Food was done on time, good service. However, girl's on the phone were totally clueless on the phone and kept getting our order confused. While it was annoying, it wasn't too bad since they got our order right. When we get inside to pick up I noticed NOBODY WAS WEARING MASKS! The counter girls to the kitchen staff making the food, no masks whatso ever. We were completely worried about our food and how it was prepared and how can they work in that environment. We tried this place for their pizza and apps. Of all the pizza places in our area this is by far the best. The flavor is amazing and tastes so fresh. Don't listen to other reviews about this great place. Their food is great and the people are incredibly friendly. Terrible service and food !! Delivery took 2 hours and my food was left outside in the rain for 35 minutes cause no one ever knocked on my door to let me know it was there . The food was placed in the dark in front of my door so when I opened it my pizza and grinders were knocked down my front stairs . The food was cold and wet . This place was my go to place. Recently had an altercation on my weekly order they just now started charging 4% to use your card. To me that is ironic to make your customers pay your card fees. By far one of the only pizza places I've gone to that does that not to mention I went there personally to speak to the owner because we've pretty much become acquainted throughout my many Weekly orders I ordered from them religiously so it upsetting me the fact that they were charging to use a card. The woman that was speaking to me on the phone was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude it's no wonder they go through counter people like water. The owner then told me it's because he pays over 2500 a month to use the card machine. Why the hell would you charge your customers that fee then it makes no sense.It's a shame too because the food is actually good but due to the pettiness of them charging for uusing a card and the amount of attitude I received from simple counter person; I no longer will order from them ever again I went right down the street to Best Pizza where they don't charge a fee to use your card and the food is actually much better not to mention the people that are working the front actually have customer service skills. read more

Do not order a grinder from here. I had a ham and cheese. Very little ham, bread was stale. I could not even finish it. When I went to pick it up they were not busy at all so it's not like they were in a hurry. Not sure how the rest of there food is but I would stay away from their grinders. read more

This place is excellent for grinders. I work a short ways up the road and a couple of my coworkers would always go here for lunch. I gave the place a shot today and the chicken cutlet grinder is one of the best from any pizza place around. The chicken tastes fresh and you can tell they're hand battered and not frozen chicken tenders. The prices are also a strong point. $6 for an 8" grinder is very fair. I haven't tried their pizza or anything else but I can say the grinders are great. read more

Yesterday I ordered out from Boston Road Pizza for the first time. Our meals were delivered on time and were very good. It was a fair price and was very flavorful. This restaurant used to be in Ludlow for awhile until they relocated to Springfield, we used to order from them at their previous location but this was the first time from the new spot. My family really loves the pitas from here though I love the pizza. I cannot comment on grinders or wings as my family has never tried them from this establishment. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Person forgot my order multiple times after repeating my order back to me correctly. Never gave me receipt then told me I didn't pay for the items. Last two orders took an hour and fifteen minutes to be delivered when told 45 min. Orders are consistently wrong even though orders are read back correctly. read more
