Liberty Pizza is a hole in the wall kind of place. It's mainly geared toward takeout and delivery so don't expect much of an atmosphere. The inside has a very no frills feel. We ordered the sampler platter which came with mozzarella sticks, wings, and chicken tenders. Everything was pretty good. The pizza was actually better than I expected. Nothing fancy but definitely a solid pizza that I'd order again. One thing that surprised me was the pricing. Even though it's a very casual spot, the prices don't really reflect that. It's not inexpensive by any means. That said, it's still a good place to have nearby. The menu is surprisingly diverse with pizza, grinders, pastas, and plenty of other options, making it an easy choice when everyone wants something different. Overall, this is a solid neighborhood pizza shop. read more

Excellent pizza spot! Some of the best pizza you can buy hands down! Grinders are also very good, and the Fry's are crispy... Best fries in the business! I have seen some negative reviews around and not sure what that's all about... I never had an issue with my food and service was always excellent and good quality top notch. Definitely give them a try and make your own opinion. I been a customer for years and they gone never let me down except for forgetting a side of ranch one time lol. But all good. Give them a shot read more

So I have not been here in a very long time but since I was in the area I thought I would stop by and get a quick little bite as always the food is amazing this place is an institution highly recommend them read more

My experience was horrific due to the service I received from the staff. I ordered a gourmet pizza buffalo chicken to be exact and what I received was "their" version of a buffalo with red sauce. They lost a 10+ year customer. read more

I greatly enjoy the pizza. Always order the party size, mushrooms, sautéed onions and extra cheese. Great crust and quality. Keep up the great work read more

My wife and I have utilized this restaurant for several years. We have had good experiences and bad ones, but enough is enough. We ordered two grinders tonight and were given a 40 minute delivery window. The food arrived over an hour later (we actually had to call to verify the order was still coming). In addition, the grinders were in bad shape when they arrived. They lacked substance and the lettuce on them in particular was disgusting (please see photo). They are now on the banned list like so many others the past year. Establishments need to get their act together on ALL levels. We will be eating at home 365 days a year going forward. Unconscionable..... read more

Liberty Pizza - Brown lettuce from two grinders delivered from Liberty Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Springfield, Massachusetts

Tried the Ruben. Pastrami was dry. Tiny bit of kraut and thousand island. Eight bucks in the trash. I have not tried the pizza.

This place is hands down the best pizza in the area! If you are in the area stop by and grab a slice! That's what I did and now I'm addicted! The food is phenomenal no matter what you order. You can tell there is love put into every order. Today I called and wasn't quite sure what I wanted and spoke with a man named Tolunay "Josh" and he was so kind and patient in helping me through my order. I'm used to ordering from places and always feeling rushed. I didn't feel that way at all and could still hear others answering phones in the back. Customer service is A++ at Liberty Pizza #MizzyMayhemApproved #MizzyMayhemsChoiceSlice read more

I always order my pizza here for pickup on days i don't want to cook, they're steak and cheese is really good too.

Was given the wrong order when I picked up and when I called I was told to bring it back. I asked for the correct order to be delivered. I was basically told if I didn't bring it back they were not going to attempt to rectify the problem. Have always liked their food but will no longer order from them. Advice if you do check the receipt on the food before you leave!! read more

Can't beat this place best food around and very affordable place is small and whoever answers phone is not friendly if you can ignore this you'll have great food, when I lived within their delivery map I ordered from here constantly many years has passed since I had them and I'm glad I did last week but I must say get phone girl because answering with Liberty pizza what you want? And I haven't even finished ordering and he is ready to hang up is not how you do business ... relax keep providing good food ! read more

I've been ordering from Liberty since I was a kid and have never been disappointed. Pizza has good crust and plenty of toppings, same as grinders. Their grinders are such a good deal, I usually have to save half for the next day's lunch. read more

Horrible service and phone girl/guy is always disrespectful, I ordered a pizza and wings for delivery and it took exactly 1hr and 7 min when, I don't know why it took long when we live down the road. But anyway I asked for a refund or for the food to be done again and they said no to both. Horrible! read more

The food is pretty decent, coming from a Turkish owned pizzeria. I order there quite frequently, and except for the chicken francais (don't order it) or fish and chips (the fish was frozen "fish patties" that u can buy a big box of at any grocery store for $5)every thing I have gotten is really good. Pizza has good crust and plenty of toppings, same as calzones. Grinders have plenty of meats or whatever it is you may order. The pasta dinners have loads of whatever protein or what-not you may have ordered. But, just dont get the rude order takers on the phone! Especially the female one, who has literally argued with me over something as petty as not paying 50 cents for black olives when I don't get lettuce and tomato. Insulted me and called me a liar. There's another younger guy that is also quite rude. I sometimes wonder if they are the owners children, because I can't imagine why they would still be employed in a front facing position like that, but so bad at it. Hope you get one of the nicer people to take your order and the place is worth 4 stars, at least. UPDATE: they seem to have finally rectified the rude order taker situation. The stars have been updated accordingly. UPDATE: Nope, rude woman is still there. Theyve lost my 100 a week again read more

Our family has been ordering from Liberyy since we moved here almost 8 years ago. Best pizza we ever had and a family friend tried it one day and now drives in from Ludlow to pick up because he agrees that its the best! read more

These people have no business making Italian food! They made me waste 1/2hr lunchtime fr work ..only to drive to their establishment to be handed a huge box with a cheese slice the size of a doritto! My mouth dropped. I've never, ever been charged $2 for a microscopic size pizza. Then I bit into it ...where do I begin?! Actually, one word ..GARBAGE! And that's exactly where I shoved it before I walked out of there and trust I will never be back. If you want great pizza, made by the hands of A REAL ITALIAN, chk out Salernos at 747 Liberty Street; Spfld. P.S. I only gave Liberty 1 star rating CUZ I WAS FORCED TO! read more

Worse service ever. Girl who answered the phone was rude and hung up on me. Good to say that I won't be ordering from them again.
