I read the reviews and so many people were raving about their pizza. I ordered a basic cheese pizza, nothing special added to it. When I brought the pizza home, most of the cheese was focused on the center of the pizza, not much near the crust area, that was pretty dry with just dough and a little sauce. The taste of the sauce was more on the bitter side. Nothing wrong with it, but if you prefer a sweeter type of sauce, this is not the sauce for you. When I picked the pizza up, I noticed a calzone they just removed from the oven, it looked really good. I will try this place again, just not for the pizza.

The original Village Pizza. Nothing better in Western Mass!

Village Pizza is the best pizza place with the most consistent quality in town and the friendliest staff ever! Been coming here for probably 20 years. Village is the place to be!

Good service, great homemade pitas. Try the Turkey club, you won't be disappointed. Hidden gem.

One of the best pizzas in the town! Consistently great although sometimes greasy. Would recommend trying it if you have never had it!

The Turks know how to make Pizza. They also make great grinders, pittas, calzones, and other meals.

I am disappointed in the eggplant fries as they are super greasy. I'm not sure if it is because they were put in a container right after cooking, but the grease factor is off the charts. The are pretty much inedible. The pesto sauce, however, is AMAZING so didn't take away a star. The risotto balls are spot on delicious as is the Caesar salad. I also ordered the portabella mushroom ravioli, and it is light and perfectly seasoned and sauced. I was looking for a garlic bread on the menu to no avail. SO need a garlic bread! I didn't see any desserts on the menu through Door Dash, but I would love to try some of their selections so might have to take a drive to get takeout in the near future. This place is worth the trip!

They accidentally rang up a side of fries and charged us for another side when we went to pick up. The pizza was lukewarm. It was missing an ingredient, the pineapple, barely had any chicken, and the mozzarella cheese used was so low quality it didn't melt. The appearance of the pizza alone was gross. Nothing worse than still seeing the shape of the mozzarella shreds. In addition, some of the shreds were just rubbery! 60 bucks wasted!

Along the way, we passed a pizza shop with a sign that said, "Huge Pizza Slices." Well... I did a U-turn. The place is called Nicky's Pizza in Agawam, and let me tell you... this pizza was GREAT! Not only was the pizza delicious, but I believe it's a family-run business, and you could truly feel that warm, comfortable, welcoming atmosphere the moment we walked in. And they weren't lying about those slices being huge! But what really stood out to me wasn't just the food it was the kindness and hospitality. i didn't realize they were closing in about 20 minutes, and they never once made us feel rushed. They served us without hesitation and even told us, "Don't rush. We're going to lower the shade, but please stay until you're finished." That honestly meant a lot. Of course, my daughter was being her usual curious self and asking the staff a million questions. And every single person answered her. Nobody seemed bothered. If anything, they looked entertained by her questions and were genuinely engaging with her. Then, of course, she asked, "Mom, can I have ice cream?" I said no not because I didn't want her to have it, but because I knew they were technically already closing, and I didn't want to keep them there any longer. One of the staff members asked what my daughter wanted, and I told her she wanted ice cream but that I didn't want to bother them. She went out of her way and brought my daughter a little cup of ice cream on the house. I was blown away not just by the food or the service, but by their kindness, patience, and genuine hospitality. Those little moments matter. That honestly meant a lot. I was blown away not just by the food or the service, but by their kindness, patience, and genuine hospitality. Those little moments matter. Especially when someone goes out of their way to make your family feel welcome when they absolutely didn't have to. So, thank you, Nicky's Pizza, for a wonderful experience! We will definitely be going back. If you're in the Agawam area, definitely stop by Nicky's Pizza and grab yourself a slice. And trust me... when they say HUGE slices, they mean HUGE! Thank you again Nicky's Pizza.

Everyone had to eat a minimum of 4 slices each to finish 2 of the 3 pizzas. We all burnt our tongues because we were so hungry but the crust and crunch were worth it.
