It's been 8 months since I've ordered from here, and I remembered a crucial detail that I left out in the past review. I called for a refund, and they told me that they couldn't refund it because it was the morning after, and got into a cussing match with the manager or who ever was on the line. The food here was not up to par. The "Baked" Mac and cheese was NOT baked, and it tasted like detergent. 1/10 Then I got chicken and fries. The fries were ok, 6/10. But the chicken was not edible, and tuff to chew. 2/10 The only positive thing I can say is that the delivery service was fast. Do not, I repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. read more

Wow wow wee wooooo! The box seemed suspiciously heavy. I assumed a pizza was delivered by accident instead of a calzone. To our surprise we found a giant friend banana in the box! This calzone was more like an origami pizza folded over. Flavor was predicable. A warm moist interior, ya know it's like a warm apple pie, if you get my drift. The garlic knots were pretty naughty. read more

will not order from them again i ordered chili cheese fries and a small pepperoni pizza.....when deliveredforgot my pizza im sorry gave it to someone else. And the fries was so over cooked they was very hard. I do feel like my money was wasted and wish I could get a refund read more

I've ordered from City Pizza about 9-10 times during the pandemic, and they're very reliable. Large portions, classic fried food just the way you want it, and courteous staff people and drivers. I've had the fries, onion rings, chicken quesadilla, chicken tenders, and crispy ranch quesadilla. All tasty - and excellent food for late night hunger. Yesterday, I put in the wrong phone number in my order and the poor driver called me several times without me answering. I called the restaurant just after they'd closed around 10:05, and the owner or someone in charge kindly agreed to personally deliver my order, even though it was my mistake. This was above and beyond customer service - I really appreciated this. Thank you! Remember to tip generously as staff work hard on your order even if you're not dining in read more

Ordered a BLT. A cold grinder that was COOKED!!!!! The cheese looked like the Mayo because it was melted into the cooked lettuce and tomato. The crispy bacon was soggy because of the moisture from being cooked with the lettuce and tomato. Who cooks lettuce???? I tried to eat some because I was hungry and I paid good money for it but after two forced bites I couldn't stomach it. It is the worst BLT I've ever had and I'm 64yo. I've had MANY of them. when I called to complain I was hung up on. This is the third time now that my order was bad/wrong. No more business from me. it's a shame because city pizza used to be a good place to order from. read more

Tried this place for delivery the other night. Didn't feel like pizza, so we had wings and a chicken parm sub. The wings were so over done I could barely eat them. I tried to eat them anyway so as not to waste them, but the were awful. The chicken parm sub was ok, but nothing special. Won't be ordering from here again. read more

I love City Pizza! The portions are big, the food fresh and the delivery people are friendly and always have a smile. It's so great to patronize our small locally owned businesses! Keep up the great work! read more

This place has the worst service and pizza in the area. The management is also by far one of the worst I've ever seen. Went in for a slice took 45 minutes to come out because they were "busy". read more

Ordered online, payment went through, and they claimed they never got our order. Did nothing to try to fix the problem. Would not recommend

We've been customers for almost 2 years and can't say a bad word about this place. Great food, nice people read more

Average, just average. After reading other reviews my wife and I decided to give it a try. We're always looking for new pizza places to try. Other reviewers said some great things but we didn't see why. Pizza was delivered without the thermal bag and was cool when it got here. I thought Grub Hub would do better than this. So the first thing we had to do was warm it in the oven. Not off to a good start. Not to mention the delivery driver went past our house and turned around by driving on our grass. When we finally tried the pizza it was nothing special at all. There are many better choices out there. read more

The bomb. Amazing pizza. The entire menu is delicious. Great service. Great prices. I've been ordering from City Pizza for years.

READ THIS BEFORE EATING HERE*** My takeout order had a dead bug under my cheeseburger!!!! Unfortunately that's not my only complaint. When I notified Steve the manager he was very rude and refused to give me a refund. He raised his voice and spoke to me as if I did something wrong. He wasn't apologetic at all nor did he seem bothered about the bug in my food. Almost as if he is accustomed to things happening like this all the time. I'm am beyond disgusted!!! DO NOT EAT FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!!! read more

It was my go to spot but now The last few times I placed an order in my pizza clothes and I'm picking it up I only live about seven minutes away and the wings have not been tasting good at all they are either under done it seems like like they just dropped over the minimum on all the time and that's it I am and the flavor has changed dramatically sad because it used to be my go to spot at least for five times in a month have to find somewhere new read more

The food came very quickly. It was very tasty and reasonably priced. My son enjoyed his wrap and my salad was excellent. The fries were very good. read more

Excellent nice crisp crust fresh mushrooms and big fat juice wings. I would definitely recommend and order again.

Love this place. Pepperoni pizza is everything I want: cheesy, greasy, crispy. Prices are cheap - I was expecting much worse. Ingredients all tasted good / fresh. Every time I have ordered, it's been ready lightning fast. Address sounds like a stoner joke, but it's real. read more

I've always enjoyed everything I've ordered here. I have even ordered AFTER the bug post (which makes me ill to look at) just because I have limited delivery options where I live. I've never been disappointed. 3 stars because the bug photo makes me cringe- 4 stars on food taste, quality, and delivery. read more

Terrible customer service. Ordered online, waited over an hour for delivery, only to receive the wrong meal. When we called back, the manager refused to refund us or send us the right meal. We will never order from this place again. read more

First time called ordered a pizza, tortellini soup, and a chicken Caesar salad. Driver came, no pizza. Called it in and verified pizza wasn't ordered the first time according to the girl who answered the phone. Ok, fine. Reordered the pizza. At this point we start pulling out the rest of the items ordered. (Which came an hour after it was prdered) Grab the salad knowing it was larger than a single serving and planning to split it in 2 with a bowl. Pull out the toppings and find multiple pieces of wilted lettuce that was towards the bottom and not near the chicken (I know that pieces of lettuce near hot chicken are going to discolor but these pieces were not near chicken and did not have the same hot chicken wilt that would be expected). Then opened the soup, guess what, not the correct soup. I opened chicken noodle not chicken tortellini as I had ordered. So I called again and told them I that I had the wrong soup and was willing to give it back uneaten for the correct soup. I was strongly told by the woman on the phone that I was wrong and that she put in exactly what my husband had ordered. Mind you he was literally reading off of a screenshot he had take of the order. Then I asked to speak to a manager who insulted me and accused me of insulting his businesses because I called about both the pizza then the soup and salad. We tried multiple times to try to compromise with him then he hung up up my husband, to which I called back and it took several attempts to have the manager give me 10 seconds of his time from assaulting me with insults to simply tell him to cancel the re-ordered pizza and I would take the hit from the salad and wrong soup. Worst experience ever and will absolutely NEVER do business with them ever again! read more

Ordered from them twice so far & let me just say this.. they are on point with their food. I grew up in a very competitive town of different pizza places very close to each other. I've felt like I've always had to settle with the pizza places close to me around here since I started living here. I finally tried City Pizza a few days ago & then also ordered from them tonight .. & City Pizza is prime for great food & comparable to the pizza places where I grew up. Definitely non-comparable to the other pizza places around here because City Pizza is way better. I cannot wait to order more off their menu to see what else they have to offer. read more

Love ordering from them! Usually I order from them at work and there are quite a few different orders. They're fast delivering, quality of food is great and they're very courteous when ordering over the phone! I also have to mention this is about the only place in my delivery range that actually have an option for spinach instead of lettuce in your salad! Great place to order from! read more

*Soggy Pizza snd awful customer service* I placed my order, received the food wrong. I called and the guy who answered the phone told me to just eat it that way because it was not a big deal. I told him i wanted my money back and he said he cannot do that because he was at the shop by himself. He kept offering me a discount on my next order. And i kept telling him i wanted my money back and to take the pizza back. I mentioned that i would no longer give them my business and he did not care because he saw that i had"only ordered seven times" with them. Finally he hung up on my face and would not pick up the phone. I do not care if I only ordered seven times.. i paid a lot of monies for food not for a soggy pizza. Never ordering from here again!! read more

Es good and convenient I hope they KEEP the good job you call and they well be there and the food is hot customer service is good.

They're great - the pizza is very good, the people that work there even better. We love it.

The worst place to order take out. The employees don't listen and they're unprofessional. Ordered there three separate times and they messed up the order. Don't get me wrong the pizza is good but the onion rings taste like the cheap kind you buy at a grocery store. Would give zero stars but Yelp won't let me. read more

These guys do well. I've never been down to their store, but they always have quick delivery, good service and their pie and wings are delish. Really wasn't expecting much when I got their flyer in my mail, but they do not disappoint. read more

Decent food, good prices. This place gets 1 star because their driver decided it would be a good idea to enter my home. As in, walked into my house. ...... Claimed to have forgotten his phone.... Sorry, but there is NEVER a reason to just walk into someone's house. In this day and age, someone could have been hurt because they didn't know who the person was. Lucky for the driver, I was the one that ordered so I was expecting someone. read more
