We hired Casper's Demolition to remove an inground spa and swimming pool in August 2022. We received 4 bids prior to beginning work; Casper's was the most competitive. There was a bit of a wait to start including our city building department which was backed up. Once underway Dylan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He devoted all his energy to making it (a messy job) as seamless as possible. He worked diligently and efficiently to complete the job in a timely manner. When we asked him how much it would be to expand the scope of work by tearing out the surrounding hardscape and concrete patio, as well as an 8' high wood fence, he quoted us a very fair price and we proceeded. It was a complex job doing the demo around the existing posts of the patio cover which we wanted to keep. When the job proved more complicated due to the extra thick reinforced slab I offered to pay extra due to the amount of debris and extra work it took. He told me that it wasn't necessary, and honored his quote. Additionally, he took care of the coordination with the city and the soils engineer. As homeowners, having never gone through this process, we appreciated his experience and taking it off our hands. We easily passed final inspection :) You cannot go wrong with Casper's Demolition! He gets our highest marks! read more

I reached out to Dylan for some demolition work, and even though he wasn't able to take on the project himself, he went out of his way to refer me to someone who could help. He was very friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Really appreciate his honesty and great attitude - highly recommend working with him! read more

I found Dylan through Yelp and I am thankful that I went with him. Dylan was honest and communicated clearly via text and the occasional phone cal. Dylan's bid was competitive and he was knowledgeable about the work. Dylan did exactly as he said he would. He pulled permits & coordinated inspections. He came on the days he said he would. I increased the scope of his work to include removing a lot of brick and he took it all in-stride. He was careful with my backyard and treated it well. read more

I hired Dylan at Casper's Demo to handle my pool demolition, from pulling the permit to the final city inspection. Communication was clear and prompt, and the price was reasonable. He truly looks out for his customers, is honest, and delivered exactly what he promised. Highly recommended for any demolition projects!! read more

Dylan recently completed partial demolition / backfill of my parents' pool and spa in Corona, California. From his initial visit to quote the project to the final pressure-washing of the patio, Dylan was a pleasure to work with. There were several delays due to the unusual amount of rain we had, but once it was dry enough, he took about a week to finish. The cost was much more affordable than others we quoted, primarily because he does the work himself, which was a big plus in my dad's book. The backyard looks so much bigger - highly recommend! read more

Dylan recently redid our pool. He's been very trustworthy and hardworking and he did an excellent job. I am very pleased with his work and would recommend him to family and friends. He also so friendly!! Thank you for your excellent work Dylan! read more

First off I requested three quotes from different pool companies to renovate my 10 foot deep 1960 pool in Long Beach. Two of them never called me back, the third said they were too busy. I decided to have it removed and got another 3 quotes. Dylan was the last one to come and give me a quote. At first I was concerned as his quote was about a third cheaper. I looked at Yelp reviews and decided to give him a chance. He got all the permits and came out to cut the required drainage holes. He ordered the inspection which passed and the work started a couple days later. His crew Jose and Tyler showed up on time every day and they completed the project as promised (we were delayed one day due to rain) His crew pressure washed everything and left me a clean slate. He ordered the final inspection and it passed no problem. We are so happy to be rid of the pool and my puppy is even happier. I highly recommend Casper Demolition. read more

Absolutely the nicest person you'll ever meet. Also completely failed me at every level. He was to demo an in-ground spa. He showed up to punch a hole in the bottom of the spa for an inspection. He then returned 3 months later when requested (to finish the job). He did not finish the job as discussed, he simply filled the spa with dirt and then pulled the loose coping up. The beam was to be demolished down at least 6" -18" but instead was left in the ground with dirt put on top of it to hide the fact that it wasn't done. When I asked about the demo situation, Dylan said it was done and that was a direct lie to my face. I ended up paying him $3200 to fill a hole with dirt. That is complete bs. After the next crew came in to pour my deck, they couldn't pour on top of it as that would cause cracking. I then had to pay them AGAIN to do the work Dylan was supposed to do. I have called and texted multiple times over two weeks and after responding to one of my tests he never returned any more of my calls or texts and it's now more than a month later. He's had every opportunity to communicate but has completely ghosted myself, my texts and my phone calls and also all communication attempts from Kevin Dunning at Gardner Pool Outdoor Pool and Remodel. Kevin and Dylan had worked on demo projects going back 10 years and that relationship is now also burned. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE DYLAN FOR ANY REASON HE IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED. Dylan, if your reading this, feel free to reach out to me, you have my number. read more

If I could give Dylan and Casper's Demolition more than 5 stars, I'd max it out. After getting several quotes to demo our old pool and reading Yelp reviews, I decided to go with Dylan. His quote included demoing our pool and the surrounding concrete. The price was about midrange between the highest and lowest quote I received. Dylan, as a person, is extremely friendly and easy to get along with. We were able to connect over several off-topic subjects and he really put my mind at ease over the size of the project. We had some hiccups along the way so the project took a little longer than expected but none of them were Dylan's fault (the city decided to resurface the asphalt in our cul-de-sac, preventing him from bringing in dirt and then the city was closed for a 4-day extended Columbus Day weekend so no inspections could take place). But barring those things, I'm confident that the work would have been done in 4-5 days. Dylan showed up to work promptly each morning and immediately got to work (when I wasn't bugging him about how he was doing and how everything was going). I was initially worried about clearance for his Bobcats to get in for the work but he had no issues getting 3 of his heavy machines in. Once all was said and done, we had an enormous backyard with a filled pool just waiting for design. Dylan knows several other disciplines that would be able to help us accomplish our vision (concrete, landscaping, etc.) for the backyard and offered to send us their contact information. I always advise getting several quotes for any big demo projects, but I can't recommend Casper's Demolition enough. I'm sure he'll come in under the competition's prices and get the job done. I'm actually planning on redoing our driveway early next year and already have him in mind to do the concrete demo. Thanks for everything Dylan! read more

Dylan is my darn hero! We recently purchased a house with a pool and were assured buy our real estate agent that it just needed to be plastered. Then we found out, a. It was built in 1970 and NEVER permitted (who does that?!) and b., it had many cracks in the gunite that would require extensive work (minimum of 20K with a one year warranty and no permitting) or build a new pool - (60K). I was beyond freaked out (thanks realtor!). We had no choice but to remove the pool. Enter my man Dylan from Casper's Demolition. He came over exactly when he said he would - took a look at the pool - helped me to relax and laugh - and then sent me quote a few hours later. I proceeded to get quotes from 5 other sources as I believed it would be smart to do that. I had one person come in lower who said he wouldn't get it permitted from the city. Well, no. We went with Dylan and then the rains and the virus all hit and I thought, "we will never get this completed". Instead, Dylan texted me every day and kept me in the loop on every single thing. He was, in a word, BRILLIANT. He did the job right, he got the soils engineer out, worked with the city, made sure my plumbing and electrical issues were all addressed and, in the meantime, became someone I will always consider a friend. I don't really possess the vocabulary to express how much I appreciate Casper's Demolition. I've written several Yelp reviews but not one with this much enthusiasm and gratitude. If you need to get rid of that money pit in the backyard - by all means call Casper's! read more

Demoed a 36000 gallon concrete in ground pool. Great guy. Easy to work with. Very fair price. Got the job done in a timely manner. (Once we got permits from the city. That took longer than expected). Always willing to go that extra step. We are very happy with the whole experience and I'd recommend him in a heartbeat. read more

Casper's Demolition gets the job done. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Reached out to Casper's Demolition needing to demo patio concrete, side yard concrete and porch concrete prior to having further work done on our home. Dylan quoted me over text after I sent him pictures of the concrete I needed removed. After agreeing to the quote Dylan came out as promised, showed up on time and got to work. What set's Casper's Demolition apart from others is he has the right equipment to do the job right the first time at a reasonable price. I have a narrow side opening of 42" across after the side gate was removed and he said no problem, I will take a smaller Bobcat to do the job which he did. Dylan worked hard all day, got the job done, and even paused the concrete demo to help me tear down my porch although that was not part of the quote. He went above and beyond. It was a pleasure meeting Dylan, and a pleasure working with his company Casper's Demolition. We have additional concrete removal in about a month and I look forward to having Dylan and his company Casper's Demolition complete the demo work. There is no doubt in my mind that I picked the right company and the right person to do the job! read more

Dylan went above and beyond his duties and helped us in so many ways post demo and helping get rid of a pool and hot tub. He has integrity and morals and the value you receive from his work is above what is asked. He is a hard worker who is honest. We will refer him to friends and family and look to no other demo company. He's the best and it isn't often you meet someone like him in the construction/ demo business. Would recommend him 1000%. read more

The Short: Dylan and his team are easy to work with and does quality work demoing my pool with all permits from the city. Communication is clear and open. Work was done quickly and efficiently and clean up afterwards. Price is not cheapest or most expensive, however it is very fair for the job performed. The Long: We had an old pool with cracked coping and leaking pipes. It was time to go. We can either have it fixed or demo and have a patio/bbq back yard. We chose the demo and I called a few demo companies. Some quotes are high and some a low. Dylan is somewhere in the middle but what struck out most to me is the communication and reviews I saw on Yelp. He explained what will happen and how he plan to demo the pool, which permits will be needed (included in estimate), most importantly correct estimate time frame. Most contractors say a week and end up taking a month or months on projects. Dylan is true to his word and will complete in a timely manner. My side entrance is rather small and narrow but Dylan and his crew had a small bobcat to fit the narrow space. Throughout the whole project of renovating my backyard, Dylan is the only one where I did not have a headache with. Will definitely book them again if I plan to have other demo projects. Check out the photos of the demo and dirt compaction to be ready for pavers installation. read more

Pool back fill in Chino. Had a number of quotes but decided to go with Dylan. He got the permit and throughout the project continued to keep me informed. His crew used mini bobcats as to not damage the block wall for back yard entrance. His crew showed up every day until the job was completed. I also had him take out the existing patio concrete. He gave me a good price for that too. He was willing to work with me through out the project even if we made minor changes. Passed the compaction test and city inspection. He left the project site clean. read more

I found Casper's Demolition company on yelp and based off the 5 stars, I felt it was worth a shot. Our project entailed tearing down the patio cover and front door coverpictured below). The team came over and within about 4-hours had removed the patio cover, swept up, tore down the front area and hauled away all of the remains. Dylan also mentioned that he had contacts for hauling away gutters. Will definitely refer to friends demo and haul. Thanks Dylan, Jose and Israel! read more

Dylan from Casper's Demo was super helpful and responsive. I was in need of a large amount of clean dirt and he was able to get it to me within a few days. Never Messy with Caper's Demo! Removed my old pool in less than 3 days! Quick response super friendly and everything is on point. No late show and job well done. Never a messy work. Dylan and his team demo my pool on August 21, 2019 and did an amazing job in 4 working days. He also demo part of the concrete slab in the front yard so that I can access the clogged drain line. I hired Dylan over another contractor is because he would go through the West side of the house which will minimize the damage to my property whereas the other contractor prefer to go through the East side which would cause considerable damage to my front lawn. But most importantly, Dylan was very accommodating and flexible. They also did a great job pressure washing the front and backyard. Dylan follow up to make sure you are satisfied, Highly recommended. read more

My wife and I are extremely happy with the work done by Dylan and his crew at Casper's Demolition. Dylan was the first one to give us a quote and his price was by far the best priced quote for the our pool removal project. The quoted price included permits and everything needed to remove the pool in our back yard. Once we agreed to go with with Casper's Demolition, Dylan gave us the project dates and deadline. He and and his crew completed the project by their proposed deadline. We never worried about any delays or changes dealing with the project. Once the project was completed, one our our neighbors commented on how quickly the job was completed. I mention this because while the project was happening, we had large piles of dirt in our front yard for the few days due to the layout of our house. During this time, many neighbors asked us about our project and once Dylan and his crew were done, it was quite noticeable because all the dirt was gone. That same neighbor also made a comment about the highly professional nature of Dylan and his crew. While the crew was working, the neighbors were not inconvenienced once and really didn't even notice their presence. Once completed, the crew left the work area clean and their work was excellent. I highly recommend Dylan and Casper's Demolition for your next project. read more

Dylan and his crew are a class act Demo company. We needed a patio cover removed as soon as possible during a real estate transaction and he made sure it happened. Casper demolition removed our 23 year old pool that was built in our slope. This was not an easy job! They took care of the permits with our city and got the soil engineering permit. Dylan was great about returning our calls and answered our questions each step of the way. His workers were polite and cleaned up at the end of each day. We are really glad that we used them! read more

I'm so glad I chose Dylan and his crew at Casper's Demolition for my pool demolition project. He handled everything from A to Z including permitting and soils engineering report for a reasonable price (definitely below market average). Although there were some challenges to my particular lot (there is only a narrow entrance to my backyard), it did not stop the crew from finding a way to finish the job right and on time. Communication and responsiveness was great--I always felt like I knew what was going on and what to expect with the project. Casper's is everything you'd look for a contractor: responsiveness, personable, efficient, flexible, communicative, and committed to quality work and keeping schedule. Dylan goes above and beyond what is required to finish the job and keep customers happy. I can't say enough about how happy I am about their work! read more

Dylan was fast, personable, and professional. He laid out the process and my options for a pool removal out in a very simple way and was super transparent with pricing. Shout out to Dylan! I needed to take a brick wall down and came to Yelp to find somebody who can help me with it. I reached out to at least 5 people and I decided to go with Dylan of Casper's Demolition. He was very easy to talk to and his price was very reasonable. When they came to do the job they came on time, did an excellent job, finished it in just over an hour and left the place clean. They were very efficient! I can tell that Dylan genuinely cares about his clients as he did an extra work of getting one side of our wooden gate for aesthetics and for our safety. He gave me recommendations as well of people to go to for the other services I needed. Highly recommended! Happy customer read more

Casper's demolition came to remove our 5ft tall shared side wall today. They did a great job. They used a bobcat and took approx 3 to 4 hours to finish. Our next door neighbor had concerns about pine trees on her side that were very close to wall, but Casper's was able to bring wall down with no issue. They did a great job after with clean up and haul away. They even offered to load some heavy wood from my neighbor to their truck. I will definitely keep them in mind for future jobs! read more

I would highly recommend Dylan at Casper's Demolition to anyone looking for demo services. He was at our house the very next day after calling in the evening to give us a quote.
