I was working on my current storage unit adding more stuff to my unit when I happened to see the manager walking by. Just out of curiosity I asked about a larger unit because it was obvious that my current unit was becoming too crowded. She informed me that there was a good deal on a larger unit because some one had recently vacated it. So I ended up with 15x15, 33% more space at eye popping $100 a month cheaper rent than I was currently paying for a 10x15!!! What a deal!!! Cindy was very helpful with the application and got me two discounts which makes my rent EVEN cheaper yet! read more

Great Customer Service with Amy. She was helpful, professional, and pleasant. Showed me different units and end up getting 2 units; so my stuff wasn't pilled in to one space. Be careful with your personal belonging. My personal belongings were stolen from my storage unit. Management would not help. Made police report. I mentioned to look at the cameras and they said they have no access to them.Please be aware of your belonging. Also I will contact BBB. read more

My family's things have been stored here for more than seven years. I have never ever had a problem of any kind. Cheap and safe. The customer service was beyond great. I can only say I was hot sweaty and very tired. And this blonde woman hair tied in ponytail and glasses you know who you are. Brought me a refreshment to my storage because she cares about people. Had storage here for several years. Just recently moved out due to moving away from the area, otherwise wouldnt have left. Has been a bit of a chore to get in to it with all the freeway construction but its easier to exit now. Units are clean, fairly priced. My unit was also broken into a few years back, but I didnt have insurance. GET INSURANCE. Storage locations are prime targets for theft in ANY location. The ladies are super helpful and super cool. Like kick back and shoot the sh*t kinda cool. If you live in the area, I recommend this location. read more

We've stored with these guys for several years. It may not look as updated as those sparkly new storage buildings, but the prices are the lowest in the area, it is clean and well-maintained. You can drive up to every unit, and Janelle is very helpful with her lightning quick responses. I'm picky about who gets our business and hard-earned cash. If I could give this no stars I would. I was driving by the other day and realized although I couldn't get ANY of my Personal belongings back that were stolen I could write a Yelp review. This happened a few years back but I thought if I could save someone from losing everything it would be worth me writing this review. When I sold my home I needed to rent two of the largest storages at Cerritos Self Storage to store my belongings. I had high quality furniture and decor including a bin with my kids baby pictures. I had so much that the storage units were full to the ceiling. I came back after about a few weeks of leaving all of my belongings and both of my locks were changed. I brought it to the employees attention and they had no idea how this happened. They cut the locks for me and when I opened the storage all of my things were gone with the exception of a few bins with books and Halloween decorations. The storage employees claimed they had no idea. I Called Cerritos Sheriff and a deputy came out to take a report as well as a gentleman to see if they could get Fingerprints. The deputy asked the storage if he could see the video coverage and the employees said that their video system was not working during that time frame. How convenient!! After speaking with the deputy we both discussed that it had to be an inside job. They switched out my lock for their own locks so they could take several trips to move all my items. read more

Staff is very friendly and very helpful. The location has a variety of sizes to choose from. I liked the long access hours and reasonable office hours. The location was very convenient to me, for someone who lives in Cerritos. There was no need to go up the elevators or down the hallways, I was able to drive up to my unit. read more

The security at this facility is nonexistent. Our storage unit is on one of the inside hallways and has been broken into twice. The second time someone even took the time to 'x' cut the boxes so they could reach in and explore the contents and unwrap a china cabinet to look in that. Please look at the flimsy construction of the hallway units and do not choose one of those if you value your stuff at all. Someone has to have an access code to get into the units and take their time going through your stuff. We will be vacating this storage facility as soon as possible. The managers/owners should at least offer a free month's storage especially after the unit has been broken into on multiple occasions. Updating this review to let you people know that it has now been broken into a third time! The perpetrators even had plenty of time to put chairs that were in our unit out into the hall to set boxes, suitcases, etc on so they could take their time going through the stuff. There are security cameras mounted all over the buildings, but they must just be for show and non-functional. DO NOT RENT AT THIS FACILITY. You might as well just leave your things outside with a sign on them saying 'FREE'. read more
