When presented with the credit card payment, I noticed the gratuity pre-sets were at full-service levels & tipped as such. However, when we later realized that we picked up our own food & bussed our our table, we decided that we should have tipped for counter service. The food was spot on! Since i eat mostly vegetarian, I always find this type of cuisine challenging. But, a large list of house-made pierogis gave many options. I settled on a plate of six potato & cheddar with onion & sour cream. Since the kapusta here had no meat, I tried a side of that as well. The pierogis were perfect! Tender dough, flavorful filling - fantastic. The kapusta, a house made cabbage based kraut, was delicious as well & very filling! Half came home with me for another delicious meal. He was thrilled to be able to mix & match the four pierogi, ordering three savory & one blueberry ( something his grandmother made which he's raved about for ever ).
