The food was okay, the waitress brought coffee and it was old tasting and tasted like a whole salt shaker was poured in it. Waitress did not offer to bring fresh coffee. When asked about it, she made a comment that they weren't going to make a fresh pot as they were closing soon. (They still had a little over an hour). No real customer service. Waitress not cordial or friendly AT ALL. Felt like we were bothering her just by being there. It was my first and last time there. Chicken wings : Chicken were some of the best wings I've ever had in my life. They were cooked to perfection. Seasoned to the bone. Delicious! Waffle: Waffle was okay. Nothing crazy. Got strawberries on top. They weren't fresh strawberries so that was a little disappointing. Not the end of the world. Service: Service was awful. It took maybe 10-12 mins to get a waiter (her 2nd day according to the other waiter) I ordered apple juice my buddy ordered a water and a coffee. Water and apple juice came right out. 30 mins went by and I had to ask the other waiter for my buddies coffee. It took 1 hour and 10 mins to get 2 orders of wings and waffles. This place has potential. But the cooks need guidance. The home fries were way too salty and almost unedible. The scrambled eggs had that cheap sliced packaged cheese in them that gave em that processed taste, but the fried chicken was good. Their waffles were small but very good also. I did find hair on the bar counter next to my utensils so the servers should wear hairnets. Gross! Other than that i would say they need to make a few tweeks, but they are new and im sure they are on the road to becoming a great place to eat. Im going back to see how the rest of the food tastes and hopefully Springfield will have a new place for us foodies to enjoy. read more

I had the wings without the waffles. Thank my auntie for sharing her goods. The chicken was nicely cleaned (no feathers, no raw scent) and seasoned well. I see me venturing in for my own order in the near future...definitely will try the wafflez. I can only speak on the chicken wings. read more

This place has a long way to go. Cooks are being trained in front of customers as you order. As a result the food isnt cook with any love or care. Orders are inconsistent. The chicken is boring and salty not flavorful. The waffles are soggy, flat and gross but at least its hot which all this place has over most Springfield restaurants. The curly fries are the same ones Antonios has so expect a hundred lil pieces of curly fries leftovers. I had to throw the chicken wings in the air fryer to actually make them right. I understand the place just opened but make sure your cooking staff is on point before allowing them to cook for paying customers. Wings an waffles has to step it up and hold themselves to a higher standard. Dont do something if your not gonna do it right. Excellent wings & waffles plus the fish and chips. The wings were on point and not at all overly fried just perfect. Wings and Fish had the right seasoning and I was glad to get them. Wait time was under 20 minutes and we went there to order and pick them up ourselves. The place is friendly and although small it makes up for it in the food. Supposedly this place only opened like a week ago but it is close to me so I decided to check it out. Service was pretty fast and waitress was extremely friendly. I got the pancakes and they were nice and fluffy. You can add banana, strawberry, or blueberry on them but I stuck with the original. Also came with a sausage patty that was so-so. My friend got the wings and wafflez and said it was really good. Will definitely be back to try out something else and or try lunch/dinner menu. The fact that a business ran this way is allowed to operate in 2020 is sickening. 0 standards, cleanliness or service wise. No masks. No hand washing. The bar seating was open to guests despite the MA regulations due to COVID. Guests left & tables weren't well sanitized. A guest was visibly upset that there was pork with his food that he didn't ask for, yet the cook seemed to laugh about it. The girls serving us were more interested in the show they had playing on the tv then to check in on us or offer us more coffee. Clearly no one at this establishment is qualified to handle food at this place. The time we waited for your food did not reflect the quality of it. I must add that I am well aware that COVID has made it much more difficult for us in the service industry- as I have been managing the same restaurant for roughly 5 years- but little to no effort was made here to follow state regulations for everyone's safety or customer relations. I heard about this place and it's definitely a hole in the wall. I waited to be seated but got no assistances, so I sat myself. The tables and chairs needed to be cleaned so I did it myself. I waited for a wait but no one address my table and place was not busy at all so I went to the counter for service. I waited for a while and a waitress finally ask me if I had be waited on and I told her no. She then ask a employee working behind the counter if he could help me, the gentleman look at me and walked away. She then ask another employee to help me and he turned his back to me and started talking on this phone. I can't tell you how the food was because I left, but I can say that the service was terrible. Not good. Ordered Orange-ginger wings and fries. Fries were ok. Wings didn't taste like orange or ginger. They had some kind of sauce on them that looked the part but I couldn't put my finger on what the flavor was supposed to be. It literally tasted like nothing. Service was courteous and quick as it should be but the food, needs a lot of work. With that being said, you won't see me there again. read more
