We saw that Tuesday was half price pizza so we ordered one. Well we waited forty-five minutes and no pizza. When I asked the lady behind the bar she explained that they were slammed with a party of 30 and were a liitle over whelmed. She checked on the pizza and said it was coming right out. Well after another ten minutes there was nothing. We had enough, and I told the lady to just bring our check for the drinks we need to go somewhere else and eat. A man from the kitchen came out and said he didn't know what happened and offered us a combo pizza. We told him to forget it. Was that pizza supposed to go to someone else? Overall, the kitchen was all screwed up and the place is noisy and not very clean. There are way to many other better places to go to nearby. read more

Terrible bar service. Was completely ignored for the 25 Year old married guy next to me. Flirting waitress ignored everyone else. Was served a boxed pizza for an in-house order to signify to "get the hell out of here". Not even a plate or a napkin. Had to ask the cook for better service. What?? You want another beer? I am too busy right now. Told them my complaints and the two bar tenders couldn't care less. I did leave a one dollar tip. Thought that was excessive.
