She gained my trust and I didn't even bother to go visit any other storage facilities after speaking with her. I signed and chose US Storage that same day. Excellent experience with Jhenny! During the weekend, I got to meet another fantastic US Storage representative, Andrea, who was extremely kind and patient with me. I was there to rent the US Storage truck and Andrea made the transaction quick and I appreciated the time she took to go through and explained the paperwork with me. She has a calm, happy demeanor and showed genuine interested in helping me and others too. I observed her being very professional with the gentleman/customer after me. All in all, I truly appreciate both Jhenny and Andrea, because they both displayed superb customer care and had great knowledge in their field. The first was in May 2026, and we gave this place the benefit of the doubt and kept our unit. Fast forward to July 3, 2026 we were supposed to leave for a camping trip, I opened our unit to find that whatever we had left was gone. According to management, there were "no signs of forced entry," yet thousands of dollars worth of camping gear disappeared. Our Yeti cooler, 10 person tent, expensive camp chairs, shower tent, 8 pairs of expensive shoes, and other electonic camping equipment were all stolen. The explanation of "no signs of forced entry" raises serious questions. If there truly was no forced entry, then how did our belongings disappear? It's difficult not to wonder whether this could have involved unauthorized internal access or another serious security failure. Either way, that's unacceptable. What's even more disappointing is the lack of support from management. After two break-ins, we received little to no help. To whoever stole our belongings: I hope karma catches up with you. You didn't just steal our gear you ruined our holiday plans. I will be contacting my attorney to discuss our legal options. If you're considering renting a unit here, think twice.

Today (15 July), I went in to pay for the entire next 10 months, but the lady behind the desk told me that the rate had ALREADY increased, and was now $249!!!! That's a $98 increase in just THREE MONTHS!! I told her I had been given some false information, but she didn't seem to care. These people are bait n switch artists, so beware, and get EVERYTHING in writing along with signatures!!! I'm searching for a more reputable storage place, and will be OUT OF this ripoff place before my payment this month!!
