I've had Pizza Lino multiple times and I had to leave a review because it's just that good. My family loves it and my kids ask for this pizza all the time now which honestly says everything. The owner is so nice and you can tell he really cares about what he's making. In my opinion this is the best pizza in the 413 area and I've tried a lot of different places around here. Even when I take it home the bottom stays nice and crispy and never gets soggy which I love. The crust is crispy on the outside but soft and a little chewy on the inside and you can really see and taste the quality. The slices are big too which makes it even better. The flavor is so good too it has the perfect balance of cheese and sauce and just the right amount of saltiness. The menu is small but everything is delicious and honestly it's perfect the way it is. Looking for pizza on the way from upstate NY to Boston. This was one of the few high rated places that was open on a Monday. Small shop, with a few tables to seat my family, and the owner was super nice and originally from Jersey. We got some regular slices, Sicilian slices, and garlic knots. The crispy crust was so good and different from NY style. We loved it, and it was great heading the owners story of how he ended up in MA. read more

The crust was the right thickness and the dough very light. I grew up in New Jersey, lived in New Haven and this is the closest I have came to a pizza that reminded me of those places. Even if you drop in for a slice, it's worth it. read more

Sicilian pie was amazing. Reminded me of be back in New Jersey. The drive from Westfield was about 20 minutes. Pizza was ready shortly after I arrived. Fresh and steaming hot. We ordered half olives and pepperoni and half plain. Crispy crust with cheese and sauce on top. Not too wet, pepperoni was good not oily. We will be back. Ate a regular slice before I left so I wouldn't try to sneak a bit on the way home. Takeout only wish we lived closer. read more

So I was grabbing a coffee next door at 9AM and noticed the owner making pizza inside the new Pizza Lino, little did I know it was Opening Day. I knew I would come back. I used to be a huge fan of John's Pizza on Front St. but ever since that place changed, it hasn't been the same, and neither has my heart since there's been a black hole for a local pizza. That black hole has now seen the light. I ordered a Large Cheese and a Grandma Style cheese pizza. Price was very reasonable. Right away when I walked in, I knew this would be something I'd like. The slices were out front, welcoming me to the different styles offered, and they all looked good. The interior was utilitarian and the menu is simple, but that means the focus is on the Za. Got my pies and opened up a box in the car and knew this would be good. When I got home I first tried the normal cheese pizza, there was some flop to it but considering the style, that made sense. The underside had a nice char to it. As I took some bites, the flavor reminded me of some classic New York style pizzas I've had and I was very hopeful. Then I tried the Grandma slice. It was thin and held together well. Took a bite and it was heaven. I've been to Barstools pizzafest in New York City and this pizza could have stood right up there with the best. For a pizza like this being available in Chicopee center is a game changer. It's exactly what downtown needed, while some places are good for a party pizza, Pizza Lino excels when you Need an intimate slice of pie that is meant to be enjoyed. Outstanding sauce, thin but stable crust. The owner called it "New Jersey" style. I don't really know the difference between NY and NJ pizza, it reminded me of thin crust NYC pizza. I told him it was a delicious work of art. The owner made it while my daughter and I waited. Very utilitarian store with an extremely small storefront, you probably don't expect to "get a table" you'll want to take your pizzas to eat. There were two tables in the area where you can sit, but it's a very tight area, and only two small tables. The pizza was 16" was between 18-19 dollars but so worth the price. I highly recommend! He also makes Grandma pizza and Sicilian pizza, I didn't try those. Limited beverage selection today as well Coke, water, and Sprite. I would go every day if I could. Sicilian and grandma's/ upside unbelievable, if you like sauce get the grandmas his sauce was excellent, on point and crust was perfect.

So, is it the best NJ style pizza I've ever had? Well, I'm from NJ originally, so no. It is, however, an authentic NJ style slice and the best you're gonna get in Western MA without driving a very long way. The crust is crispy and flavorful. The sauce tastes fresh and there is exactly the right amount. Best of all, they sell large slices that are absolutely delicious. Those from NY/NJ know that taking an individual slice and eating it on the go is as big a part of many pizzeria's business as whole pies. This is something that isn't readily available in MA, and the places that do it other than Lino certainly aren't selling slices of this quality. Wish it were open a little later, but this is something you haven't had before if you haven't traveled to the Tri-State area and you'll like it if you give them a shot. They also had Sicilian, grandma, and white pizza options, but I'll have to reserve my reviews of those as I didn't get to try them yet read more
