Parking is located across the street beside the gas station. Before dancing, we decided to get something to eat. Inside the cafe was very clean and workers were attentively filling orders. The menu was in Spanish which was a bit difficult since my first language is English, and the workers were new or helping out so they didn't understand either. But its consistently troubling issue is the large amount of flour caked on and baked on the outside of the loaves. They use an extreme amount of flour on the raw dough as a release from their baking baskets, and after the bake they just leave it all stuck to the loaf. When I bring a loaf home I often spend a few minutes smacking it and scraping it over the sink where I dislodge so much raw flour from the outside of the bread. Sometimes there's a rind of undercooked flour cemented to the outside of the loaf. This is wildly unacceptable.
