I've had their grinders and pizza on many occasions since its so close to my work and their prices are pretty reasonable. Their food is average on its best day and their attention to detail is often lacking (forgetting marinara sauce when you order garlic knots, missing fries, missing ingredients on sandwiches... the list goes on). On two occasions I've called after receiving a messed up pizza or other order and they were extremely rude and refused to fix the order even if I returned the wrong pizza. In good conscience I can't recommend this place. They may not screw anything up a few times in a row, but your time is coming and don't expect them to make it right when they do. read more

Paramount is my ABSOLUTE favorite pizza place in the area. I know everyone has different preferences when it comes to crust, sauce, etc., but Paramount is hands down the best pizza I've ever had. I discovered that they have pesto sauce instead of the traditional red a few years ago, and it's SO good!! I always get cheese pizza with the pesto sauce. My fiance has ordered eggplant parm dinners, and he loves them- awesome portions for a reasonable price. The guys are really nice and I just love their food overall. We don't live super close to Paramount, so it's unfortunately not our go-to, but it's a treat when we're in that area and get to have it! read more

BUT the girl that work their SHe is soooo disgusting,after she finish slicing my pizza that I order and pay for she had the nerd to put her hand and grab a piece a hamburger meat and ate, after she been handling money from other costumers. Unlike every other pizza place in Holyoke this places actually know how to make a pizza. The veggies were fresh cut that day. The meats were good quality. The cheese was perfect amount. The crust was very good and unlike all of the rest of the pizza shops it wasn't a bland soggy mess. You can pick up a piece and eat it without the slice just folding and all the toppings fall off. My only complaint is they were a little light on the sauce for my liking, is still tasted great. We used to go all the way to Hadley for a decent pizza now it is just down the street. read more

Now, going in their with mediocre intentions as I said earlier, when we got the food I got the shock of my life. The grinders were not just big but they were packed to the brim with meat, cheese, and delicious goodness. The sauce was not watery at all, and not bitter or too vinegary, it has the perfect mixture of sweet and savory was really matched with the saltiness of the mozzarella cheese that was oozing out of all sides, and the chicken, oh my gosh, the chicken!!! Poor customer service. Make sure you check your orders. Gotten my easy order wrong on more than one occasion. Last time they did I asked if they would mind bringing me the correct order on their next delivery run which I agreed to pay a delivery charge for. Once they found out I live a few miles down Northampton St they decided that the delivery was too far. I really enjoy your food, but your menu says one price and you charge another all the time. You must get new menus printed as you have been doing this for over a year now. Even when I order through your website for delivery, the total and the receipt are ALWAYS different. This is not okay. It is actually illegal to advertise one price and charge another. I love unexpected finds like this. We arrived in town just in time for a winter storm. When we ventured out the following day, we happened upon this place. Wish I could give one star. First time ordering from this place, are used their online ordering system and one of their online coupons which was electronically applied. It was 1150 for a 16 inch grinder, fries and a soda. When the order finalized, it had said 9 inch instead of 16 inch so I called. They said it was just an error from the computer and it would be the regular 16 inch grinder. When it arrived, it wasn't. The delivery driver argued with me telling me that it was my fault for using me I'm late ordering system, if I had called it wouldn't of been a problem. I told him that I did call... 30 seconds after I placed the order and noticed the air, and they said no problem. When he called them, they would not reduce the price of my order, but rather made me wait for the other half of the grinder another 30 minutes. Then, the food sucked in comparison to where I would normally get grinders in Holyoke... Pizza d'action! However they are closed on Tuesdays. Well, I will be back to Paramount Pizza with great places like Capri Pizza, City Pizza, and pizza D... this place pales in comparison. This is why I hate trying new places! My fiance and I eat here at least twice a month. There are many pizza joints in Holyoke but Paramount is the best going. We have tried a lot of the menu items. They have all been great but my favorites are the chicken Parm Dinner, cal zone, and the pizza of course! The salads are always made with fresh ingredients and I swear they put something addicting in the ranch dressing because I can't get enough of it !!!!! Don't listen to the neah sayers this place is my absolute favorite! Plus every time I go in I am always treated nicely and because I go on a regular basis they know me by name which is always a nice feeling !!!!
