Very pleased with Jesse and his team for getting rid of my old and aged eyesore of a hot tub from my backyard! Removing this hot tub has been way overdue on my list and it took me so long because I couldn't decide how and through who to get rid of it. I did some research and requested some quotes and decided to go with Jesse not only because he gave me the fairest price, but because I was confident that he would also know how to unhook it from the power source. They came right on time and got the job done so quick and so easy! I have no idea how they were able to easily lift and haul away a 400 pound hot tub but they did it. This review is long overdue! We had Jesse and his crew clear out a large (and VERY expensive) storage unit about a year and a half ago. These guys were absolute workaholics! They cleared out the items from the unit, and also broke down the shelving and cleared that out as well! The unit needed to be 100% clear so that we could get out of paying rent for it, so the shelving needed to be removed as well. They made it happen! These gentlemen were totally professional and courteous, and they helped us to make sure of a few things that we needed to keep. The pricing was totally fair! I called Extractors on May 12, 2026 after I took pictures of the furniture (2 beds, a loveseat, a kitchen table chairs) & piles of other things to be cleared out of a relative's house. I had taken pictures of everything earlier that day & sent them to another company which gave me a really outrageous estimate. I sent the same pictures a few minutes later & Jesse responded minutes later with a more reasonable estimate. He told me that the price is dependent on the size of the load (how much space it took on his pickup trailer) & the number of loads. He promised to come over between 1:00 & 2:00 the very next day. I'm often skeptical but I was pleasantly surprised when he showed up on time! He did a walk through & confirmed his estimate (a range). He & his partner were respectful & were very careful not to scratch the newly painted walls of the rooms & hallways. After loading everything up very quickly, he asked for a price within his estimate. We were extremely impressed with his work ethic, his honesty, their professionalism, & the care they took not to damage the freshly painted walls. We recommend this company without reservation.
