And the Mac and cheese was very good , and no "up charge" one of the last places I went there was a $3 up charge . So I passed . Everything was great , great service , food came out in 10 minutes . I'll be back again .

The estimated delivery time showed 8:05 PM, but by 8:30 PM I still had not received anything or heard from the restaurant. When I called to check on it, I was told the delivery service they use had my order stolen. The frustrating part is that nobody contacted me to let me know. If I had not called, I would have just been waiting with no update. They offered to remake the order, but said it would take another hour. At that point, I had already waited almost an hour and still had no food. I understand things can happen with delivery, but the lack of communication was unacceptable. Customers should be notified right away when there is a problem with their order.

Heard they are still using all the same ingredients and so forth so not much in the way of change. I still give Pizza Makers a positive review, not the five I once gave but I was not all gitty about my chicken parm grinder. The slice of pizza though had me thinking I could devour a large by myself. The pizza had a nice bite to it. The gentlemen who ordered before me came back in and raved about it. The other gentleman who was already sitting down when asked by the owner said it too was good. I thought it was delicious! My chicken parm grinder was ok. Maybe it was the extra cheese I asked to put on it, or looking forward to a full cutlet and not cut into strips. Wasn't overly hot but I did eat it after the slice of pizza while sitting outside so it may have cooled off a bit. The new owner you can see is very passionate about his work. Made sure every customer ordered it they wanted. Was impressed with the way he spoke to a young girl with her father on what she wanted exactly. His partner who was running the counter could have used a coffee for some much needed energy. No pep in his step or real positive customer service. There is a help wanted sign out front and would be willing to bet the owner would hire and train a young ambitious kid if they came into the shop. Overall still satisfied with my lunch and will be back again.

There was no music, a sign for hot food but no hot food displayed, or smelled of hot food. I still wanted to give them a chance because of the previous reviews, and how hungry we were, so I still placed an order for birria nachos, yellow rice & pink beans, pernil, and tostones. Very happy I did because the food did not disappoint and made up for the lack of ambiance. The birria nachos are a must if you come here ! The pernil could've had a bit more salt but I wasn't mad at it at all. The nachos made up for everything, the flavor was blessing, added with the sauce ? The spicy dressing was favored the best on top of everything, even the tostones ! Over all I'd come back again, but for take out (lol). As for the service we had no complaints, it was fast!
