Cindy gave me great customer service. If you need storage space this is the place and Cindy will take care of you.

I was working on my current storage unit adding more stuff to my unit when I happened to see the manager walking by. Just out of curiosity I asked about a larger unit because it was obvious that my current unit was becoming too crowded. She informed me that there was a good deal on a larger unit because some one had recently vacated it. So I ended up with 15x15, 33% more space at eye popping $100 a month cheaper rent than I was currently paying for a 10x15!!! What a deal!!! Cindy was very helpful with the application and got me two discounts which makes my rent EVEN cheaper yet! read more

Great Customer Service with Amy. She was helpful, professional, and pleasant. Showed me different units and end up getting 2 units; so my stuff wasn't pilled in to one space. Facility is clean and seems fairly quiet. Only downside there's no restroom there. Thank you Amy for all your help! read more

Cerritos Self Storage has been such a helpful resource in our family's storage needs over the last few years. In addition to the facility being easy to access, one of the highlights is the manager Jenelle. She is so helpful and kind and really cares about the customers/tenants. We know we have many options for storage needs in the area but our family chooses Cerritos Self Storage because of Jenelle. Thank you for your continued assistance! read more

We've used Cerritos Self Storage for years, literally years (over 10years)! Since then we've referred several people here because of their service and pricing! We've NEVER had a single issue here! I love to Cerritos Self Storage and all staff. They are very kindness. I used a lot of storage but there was no storage that was as convenient and well-located as here. In particular, because of Jenelle's kindness, I use this place as comfortable as using my own storage. It is strongly recommended, so please use it with confidence. read more

Jenelle provided great service in showing the units! The facility is clean and access is simple.

Be careful with your personal belonging. My personal belongings were stolen from my storage unit. Management would not help. Made police report. I mentioned to look at the cameras and they said they have no access to them. Please be aware of your belonging. Also I will contact BBB. read more

Very safe and clean storage facility. Jenelle is very friendly and professional. The prices are very affordable. Would recomenned.

My family's things have been stored here for more than seven years. I have never ever had a problem of any kind. Cheap and safe. The customer service was beyond great. I can only say I was hot sweaty and very tired. And this blonde woman hair tied in ponytail and glasses you know who you are. Brought me a refreshment to my storage because she cares about people. Wow not heard of anymore. A small deed went a long way with me. I'd come here and only here. Don't waste your time anywhere else. Love family member. read more

Really great space that I kept for months unfortunately it wasn't climate controlled so I had to leave but it's really great for those items that won't get damaged by the heat. Pretty safe as well, would recommend to anyone looking for a good space at a great cost. read more

Had storage here for several years. Just recently moved out due to moving away from the area, otherwise wouldnt have left. Has been a bit of a chore to get in to it with all the freeway construction but its easier to exit now. Units are clean, fairly priced. My unit was also broken into a few years back, but I didnt have insurance. GET INSURANCE. Storage locations are prime targets for theft in ANY location. The ladies are super helpful and super cool. Like kick back and shoot the sh*t kinda cool. If you live in the area, I recommend this location. read more

We've stored with these guys for several years. It may not look as updated as those sparkly new storage buildings, but the prices are the lowest in the area, it is clean and well-maintained. You can drive up to every unit, and Janelle is very helpful with her lightning quick responses. I'm picky about who gets our business and hard-earned cash. This place deserves your business. read more

If I could give this no stars I would. I was driving by the other day and realized although I couldn't get ANY of my Personal belongings back that were stolen I could write a Yelp review. This happened a few years back but I thought if I could save someone from losing everything it would be worth me writing this review. When I sold my home I needed to rent two of the largest storages at Cerritos Self Storage to store my belongings. I had high quality furniture and decor including a bin with my kids baby pictures. I had so much that the storage units were full to the ceiling. I came back after about a few weeks of leaving all of my belongings and both of my locks were changed. I brought it to the employees attention and they had no idea how this happened. They cut the locks for me and when I opened the storage all of my things were gone with the exception of a few bins with books and Halloween decorations. The storage employees claimed they had no idea. I Called Cerritos Sheriff and a deputy came out to take a report as well as a gentleman to see if they could get Fingerprints. The deputy asked the storage if he could see the video coverage and the employees said that their video system was not working during that time frame. How convenient!! After speaking with the deputy we both discussed that it had to be an inside job. They switched out my lock for their own locks so they could take several trips to move all my items. read more

Amy & Cindy! My girls! I love this storage. I love the ladies that run the show here. We have been doing business with this particular self storage for years. And the staff here make it all painless and fun. Love Y'all. read more

Love this place. Jenelle is super friendly and helpful with all my needs and answered any questions I have had. She took her time to show me several different sizes of units and helped me decide which would be the best to fit my needs and my budget. Thank you! read more

Staff is very friendly and very helpful. The location has a variety of sizes to choose from. I liked the long access hours and reasonable office hours. The location was very convenient to me, for someone who lives in Cerritos. There was no need to go up the elevators or down the hallways, I was able to drive up to my unit. read more

Been doing buisness with Cerritos Self Storage for over 2 years now and are still very happy with the service. The staff is excellent, very helpful and always glad to see you, unlike other storages I've used in the past. The move-in price is perfect and monthly rates are reasonable. The experience here has been great and would definitely recommend it here. read more

The security at this facility is nonexistent. Our storage unit is on one of the inside hallways and has been broken into twice. The second time someone even took the time to 'x' cut the boxes so they could reach in and explore the contents and unwrap a china cabinet to look in that. Please look at the flimsy construction of the hallway units and do not choose one of those if you value your stuff at all. Someone has to have an access code to get into the units and take their time going through your stuff. We will be vacating this storage facility as soon as possible. The managers/owners should at least offer a free month's storage especially after the unit has been broken into on multiple occasions. Updating this review to let you people know that it has now been broken into a third time! The perpetrators even had plenty of time to put chairs that were in our unit out into the hall to set boxes, suitcases, etc on so they could take their time going through the stuff. There are security cameras mounted all over the buildings, but they must just be for show and non-functional. DO NOT RENT AT THIS FACILITY. You might as well just leave your things outside with a sign on them saying 'FREE'. read more
